Age 60. 5'10" 175 lbs. Size 12. Perfect fit. The denim is dark, but not evening out dark....nice dark for most occasions one would wear jeans, These are a tiny bit longer with a little more flare than the black, but are just right for me....I'm tall and don't wear heels, so 33 in. is just right. I did not order down a size. I wear 12 in most things, and these jeans fit fine. Ordered on Tuesday afternoon, and they were delivered on Wednesday morning. Hurray for Zappos!

Satisfied, except I wish they fit higher on waist so wouldn't have muffin top, but hopefully I'll lose 5 lbs and that issue will be solved. Ordered one size down (8 instead of usual 10). Zappos is only site I will order clothing from as their return policy is so great. No cost to return.

I have been searching for jeans to fit me ever since the style changed to the low cut butt crack hanging out jeans. I have bought and returned many many pairs of all different brands. Finally a pair of jeans that fits and does not feel like they're falling off. Thank You, Not Your Daughters Jeans! Order a size smaller than you normally would if you would like them form fitting.

These are a nice-looking jean, made with a comfortable material. The pant's leg needs to be taken up a bit for use with flat shoes.

These jeans are the best fitting jeans I have ever had! There is just enough stretch to accommodate mature curves, and the length is generous. Nothing is skipped in terms of detail stitching! Upon feeling the perfect fit, I immediately ordered the back Marilyn jeans which are the deepest black I've ever seen. Both are perfect! I will order more colors!

Great jeans, fit well, very comfortable. I wear a size 6 in slacks, but always bought 8 and sometimes 10 in jeans, because they seem to run small in most brands. But the 6 in these jeans are perfect.

Great jeans, I had been searching for a style that wasn't a low rise and looked good on me. These fit great, love wearing them. I normally wear a size 6 in other brands and a 4 in this brand fit perfectly.

Nice jeans that fit well. I wish the fabric were a better quality, like regular jeans. It is obvious these will not hold up as well as a pair of Lees or Wrangler, because the fabric is not proper denim. However, they look really good on the body and fit better not as well as my own tailored jeans but they work and I don't have time to tailor jeans much less anything else at the moment.

I am 4' 10" tall, weigh 104 pounds, and finding jeans that fit me were impossible...until I found NJDJ. When you by them at Norstroms, they hem them for free!! There are the same price there as at Macy's, but Normstroms hems them. So, you can guess where I buy mine. Mine are pretty worn out, and am looking to purchase a few pairs in the next few weeks. The only complaint I have is the jeans in Petite sizes don't seem to have the designs on the rear pockets. (I might be 66 years old, but I still want to keep up with everyone!)

I love these jeans. Period. I'm 60 years old and have never had a more comfortable pair of pants. I have a proportionately small waist and full hips, these are the only jeans that I have found that do not gap at the back requiring a belt. I bought a second pair.

This is a great style. Figure flattering and comfortable. Ordering a size down works pretty well on most NYDJ styles. A couple of times I have had to go with my regular size.

I was skeptical about paying so much for NYDJ, but after wearing them for the day I love them! I normally wear a size 14 and that's what I got because I don't like a tight fit. I could've went down a size and they still would have fit comfortable but I'm happy with Zappos and my purchase. The 33 length was great for me too (I'm about 5' 8").

great fit. However, color is lighter than it appears on screen and that was a dissappointment. I recommend that you size down one digit.

These suck you in and make you feel wonderful. And us Over 50 women need a little extra help these days! They are the perfect length, making my legs look long and taking the eyes off my waist. I had to have them in black as well.

Not entirely sure how I feel about these jeans in the long term; however, they are super comfy for jeans. After reading all the reviews, I did order a size down (10) and ended up returning those. I am possibly a size 12 and a half and the 10 was a tiny bit too tight in the hips. That said, these 12s are a tiny bit too loose in the waist! But I love how comfortable they are and will keep them.

These are the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn (probably). The length is perfect for a tallish girl (didn't order a long). There is plenty of stretch. I was looking for a pair of non-stretchy jeans, but I'm not sure they exist. Anyway, I've worn these several times and they don't seem to lose their shape. These are the highest-waisted jeans I've purchased in a while. They still don't look bad. In fact, there's no chance of a muffin top. The only thing I don't like about them is the seat pocket arrangement. I think I'd prefer larger pockets with less space in between. I've read that makes a derriere look smaller.

I am an over the top 6 foot tall size 12-14 woman of the shopping world of jeans. When I was a size 8 or 10 I wore Guess, when I stayed that size I couldn't find anything I liked better and then there was Levi and hundreds of jeans after that. I actually found a really cheap pair of Angels that fit me great but cant find anymore. Dont care they are out of style, and then I found leggings, yes that were long enough and cut with enough material where I didnt have to have the croch (sp?) hang and the legs be too short. Can you even imagine? So I went into Carsons and saw these NYDJ on sale and took a look at the length and cut and said well, they're not DNKY but I will give them a try. After one look in the mirror I knew I had to have them. They are so youthful and cut so exacting for my body. Im so glad that after closing the Tall Girl stores in Chicago area that they have come out with this new jean that fits so much better, is more comfortable and slimming and youthful that I cant say enough good stuff about it. But they are here for now and Im loving it!

Did fit good but too snug and looked like skinny jeans. I am too old for the skinny jeans - 65. Will try to find a bit more roomy jean.

This is a nice, slenderizing pair of jeans. I knew when I ordered that the inseam would be longer than I wanted, but I decided to get a pair anyway. I am hoping I can lose some length when they are washed. I am almost 5'9" and am normally a 32" inseam. The jeans are soft and comfortable. I only wish the company offered this jean in a shorter length. I went to the company website and found the same jeans at a slightly higher price. Overall, I like the jeans, but I'm hesitant to order another pair until I see how this length works out. Most women don't wear a 33" inseam.

These are just as the name says, not your daughter's. They fit at the waist, hips, and thighs in a flattering way, not baggy at all and no gapping in the back when you sit down or squat. The most comfortable jeans I have ever worn. The only problem is the short pockets. Things can fall out when you sit down, so be careful. Otherwise I would give them 5 star all the way.

Generally the jeans were fine,but I do object to elasticized material and it appears that all jeans of late have this stretch capability. I would much prefer accurate sizing and no stretch in the jeans.

Nice jeans but inseam was not 33" - more like 31". Also, tags were in pocket so possibly had been purchased, washed, and returned. I am not returning (without washing).

I had these exact jeans for two years and they were my go-to pair. I decided to get another pair. Same size, same style, same wash. They are so different! Quality has definitely gone down. The double stitching is narrow and looks cheap, some pocket details were replaced with cheaper alternatives, and they are about half an inch longer. Very disappointed. They are going back.
