I wear these 10 hours a day after 3-4 hours, my feet are killing me. Feels like the support inside is lifting my feet around the perimeter and sinking in the middle. Extremely uncomfortable!

I was always a big fan of the product, I still have a pair of the old school leather work boots (15 years old) BUT... Very disappointed w/ the Timberland Pro series...I purchased a pair of these and a pair of the similar style in Black (8inch)...seemed to be super comfortable, and everything I was looking for in a work boot. Until both sets came apart within 6 months. At the lug, starting just behind the steel toe portion. Contacted Timby return service, had to pay out of pocket to return for inspection...OK? Both were found to be defective and replaced for free (less the money out of my pocket to ship them?) OK fine, new ones arrived..great! But not really, these peeled off in less than 2 MONTHS of normal wear?!?! Hello...Quality control dept. Anyone home?? I get that there may be a problem from time to time, and there was...and the customer service was fine, but the replacement product was worse than the original?!? Again like so many other reviews I see the same problem....should have done my homework (shame on me) but these boots are terrible...shame on Timby for selling junk....moving on to another brand for my next purchase...or should I just keep shipping these back every few months for a replacement...seem like a lot of work, plus one day I want a pair that's broken in! Thanks but no thanks.....

We bought these boots fro a man that drives an oil delivery truck all day and in on his feet pulling hose to fill tanks and does this in all kinds of weather. The souls of the boots have fallen apart!!! Not what you want to happen for the money that was sent. Not sure we will be buying again?!

I work on my feet all day we there in the quarry or in the shop , we are required to wear safety toed boots. I've never been cheap on spending money for quality boots. I've always loved Georgia and Danner but couldn't find any in my size, I figured I'd give timberland a try, worst mistake ever!! They are extremely heavy and worst of all who wants to pay over almost $200 for boots that don't last. I had to warranty them out in 4 mnths because the sole and toe cover were falling off, then tried to warranty them again about 11 months later because of the same thing but this time the back stitching was coming out and the cushion on the Achilles was ripped off too. They told me it was wear and tear, yes it was and if your boots can't hang stick to making club boots and fashion statements stay out of the work field!!!

I had previously had another Timberland Pro boot. Anyway, I got these and wore them for a week. My right foot swelled up, and then the next week I had a week off. Got back, wore them another two days, right ankle is still all f-d up, wore other shoes/boots and hobbled around with pain in the heel/ankle. I'm not sure it's the boots, but my last month hasn't been fun and it all started the day I wore the boots.

Whoever said these are anti slip must think banana peels are also anti slip. If you ever step on something a little bit icy or wet with these, be prepared to crack your skull open. I fell two days ago on a damp floor and I almost fell twice today on the ice! The soles of these boots are made out of more plastic than rubber.

After 3 months of wear the sole of the shoe detached. It's a comfortable shoe but not worth the money spent on it. Better quality and workmanship is needed when purchasing shoes for the real working man.

I only gave this shoe a low rating because it only last me 5 (5) months they are the most comfortable shoe for a steel toe i ever had to wear. But if i have to buy a pair every 5months not good on the wallet. This is my third pair and i'm looking to change brands because the soles crack across the bottom. Thank you

These are comfortable right out of the box and all day long. However, the "top hardware" lace up system slips a lot and is highly annoying. The deal breaker though, is that I have had them only seven months and the seam above the "finger grip pull on feature" has just split wide open on one boot and is about to do it on the other as well. For these reasons I would not buy these boots again or recommend them to anyone I like. On a positive note, I am so impressed with Zappos and its friendly helpful people, selection, service, and over night shipping, I will not buy footwear from anywhere else!
