Searched and searched for my first pair of real boots. I love the leather and the look, but the ankle has too much room in it. Only one review out of 80 mentioned this and I should have listened. I'm sad I have to send them back but happy Zappos makes it possible to keep trying until the perfect fit comes my way.

I am returning these very cute boots, which are also extremely comfortable right out of the box. Sadly, as beautiful as the leather is and as wonderful as the foot fit, the calf part of these are way too wide for anyone with medium to thin calves! In the picture they look perfect, on me they look exactly like rubber rain boots.

I have been looking for boots for years, and thought I'd found them with these. Ordered them at full price; I couldn't wait to get them after reading all the great reviews. I'm a size 7.5, and although the foot fits perfectly, the top calf part of the boot is so flared that it sticks out underneath my (flared leg) jeans. I tried them with wide leg trouser jeans, but when I walk, you can still see the rim of the boots. Maybe I have skinny calves, I'm 105 lbs, but I don't usually have a problem with other boots. I tried tucking in my jeans, it looked like I was on my way to the barn to shovel cow dung. Not the look I was hoping for. I'm very disappointed to have to return these. They are so comfortable, and the leather is very soft and stretchy, I imagine they mold to your foot like a dream. Teva needs to come out with a shorter version of these exact boots for people like me who wear them under jeans. The color Cigar was fabulous. I'm so bummed.

This is definitely a comfort only shoe. I'm normally size 10, but I ordered an 11 because of "it runs small" reviews, and they were too big for me. Teva Montecito looked like a bad quality shoe; the inner insole material lining was very choppy looking, the seams were uneven, and overall they're poor quality. Leather was scuffed up and looked worn in many places. It fit my left foot a lot looser especially around the ankle; it was sagging down making my ankle look a lot larger then it is. I would not recommend this for anything other then your casual dog walking. Not a dress up shoe.

One boot was almost impossible to get on due to a crushed inside heel section. The other boot went on okay but still felt a bit small. I have a high arch and wide foot so I will probably try a half size bigger.

Best pair of boots ever. I bought these years ago, and they still look great. Very comfy and look cute with skirts. Great for traveling!

Just received these boots, paid a whole lot less on another website for their last one! Since WA state is one of the only places still having winter, I might get to wear them once or twice this year. They are so comfortable and cute. I have been wearing Keens, they vary in comfort so much and are often clunky looking. These boots are out of the box great and more versatile (less clunky). We don't have very cold winters, just wet so I will treat them with waterproofing and hopefully they will work for a long time!

My Teva Montecito boots were comfortable from the get-go. I wore them all day the first day, chasing my toddler around, and then to my evening job waiting tables. At the end of the day, my feet were still happy! I've continued to wear them several days a week, and they are tough as they are cute---seem to be impermeable to the rain and mud puddles. I'm thrilled with these boots!

These are at the top of my list of best shoes ever owned. They are really comfortable and fit perfectly, and they are still stylish. I've received a lot of compliments on them in the first few weeks of wearing them.

This boot is totally awesome! I love Tevas, always. After a couple of days of breaking in, this thing is the most comfortable boot I have ever had on my foot! I don't want to take them off. Also, I love in the Pacific NW, and it stands up to the rain like it's nobody's job! Way to go Teva! Plus they are super cute!

I love these boots! I ordered up a whole size at first, but shouldn't have, so I exchanged for my true size, which I have kept; however, I could have ordered a half size down and they would have been fine. Exchanges with Zappos are so easy and this site has the best customer service. I wear the boots with skirts and jeans, and I have wide calves which they accommodate nicely, allowing room for my jeans to be inside the boots. I love the brown and the black was also nice, but in the end I exchanged for brown. You'll love these if your style is casual and natural, but with an emphasis on quality! If you live where it gets cold and snowy, make sure you wear good socks with them. I'm from central TX, and it's never cold enough here for me to say how warm they really are in cold weather.

I bought these as a gift for my best friend. I was seeking something more organic than the normal boot, and something that was simple and practical. This boot was perfect. It fits just right, the heel isn't too narrow or tall, and it's a good dull black color. She loved the boots!

I have worn these boots everyday since they arrived. I opened the box, put them on immediately and did not want to take them off. Perfect fit, light and looks great with a variety of outfits. I thought they looked a bit too "functional" at first, but the slightly higher than mid calf length and the cable/button give them an edge. Fits muscular but not too thick calves.

I love these! I got them for everyday wear during the winter. I walk my kids to school in them, walked all over Chicago with them when we went for a trip. The leather is like butter.

These are such great boots! I wasn't sure if I would like the look of these in person and I do! I wanted a waterproof flat black boot and these fit the bill. They are comfortable and stylish. I have worn them with skinny jeans and under boot cut jeans, both looks work. I have a skinny calf and most tall boots look a little ridiculous on me; these are not tight but they are not too loose either. Just what I was looking for!

Very pleased. I love Teva sandals and these boots are just as great. Comfy and not too high in the shank, and plenty of room to tuck in jeans. Classic styling allows me to wear these with lots of different outfits.

The boots fit great, true to my size. It's sooo comfortable. The style looks good, the cork is definitely a statement. I wanted to keep them but I don't like the brand logo stamped on the side of the boots (they already have it on the cork soles) and I was looking for something that looked a little more sleek. It's really a great boot; I think just not for me.

Great boot. I have thin legs and narrow feet. This boot seems to have a fairly narrow shaft. Fits me great and much lighter weight and more feminine than I anticipated. Looks great with a skirt or skinny jeans. Can't wait to buy them in brown.

I ordered my normal size in these boots; they fit well with nylons or thin socks. The boots are a bit narrow on the foot (not the leg), so if you usually need a wider shoe, these boots might not fit you. They are cute with skirts, or with jeans tucked in to them. The quality and texture of the leather is great, and overall they are comfortable.

Love these boots. I do a lot of walking as I live in the city and use public transportation, and these are perfect. They're cute too.

Bought this shoe a couple weeks ago and really love it! At first, I ordered my usual size (I'm on the smaller size of 6) and thought they were a bit too tight, so I tried sizing up to 6½... wasn't necessary. Ended up sticking with the 6s and couldn't be happier. The leather quickly stretches and adapts to your foot. The shoe is super comfortable, a bit casual, but cute. I can (and did) walk for hours in them and I'm super finicky about my feet. Also, when I first bought them, it seemed that the leather around the ankle would crease in and poke at me... but this too stretched out and adapted really quickly. Totally happy!

I love these boots. I'm usually very picky about my shoes being comfortable (I'm a Birkenstocks and Chacos girl in the summer.) I have these boots in the black and the brown leather. I feel like they can easily dress down with jeans or up with tight and a dress. The only con would be that they do seem to scuff easily, but I like to think that it gives them character.

Great boots. Very comfortable and cute. Good quality. Did not need any break in period. I have wide feet but there fit just fine. Goes well with skirts. Would definitely recommend this product and this website.

Going on a trip to Italy in November and it’s cold and rainy so I needed comfortable, weatherproof, and warm boots...wow. They ARE AWESOME...would recommend A LOT...
