I love these shoes! I shattered my knee 11 years ago and it’s never been the same since. Because of my injury, my legs and back have become weak. Thanks to my new Shape Ups I am getting stronger very quickly. At first I had a hard time. I was scared I would fall and I did. I rolled face first forward into the wall. We all got a good laugh and I paid more attention to what I was doing. By the end of that first day I was walking better than I have in years. My legs, ankles, butt and back hurt that night in bed, but it was a good hurt. I wear them every day and feel so good at the end of the day. Thanks to Shape Ups I feel like I’m getting my life back. I also have neuropathy in both feet and that too is improving because of the increased circulation in my legs and feet. BUY THEM! You will love them. Wish they had these around when I was a bartender.

I purchased these sneakers hoping they would ease the discomfort I have in both knees and my lower back due to arthritis and I was not disappointed. An added bonus is that since my knees feel so much better, I will get back to long walks and a regular exercise routine resulting in some weight loss! I was so pleased that I then bought a second pair of black leather mary jane Shape-Ups so that I could wear them to work. I do not usually spend so much on my shoes, but the difference in how I get around with these shoes justifies the expense. I highly recommend trying this line of shoes!

I love these shoes! I do a lot of walking for exercise and these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I usually buy Sketchers for walking, so I thought I would give the Shape-ups a try. They seem to relieve lower back pain by helping you walk straighter. I would definitely recommend buying from Zappos.com. I originally ordered a size 8. When they arrived, I decided I might need an 8 1/2 instead. I called Zappos that day and received the 8 1/2 the very next day! They sent me a return label for the size 8. I put it on the original box and dropped it off a UPS. It couldn’t have been easier!

These are very, very comfortable and they do the job. I wore them all day in the beginning and my shins were sore, so I would recommend no more than 45 min for a week or two. I plan on getting the white pair as well. Love, Love, Love these shoes.

I wear orthotics in all my shoes, but I don't need them with the Skechers Shape Ups. I am 60-years old and no athlete. I'd been told these shoes were going to be heavy, tiring and difficult to balance on. Not so. They are comfortable enough to wear all day, and when I take them off at night I have no foot pain - which I often have even with my orthotics. The Shape Ups needed no getting used to or breaking in. They were instantly comfortable and wearable. So comfortable in fact that I'm likely to walk more because I can do so without fear of pain.

These are great. Even the younger people think they look good. That doesn't really matter to me because they feel great. I work in a warehouse standing on concrete all day and my feet have to be comfortable. With these shoes I find myself standing straighter and having fewer pains in my knees and back. I'm buying more of them in other colors.

I LOVE THEM!!! I am on my feet on concrete floors from 10 to 18 hours a day and what a tremendous difference they have made in my life. Back ache gone! The balls of my feet no longer hurt because the pressure is shifted to my heels which has such great give it feels like I’m walking on foam rubber. They are great, so I bought my husband a pair, the relief is amazing! I recommend them to anyone who has back or leg pain and sore tired feet I’ve told everyone. I will be purchasing more of these shoes definitely.

I love my Shape Ups! They are so comfortable. They did take a little longer than normal shoes to break in, but I think that speaks to the quality of the shoe. They are durable, too. I have major knee and back problems and in these, I can be on my feet for hours without being in pain, like I was before. I work in these too and when I get home, I’m still able to move around and be on my feet without being in agonizing pain. I love these shoes! I recommend them to anyone!

Very comfortable! Runs a little small, so bought a 9 (I am normally an 8.5). Definitely feel it working when you walk, very supportive at work on concrete floors (I work retail and am on my feet nearly 8 hours a day). They are better than any other shoe I have worn at work in a long time.

These are the most comfy shoes I have ever put on my feet! My other half and I both got them and we both love them. they run true to size for women's sizes but 1/2 size small for men. They do make your legs and butt tighten up so yo have to work up to wearing them all day. I'm going to get another pair, maybe even the sandals as well.

As mentioned by others I DID order a half size larger than my usual size. They fit great. I really picked these sneakers because I am not allowed to wear sneakers to work and these do not look like sneakers when worn with long pants, plus they give you the added height needed for dressier pants. I like the healthy aspect of them, too. I can't really tell you at this point if I look any better, but my knees feel great (they often give me problems) and I have comfort all day long (I work in a school). I am very happy with them and am considering buying the maryjane type ones next.

I ordered the Heelys and some Sports Skechers as Christmas gifts and the website is fantastic. The ease of it all was wonderful. The free shipping both ways is a bonus! Both fit perfectly; this site is now on my favs.

First off, Zappos is an absolute great company to purchase from. You get what you order, and the process is simple and speedy. Secondly, I walk over 15 miles per week. After purchasing the Skechers Shape-Ups, I can definitely tell that I am using muscles not normally used before. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who enjoys walking, whether it is simple strolls or power walking.

I love these shoes. It did take a few days of wear for me to get used to them (as stated in the provided product information) but after a short adjustment period, wow! The shoes feel awesome! I haven't worn them long enough to speak to the shape up claims but as far as comfort and an overall feeling of improved posture, you can't go wrong. I ordered the tan but I intend to get the black and the white as well.

Oh my, what a perfect shoe. I got the same size I wear in all of my shoes and they were so perfect. Its like walking on pillows. I can't believe how great these shoes are. If you have been looking for the perfect shoe, and here it is! Zappos is the best. I got my shoes in way sooner then expected, thank you so much! I'm lovin' it!

These shoes are great. So very comfy and I'd say the size was right on, too. They really do work. After I went for a walk, I could only go about 30 minutes when I usually would walk for an hour. I got used to them really quickly and really like them.

As usual my order arrived in even less time than expected, plus this time I received an extra break on my shipping! The Skechers Shape Ups are wonderful and they really do give you a bit of a work out, for me my upper thighs were a little sore first few times of use. I took advice from the other buyers and ordered size 8.5 as I have a high instep and didn\'t want to take any chances, it worked out fine I couldn\'t be happier! Thanks Zappos!

I love this shoe. I wear them to work every day. I was worried about putting on a new shoe on a work day, but from the minute I put them on, not only was I in total comfort, but I immediately felt my calves, quadriceps and hamstrings working. I will be honest and say that I have never felt any different in the gluteal muscles, but in a month's time I am getting definition in my calves and my thighs are definitely tighter. I'm pretty sure I have lost weight, but haven't got on a scale yet. I normally need a shoe that is a wide width. I ordered this shoe in a 1/2 size larger and don't have any trouble with my bunions. I have a high arch and this shoe has wonderful arch support. Zappos offers this shoe for less than stores in my area and with Zappos you don't even pay shipping. I bought the shoes for my daughter who has back problems. Quick delivery, packaged well, totally the correct item. So far the shoes are the most comfortable fitting shoes and has helped her back and leg problems. Will order again!

I have the flattest feet in the world and love my Shape Ups. My arches feel wonderful. I'm walking 10000-15000 steps a day, and feel great. I bought a half size larger than usual.

I have a bad lower back disc, and have had trouble walking more than a block or two without my back tightening up painfully. I had read that these shoes were beneficial for people with back problems, and so I ordered a pair in my usual Skechers size (1/2 size larger than some other shoes that I wear). The shoes are amazing. I got through a whole grocery shopping without having to rest one foot on the bottom of the cart, and then carried all the groceries in and put them away without having to sit down. Haven't done that in years! The walking action naturally rolls from heel to toe, the way I struggled with in physical therapy a couple of summers ago. They're great for standing, too, because you can rock to change up the muscles you're using, and the cushioning in the sole is amazing. The overall support is great, and the toe box is nice and roomy. The curved sole does take a few minutes to get used to, but once I put these shoes on, I didn't want to take them off.

I received my shape ups from Zappos earlier than I expected and was very pleased. These shoes are extremely comfortable. My feet feel like they are wrapped in foam. But, they are work to walk in, which is the point. I have worn them on urban walking trails and also to my work, which is retail. I really feel my muscles working all the time I wear them.
