Although this bag has some great features, such as numerous pockets and a snazzy interior lining, I felt the quality was not at all what I was expecting, even for the price. I am sending it back (and keeping the wheeled Sherpani bag that I ordered at the same time as this one).

I was lucky enough to snag the very last pink/black/houndstooth patterned bag and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I plan on using it next semester as a laptop and book bag. I was worried it was going to be too small but it's roomier on the inside than Mary Poppins’ bag. Awesome.

I love this bag! I pack my purse and leave my backpack at home, drop my laptop, wallet and travel goodies in the valet when traveling. The bag carries a ton of stuff but has just enough pockets and zippered spaces to keep it all organized and easy to find. Great size - not as huge as a traditional carry-on, slides under the seat while leaving you plenty of legroom, conveniently slides over the handle of my rolling bag, even has a cross-body strap so I don't have to keep tugging at a shoulder strap while navigating the airport. I struggle with the two short handle straps a bit - I wish they were a little less stiff as I always find myself pushing them out of the way when trying to open the compartments. All in all, a minor inconvenience for this cute, fun, useful bag.

Love this bag so far. Haven't traveled with it yet but I think it will be great. The zipper pulls are actually lime green instead of the yellowish color the picture looks like!

I was tired of carrying around my heavy and lopsided backpack. I wanted something sturdy and feminine. This one is perfect. I ordered three and this is the only one that fit my large laptop. The straps are wide and don t dig in and the long strap makes a great cross-body fit for that long hike across campus. I have lost a few pencils out of that front pocket, though, because the flap came open, so beware. Other than that, I love it!

I absolutely love my new bag! my new bag! I used it as a carry-on/laptop bag for a recent trip to China. My only comments are the strap pad was weak so I used another strap pad I had from my camera bag; it provided me more cushioning on my shoulder. My computer does not fit inside the padded compartment but fits fine inside the bag, and is in fact easier to remove when going through security. I put my file folders inside the padded compartment. I highly recommend my new bag, but suggest alternate options for the strap if you over pack like me.

This seems to be a great bag. I purchased it for air travel- perfect for this. My 13" MacBook fits right inside the interior pocket, leaving room for all my books, chargers, clothing, etc. It also fit snugly under the seat in front of me on the plane. Because I was able to cram so much in there, it was heavier than anticipated, but held up fine. Next time I will stack it on my suitcase--it has that back open sleeve so you can attach it to the handle of your suitcase. A very practical and cute bag. I am only giving it 4 stars for comfort because it s hard to carry a bag like this when it s really heavy if you aren't attaching it to your suitcase. But I am also a smaller person.

I bought this bag specifically to use as a carry-on/travel bag. I needed something fairly compact, yet large enough to easily contain my laptop, toiletries, coffee mug, water bottle, Kindle, wallet, etc. It also had to be durable and work-appropriate. It fits all of these requirements. The reasons I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I don't like the green stitching (I plan to darken it with a black marker); the front pocket isn't the greatest design and I'm a little skeptical about the long term durability of the faux-leather parts. I'll be using it for travel on a monthly basis, so we'll see how it holds up.

Love this bag! Fits perfectly under the airplane seat, has an open back panel that slides over my wheeler bag (such a great feature), a padded laptop/iPad compartment, and looks great. I ordered both this and the Ella but felt the Ella wasn't as sleek.

This bag is great. Despite what a lot of people have said about laptop not fitting my HP EliteBook 6930 from work fit right into the slot (very snugly). It has a 14 inch screen, so if your laptop has similar of smaller dimensions than mine it will fit. With my laptop in, I can also fit workout shoes, charger, workout clothes and food. Perfect work bag. Construction is as expected from Dakine.

Great little bag for overnight trips. Just two drawbacks for me and the laptop slot isn't big enough for my 15 inch HP and the outside flap closure is difficult to secure.
