Because this has a felt liner and will be worn with thick socks during winter we ordered a size larger than his usual size.

I've purchased the Kamik boot every year for my grandson. I returned them because I bought a larger pair last year. He still fits in them. He's 6 and can stay out in the snow all day with these boots. Love this brand!

This is the second pair of Kamik snow boots I’ve purchased for my son. He loves them, they wear really well, keep his feet warm and they have lasted two seasons with one kid and are still is great shape to be passed onto his brother. I’m hooked!

This is the second pair that we've bought of these, now that my son outgrew the first pair. In the past, he has found them to be warm, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. This year, the boots have been less comfortable for walking, and we're not sure why. It might just be that the inserts need breaking in. The insulation is provided by a thick, felt-like bootie that can come out of the boot, and one of them was a bit crumpled in the way it was inserted. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this as a good, sturdy option, but if you're looking for good arch support, you may want to look elsewhere.

Ideal boot for a kid

These kamik boots are the best for boys in the snow!! Warm, snow and wet proof and good price. They last through three of my boys!

My son loves these boots. Keep his feet warm and dry and work well. We tried several different brands/styles and these were the winners.

This is my sons 3rd pair of Kamik boots. They hold up longer than it takes for him to outgrow! They keep his feet warm and dry......good for buffalo winters! They do tend to run small so I ordered up at least 1 size. He thinks they feel small due to all the insulation

Great boot to keep my son warm and dry at the bus stop or while playing outside in the winter. I've ordered them every year since he was 4 and now he's 11. Never disappointed

Great boots!! Got a pair for each of my 7 yr old twins and they loved them. They wore them in 15 degree windy, snowy conditions before & after skiing and to go sledding. These boots are easy to put on and take off and my kids' feet stayed dry and warm.

Only worn a few times in the snow, kept feet dry and warm. It did take a lot of pushing to get on my sons feet at first.

We bought these boots for our son to wear in the snow when we're in Colorado for a few weeks during the winter and to wear at outdoor winter swim meets in Arizona. They serve both purposes well. It was very cold in Colorado (single digit high temperatures), and my son's feet were always comfortably warm. They are sturdy enough that we're pretty sure our younger child will be able to grow into them.

Keeps little feet very warm. The pull string at the top broke after a month or so, but I think that was the user error.

Purchased these boots for my 11 year old son. Thanks to a few recent snow storms he's had a chance to really use these boots out in the snow playing, sledding, and snowboarding and he absolutely loves them. He keeps thanking me for buying them and says they are the best boots he's ever had. He says they're "sick," which apparently means they're really great boots. Buying a pair for my younger son and daughter now after noticing their LE boots were soaked through after coming in from playing in the snow today.
