We spend a majority of our winter time either in a rink or sloshing around in the snow. My husband has had his pair, of this same style for decades and I purchased a pair last year and we both love them. Knowing the daily use they would endure getting a pair of Sorels was a no brainer. My kids have been wearing this brand since moving here 3 years ago and when it came to choosing a new pair of boots from Zappos they chose the Sorels. I know they may seem pricey, but they are warm and well made, so much so, that my daughter always welcomes her brothers hand-me-downs. When you put these boots on you don't want them snug nor do you want to wear socks that are too thick. No matter what boot you wear in the winter, once your feet start sweating - your toes will take forever to warm back up.

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter. She went on a 3 day school trip with school. The kids did a 4 hour hike and she told me that the boots were very comfortable and very warm. I'm considering buying them for myself.

We love the Sorel boots, especially for kids, because of the fact that it has an inner boot which you can remove, so that the boots dry quickly to wear the next time. Won't buy any boots now that don't have this feature! Plus, my 10 year old daughter, who is fashion-conscious, chose these over others with colors/patterns, and she loves them.

These boots are great. My kids love them. Warm and comfortable. And sizes are true.

Best boots I have ever owned. They needed a day to break-in to mold to my 6 1/2 EE feet but afterwards they fit like a glove. Warm and comfortable!!

I wear a women's size 8 and my foot is on the wider size. I have had trouble ordering women's Sorels and having them be wide enough, but these fit very nicely. If you have a wider foot and kids sizes will work for you - give it a try!

These boots are for for my 16 -year-old daughter. She wears a size 4 in women's, and the kids size 2 fit perfectly. She says thy'er very comfortable and ewarm and she loves the look. Very happy with purchase
