These shoes are amazing!! My 7-year-old is brutal on shoes. We have on more than one occasion paid over a lot for quality-brand shoes that barely lasted a month before falling apart--busted stitching, glue breaking down, soles separating, you name it. These "Chucks" have worn like iron (but a lot more comfortable)! He may finally get to outgrow a pair of shoes! We have definitely found our "go-to" tennis shoe. Now if I could only find a winter shoe as stylish and durable...

My son loves but the sizing is way off. Wears nike size 12.5 (little boy) and I got size 11.5 in these converse and he has room to grow! Go a full size down! Wore them to a wedding with skinny chinos shirt and tie, Now he wears them to school! Better than buying dress shoes that they wear once!

If the person who is to wear these shoes has a narrow foot then a half size smaller than the original shoe size probably wouldn't hurt. I bought my little sister a size 2 but a 1.5 would've fit perfectly.
