I love these shoes. I have 3 pair. Wore a pair to Ireland, got caught in the rain and my saddle colored shoes were soaked, inside and out. They looked perfect again after drying out for a day. Size 7.5 fits my foot well, sometimes I wear an extra insole, sometimes not. The fact that they go out of stock frequently tells you something. I have too many shoes but these are my favorite.

Truly a 'true to size' fit. A classy well made shoe. Wish the brown was slightly;y darker, but keepers just the same.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for: perfect fit, casual to professional style, and comfort, comfort, comfort! The price is reasonable as well. My feet are persnickety because they let me know whether or not shoes are made from top quality materials. My feet are very happy with these shoes, therefore I am happy with them too! I love these shoes! I purchased this exact style in blue a few years ago. I still wear them as they are so comfortable. When I saw them in black, I had to have them. I do not have wide feet but these shoes make your feet look so narrow. LOVE them!

These shoes feel like kid leather gloves for your feet! I purchased these after looking at them for a long time and I wish I had pulled the trigger long ago. You will not be disappointed in these! Gorgeous soft leather, comfortable right out of the box.

Can't say enough about how great this shoe is! Comfortable right out of the box. I have been looking at these for a long time - wish I had bought them long before now. The leather is gorgeous and this truly is a "comfort" shoe. I have a pair of boots in the same brand and they are terrific as well. If you are on the fence, take the plunge. These are well worth it.

Soft comfortable loafer

These shoes felt as if they were made for me. Soft Leather in a classic style beautifully made. I am a 9 1/2 Medium. I bought these shoes with another pair of Jerez just to compare and I am keeping them both.

So very comfortable. Like butter and size was perfect.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I have a high instep (top of my foot) and most loafers hurt the top of my foot if the cut of the shoe comes up high on the foot. These have an elastic at the sides that make the top of the shoe “give” and you can’t even feel the shoe on your foot. The way they are stitched is very attractive and just makes them look a bit more classy than the average shoe. They fit absolutely true to size. Love them!

These are the shoes I have been looking for! I have been ordering black flats for months now, trying to find a comfortable, stylish shoe. I gave up my search for a while, figuring the shoe I was looking for just did not exist. This is it!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe.

Nice lightweight loafer. I kept as an inside house shoe, but feel there is not quite enough padding or cushion for outside wear.

These were immediately comfortable, love the style, great shoe. Unfortunately, I'm a solid 11 and the 41 had a little too much squeeze. Sadly returning them.

I thought to myself, "95 favorable reviews can't be wrong!" I am happy to finally be able to give a highly positive review myself after many strike outs on my recent Zappos shoe purchases. For reference, I ordered the color "Brandy," I am a young 30 with terrible feet from injuries and a lovely new bunion. I am a size 8 and the 38 fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos! I never hesitate to purchase from you!

This shoe was comfortable straight out of the box. I wear it on weekends with skinny jeans and to work with khakis. I ordered the black polished leather and they are casual without looking like strictly a weekend shoe. And Pikolinos come with a nifty block sponge to shine the shoes up!

Love these shoes. They are very soft leather with more support than I expected. My feet are very delicate and these shoes were comfortable the 1st time I put them on.

I'd like to publicly profess my love for this shoe. I have returned to Zappos to buy my second identical pair, not because the first pair has worn out (they are incredibly well made), but because I am afraid they will one day and what will I do if by that point Pikolinos has stopped making them? I have walked all over NYC and LA in these shoes and they just get better and better with age. I get compliments all the time. Seriously, this is a quality shoe in a world of cheap goods. Worth every penny. In fact, buy two pairs. You'll want a back up.

This shoe feels like a glove for your foot--soft, supple letter, perfectly crafted. You aren't going to get a lot of arch support out of this, but that can be aided with an insert. Runs very true to size. I'd love a pair in every color.

Very comfortable. Well made. Size 12M fits perfect to myregular size 12M.

I loved this shoe the minute I opened the box and hoped it would fit great so I could get it in other colors. However, it was wide on the heel and I could not keep it on my feet. Sadly my first pair of Pikllinos is going to be returned.

I adore these shoes. Comfortable, beautiful and the softest leather imaginable. One problem: After a few months of wear, the stitching on the side broke down and now I can't wear them. Can't find a customer service contact for the company to see if I can get them fixed. Bricks and mortar store where I bought them is two hours away. Arghhh.

Cute shoe, and felt really comfortable on. I had to return because the bottom of the shoe seemed slippery. When testing out the fit on laminate floor it was slipping and I could see that being an issue.

Too masculine and no support on sides of shoes.
