Beautiful design, very comfortable. These run a bit large or should I say, wide.

These shoes are great looking; however, they definitely run large. I am always a size 8 especially in ballet flats and the size 8 was quite large on me. Waiting to receive the 7 1/2.

Definitely runs big. I am between a 7 and a 7.5, and the 7 was roomy. I bought the French Sole Passport to compare with the Vaneli Serene (which runs at about half the price). Overall, I felt that the Serene won in the looks department (surprising!) whereas the Passport was more comfortable. The Passport's toe is the strangest part about this shoe: it's neither almond nor square. Instead, it takes the worst part of both; it made my foot look like a long squared-off almond. The quilting and leather are both lovely, but the shoe is cut "high" (the leather comes up the sides of your feet and over the top). The resulting long and narrow strip of my skin made my feet look very slender...but very long. The ultra-long squared-off foot might be your aesthetic, but it wasn't mine. In the comfort department, the Passport reigns supreme. The side lining is fabric (great for preventing that sweaty foot feeling) but the bottom lining is leather, for durability. It has no arch support (which is typical for ballet flats), but it's cushy to walk on, and the rubber outsole gives you great traction.

Shoes fit great. Took a 1/2 size smaller but tried them on in the store first.

The style and fit of the shoe is good for me. I have a size 11 foot and have had trouble finding a flat that fit my foot properly. The one draw back is the lack of arch support. I would not be able to walk or stand in this shoe all day. I tried other French Sole flats and this was the only one that did not cramp my toes. One would have to decide if this very expensive shoe is worth purchasing.

Beautiful and comfortable but the sizing is way off. I ordered a half size smaller than usual and needed a full size smaller.

Wide, not so much support but cushy enough. Very lightweight. Kind of expensive for what it is, but good soft sole, nice styling. I have two pairs, in the ivory and black, so guess they work for me!

These took some "breaking" in, but once they were, they fit fine. They are a half size larger, but that was OK for me. Absolutely no arch support. Overall, though, one of the more comfortable "flats" I have owned.

I really liked the shoe style but the color was off. It has a definite yellow hue rather than a neutral beige color. That difference was a major difference and enough to make me return the shoe.

I ordered these shoes because the reviews were so favorable for the Passport flats. The picture shows a little heel, but they are really, really flat with no lift at all in the heel. Because of that, they didn't look as well with my jeans as other flats, so I'm sending them back. On the other hand, I love the pewter color, and hope I'll see more shoes of this color this year!

Although it's a beautiful shoe, I had to send them back. The shoe is very well made, comfortable and elegant. However, and I mean no offense to the other reviewers, they seem a tad too old lady-ish for my taste.

I have purchased this shoe several times and it was a great little flat. Sadly the toe has been changed to a boxy, larger square. This is not the stylish shoe it once was. A subtle but cheap looking change.

These do run a tad big, but I wouldn’t say by a whole half size. A lot of reviews said to size half a size down, but i stayed with my size and happy with the fit. Hope that helps. They are so cute - one thing to note: the bow can be adjusted it’s not glued into place.

Have been wearing these shoes for years and have them in all colors. I have surgery on one foot that left a painful scar and these shoes are still very comfortable. I am a professional woman and these shoes can be dressed up or down and I can spend all day without any discomfort.

I love this shoe. This is my fifth pair over many years. I bought my first pair years ago in a retail shoe store when I was looking for a dressy flat to wear on a cruise. They were so comfortable, they became my everyday shoe - I teach and am on my feet all day. I usually wear an 8 1/2 W - however, the salesman told me to try the 9 (they do not make a wide shoe). It was perfect. I have since bought it in other colors. One important word of advice - the bow which adjusts width comes undone frequently. Have a shoe maker put in two stitches so they don't constantly flop undone.

It took three tries, thank you zappos!, to get the right size. I am normally a 9.5-10 in flats. The 9 finally fit perfectly. Comfortable right out of the box. Lovely for walking then going out to dinner! I wish it was mde in a beige and black patent combo. I might have to buy the navy because this shoe is so comfortable.
