True to size, extremely comfortable and work great in the snow. They have great grippers on the bottom that keep you from slipping.

I purchased these for my friend for Christmas. She had another pair that were probably 25 years old and were a little sad! I did my homework reading customer comments as far as a recommended size and she LOVES them!

I bought these boots in 1990 for snowboarding. Back then you removed the liner and put ski boot liners in, the you ducked taped the ankles! 30 years later my 13 yo son, my 17 yo daughter and myself are all fighting over who gets to wear them as we are currently all the same shoe size. I'm here to buy another pair as these boots last a lifetime.

Just bought this boot and am so happy I made the splurge to finally get a pair of Sorel boots. They are warm and roomy and comfortable! I agree they are a bit large/clunky, but you have to remember this is a SNOW boot. My mother has Sorels from the 70's that she still wears and swears by. I needed a boot that is durable and reliable for Midwest winters and this is exactly what I got. The caribou boot is a classic.

These boots fit like a glove the very 1st time I'm put them on. I went ice fishing the day after I received them. No shin discomfort at all and they were true to sizing. My feet were toasty all day long. I'm ordering my wife a pair right now!

I am experiencing my very first winter in Chicago and knew I needed a good snow boot for playing and traveling in the snow. These boots provide excellent warmth in very thick snow. I tested them out in at least a foot of fresh snow and not only did they keep my feet warm, but they also kept the snow out! Some of the roads have started to get icy and I will say that these do not provide the best traction for icy conditions, but they still get the job done. If you don't think you will be walking during icy conditions then I think these boots will be good for you. I normally wear a size 5.5 but after reading reviews, I ordered a size 5 and they fit perfectly!!! I'm so glad I listened to the reviews. My feet are on the narrow side so I didn't find the width uncomfortable. I didn't find these boots to be too heavy like some other reviewers described. I go on daily walks around the neighborhood and my feet and legs feel just fine afterwards.

I bought 2 pairs for my daughter and self, ordered half size down PERFECT! They feel like house shoes, so comfortable to walk in, and do not feel big and clunky at all. So glad I purchased these and they're warm too. Love!

Gave these boots to my son for Christmas and he LOVES them! We live in Canada, so it's very snowy and crazy cold! And these boots are wonderful, warm and oh-so-stylish. Big thumbs up!

I was adamant that I didn't need a new pair of boots like my partner told me. Heck, I was wrong. These things are amazing boots that I found out are the same as my dad got...35 years ago and he still wears them! I'm excited to follow in his boot-steps. They are warm, comfortable, and I can tell well made. I even toss them on barefoot to take the dog outside quick and they do not chafe or provide any discomfort.

I recently started snowshoeing and needed a shorter boot. These are perfect - both with the height and they keep my feet so warm. I live in Minneapolis and took these boots with me to northern Minnesota in January. Even in frigid cold, my feet never even felt a chill.

I bought these a month ago for playing in the mountains. They have been warm. The best part is the additional grip of a traditional hiking book.

From surviving slippery grocery store parking lots, to winter dogpark trips, to snow shoveling, these boots do it all with comfort, a great fit, and excellent style. They do a great job of keeping the snow out and feet warm.

These boots are very comfortable and warm. I love the classic look, the quintessential winter boot. Many reviews say to buy a size done as the boots are large; however, I had to trade in my usual shoe size of 11 for 11.5 in these guys. That extra half size made the perfect difference for me. Also, be aware that these boots are mega chunky, so getting in and out of a vehicle and driving take some getting used to. Still, they do their job extremely well, keeping my feet comfortable, warm and dry, even when wearing them for hours.

My first pair I got when I was 14 years old and after 37 years, had to let them go finally because the tread was gone. pulled the trigger after I had none for 6 years and best purchase because they still live up to my first pair. Bought size 6 1/2 as I have a high instep and wear a 7 normally in shoes. Just change out the liner every three years and the boot will last another 37 years. Better traction on this boot. Large toe box too. Regular socks are enough.

I had Sorel boots for over 10 yrs. & wanted the same quality. I wasn't disappointed. My last ones zipped, so I was concerned about the ties. They're elastic ties, so no tying necessary! They expand to let your foot in. I've been walking through snow in all temperatures here in MN & after a month, they still look like new. Keep my feet very warm, even when I ice skate & leave them out in the cold (no warming house with the pandemic). Very pleased with the quality & fit.

I bought and received my sorely caribou boots to replace one's I had years ago that were thrown away in a divorce. I once again own the best winter boot on earth and am more than pleased with the product and service. Thank you Sorel

I spend a lot of time in the snow. These boots were highly recommended to me and I can see why? Extremely comfortable and warm. Night and day difference to my old boots. Great quality and quickly shipped to my home.

I bought these for my daughter who lives in Montana. She loves them because they are comfortable and keep her feet warm and dry when out in the snow.

I bought these for a trip that ended up getting cancelled due to COVID. I actually started looking up how to return them, but they look too good! Thank goodness it snowed enough in the city for me to get some use out of them. Super comfy, stylish and they kept my feet warm and dry. Glad I decided to the keep them!

Bought for my husband, with felt liners as he requested. Wonderful! Wool felt is best insulator in our opinion. Glad that Sorrel still has them.

I am really enjoying my new boots! I have been taking long walks in my boots since we have had much snow and it is icy. I have been able to walk up to 5 miles in them! I love how easy they are to put on. My feet are never cold!

Bought these for my husband for his birthday after he's been making do with generic boots and he's so happy with them. Well insulated, flexible upper, warm and he's especially pleased that the liner stays in the boot when he takes them off.
