I have a few pair of Danskos but don't wear them that much, find them unstable, twist my ankle wearing them. But I recently purchased these (at a discount store for half price) and I must say that these are very stable and so much more comfortable than regular Danskos. I would buy another pair of these. Am going to get rid of old Danskos. True to size for me.

This shoe is very comfortable. It doesn't have the arch support of a traditional Dansko clog, but it is better than the support in many other shoes. The insole absorbs a lot of shock, but wears out after about 9 to 10 months of constant wear (the rest of the shoe is still in great shape). Dansko unfortunately doesn't sell replacement insoles. I have a wide foot and the Kelsey is great and not tight and not loose.

Really attractive shoe with great removable insole. But it felt about 1/2 size too short. 40 is usually loose on me, this was rubbing my toes. :(

These are by far the most comfortable shoes for standing and walking that I've ever owned! The area under the ball of the foot is cushioned nicely, and the shoe is perfectly sized to wear with socks.

I literally tried on 40 pairs of shoes to decide on these. They fit beautifully and are extremely comfortable. A great pair of basic, everyday shoes. These have held up well in wet weather, too. Not my most fantastic shoes, but certainly my most comfortable.

Even when I'm on my feet the whole day (7am-1am) my feet aren't in absolute pain. Love my Danskos. Would recommend this style if you don't like the high heel of the other ones. All leather, so feet do get sweaty.

I love this shoe! I am a die-hard Dansko fan but I'd been complaining that my clogs felt so hard and my feet were hurting (I'm a teacher & on my feet all day). These shoes were just what I wanted - comfortable and look great! I do wear orthotics in them to make them even more comfortable.

I wanted a shoe I could wear with heavy wool socks in winter. This is it! I have a narrow foot. It and the sock fit perfectly. These are my go-to shoes for cool months.

Very comfortable! I had to order up one size to fit custom orthotics, but they fit great!

I needed black shoes to stand in while in culinary school. Tried 10 styles and these won out. Comfortable after long periods of standing. Fit well. No rubbing. I wear an 8 1/2 - 9 (9 in tennis shoes) and was worried about the European sizing. But the size 39 is perfect!

I love these shoes. I'm thinking about getting them in every color. There are very few shoes that I can wear and these are at the top of the list.

I bought my daughter these shoes since she is a nursing aide and is on her feet for hours. She is so delighted with them, especially with the good arch support and the comfortable fit. She actually recommended that I buy these shoes in a darker color since they would be more stylish and help with my foot problems.

Love these shoes! I am on my feet in kitchens 8+ hours a day and these have saved my feet and back! The sole is very non slip in all sorts of water and oil messes, and allows me to maintain good footing and not twist my knees, ankles, etc. The only thing I am unhappy with is the stone distressed finish. It has not aged well at all, and looks extremely scuffed even after polishing. I will probably go for the black leather next time. Overall a great, comfortable, light, well fitting shoe!

I love these shoes. My favorite part about them is the extra shock absorbency in the heel. Also, they are comfortable to wear all day long (I'm a waitress and usually spend about 8 hours on my feet). They aren't still across the back of the heel (the top of the back that rubs against the Achilles tendon); and they didn't require any "breaking-in". I like the look of these; I wear them with pants to formal occasions or with knee-length skirts to church. They look fine either way. One thing I've noticed is that the shoes sometimes squeak. I have a pair in which only the right shoes squeaks and a pair that doesn't squeak at all.

This is the first Dansko I've purchased and I love them! The insole is a bit squishier than the other clogs I tried on in the store, which is nice. I have been having issues with pain in the ball of my right foot and these shoes distribute the weight so nicely this issue is nonexistent when wearing them. I typically take a size 8.5 and the 39 fits me perfectly. The only downside is that it's not the most stylish shoe but it's fine with jeans/pants and the comfort more than makes it a great shoe.

Excellent shoe, very comfortable! I am a 10 wide and had excellent shoe, very comfortable! I am flat footed and wear a 10 wide -- I had no problem comfortably fitting these with my custom insoles in place of the pull out ones these come with. Beware: The Dansko Cabrio style is very tight and "unforgiving" by comparison!

Great shoe. Very different from Dansko Professional shoes. Has non-resistant sole and the footbed is of different material. This shoe is very flexible. The shoe stretched out funny when I wore it. Returning, but a solid shoe. Also, on my heel, it was more square than I expected.

Way too small. I don't know where Dansko gets off describing their 43 as a 12.5-13, but it wasn't even close. So sad...I really needed some new work shoes. Other than the sizing issues, the shoe is darling. I just wish they made them in my size.

Could not even get the shoe on as the arch was low and I have a high arch. Maybe a larger size would work, but am returning them and not taking the chance.

Nice clog with good arch support. I had high hopes for these, but within the first half hour of wearing my socks were soaked. They have a synthetic liner that is supposed to wick away sweat, well it didn't for me. Why make a leather shoe with a synthetic liner? Leather shoes breathe, but the liner keeps these clogs from breathing. It was like putting my feet in plastic bags. And when did Dansko move their clog production to China? I guess this is my last pair of Danskos.

I ordered the Kelsey in Stone Distressed leather and was very excited to have my first pair of Dansko shoes. What a disappointment! I wore these for the first time on a business trip and the leather scuffed so badly in just 3 days that that they were rather embarrassing to wear to meetings and have required regular waxing to look at all reasonable ever since. The "pull up" leather description from Dansko says "Scuffs and scratches can be 'pulled' out by redistributing oil or wax with your fingertips, making this a work-friendly leather." I certainly did not understand that to mean "these shoes scuff easily and need to be waxed regularly." Unfortunately, even with waxing the shoes never really look nice again. To add insult to injury, the shoes were slightly snug like they needed to be "broken in" (though they do have a great insole with good arch support). Despite regular wearing around town, these shoes have never been comfortable for me. Two strikes and they're on their way to my sister to be used as expensive gardening shoes.

This is, hands down, my favorite pair of slip-on shoes of all time! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shoe. This is my second pair of the Dansko Kelsey. I have both the stone and black colors, and I love them both. The exterior leather is very soft, so the shoe is very flexible and does not cut into the top of my foot. The arch support is just about the best I have had. I love the non-skid bottom as well. The only slight downside to this shoe is the top is a little tight across the top. I have a high arch, high instep, so initially the top did dig into my foot a bit. But after breaking in and wearing a few times, it totally went away. I am currently six months pregnant, and this is the only shoe I wear other than tennis shoes, since my feet are taking such a beating these days. Also, I have not had the problem with scuffing, as others have had, so I have no complaints about that at all.

I bought these for my daughter for a Christmas present off this website. They were delivered to my door the next day. I later asked my daughter how she liked them (she is a nurse). She said she loves them!

Love this shoe. It's great for walking. I can wear it for hours. It's more comfortable than the Professionals as the sole is more flexible and it's lower to the ground so I have less risk of ankle twisting. I'd buy these again.

Great fit and great comfort. I could walk all day in these shoes. They're my go to shoes for everyday stuff.
