I love the shoes. They send me back to the 70's! they do need a couple of wears to soften up but they are comfortable, fit true to size, and are well made. The only thing I can say is that they could benefit with better shoelaces. Zappos provides awesome customer service as well so ordering anything is fun!

Great shoe -- the leather is a bit stiff and took several hours to break in (spread across a few days). I suffer from bunionettes, and the toebox is nice and wide, so I don't have any irritation. Shoe is sturdy construction and looks great. I think it will last.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves the boots. She said they instantly felt comfortable and did not need any "break in" time.

These are the desert boots I remember. They fit as expected and are quite comfortable. They are not hiking boots, so don't expect that of these. These have been my go to shoes (when I can find them) for over 30 years. I love them.

Very happy with this shoe. I am between an 8 and an 8 1/2, first ordered the 8 but returned and got the 8 1/2, much better fit. Rich chocolate color, easy on/off - perfect for just kicking around with my toddler. Only complaint - not the best support for an all day walk-a-thon. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Cutest boot that own - This boot not only is cute but has a pretty good feel to it.I have them on right now and I truly love them. :) They are great with everything, jeans, dresses, and skits. I have worn them as my shoes in a wedding and they looked amazing. Only thing is they do not have very good arch support.

I got these boots within 24 hours of ordering from Zappos! Truly amazing service. I normally wear a 7 in boots and 7 in shoes, so based on the reviews I ordered the 7 . I would not even call my feet narrow. They are skinny, so my foot fit in them perfectly with plenty of room to spare. I could have gone down to a 7, but I am in love with these boots. The taupe distressed color is a lot less green than it shows up on the computer screen, and goes with anything! Love love love these boots. Will be great with warm socks and tights for winter!

One of my favorite shoe purchases ever. They are a classic look perfect for daily wear. I wish I had known these were the suede material though, since the light brown desert boots are a smooth leather. Now I'm considering purchasing the light brown boots too!

Great boot! Other reviewers complain of no support but I think it's no worse than any other shoe. The color is great but it does scuff easily. I think it's supposed to add to the distressed look, though, which it does. I'm usually between a 7.5 and 8 (but usually lean towards an 8) and I originally ordered an 8, but had to exchange for a 7.5. Overall, a very comfortable, classic boot!

Love these! They are so cute and comfortable. I wear them all the time! I ordered the distressed taupe and love the color and they softened up after the first couple of wearings. Love!

These are great! The military style is very in, and these are a more practical, comfortable version of the ridiculously high heel booties. These, after all, are the original! I really like the chocolate brown color, and go with most things that I already own. I love how they look with my skinny jeans and a button-up shirt.

As I read a lot of reviews voicing concerns about the sizing, I hit up a local Clarks retailer and tried them on before placing my order. I think they\'re comfortable and a great accessory for any fall look!

I'm loving my desert boots. I found them to be a little stiff in the heel and almost got a blister the first time that I wore them. No problems since. I normally wear a 7 and will occasionally wear a 6.5 in some shoes. I definitely needed a 6.5 in these. I found they ran a little large.

These boots are awesome. The fit great and true to size right out of the box. The soft leather already feels a little broken in. There is no rubbing spots and the soles are comfy too. I bought these to ride my motorcycle in and they work great, and they look good, too!

I admit I ordered these shoes from a place of nostalgia. I wore these as a kid and they were my all time fave shoes. I wish they still came in the original sandy color. The distressed is cool, but a little darker than I would have liked. I have a narrow foot, so I find that I need to wear socks with these so that they are not too floppy on my foot. Comfy, but do not expect support.
