I honestly didn't see how a 4 inch heel could be comfortable, but lo and behold, it totally is! The hidden platform really puts the heel height more around 3 inches. The leather ruffle is stitched in tight, so you don't have to worry about it 'unruffling', a problem I have had with some inexpensive knock-offs bought locally. The ankle strap has enough holes in it to go around my toothpick ankles, which is nice. The only minor problem I encountered is that the heel is still a bit loose, so I solved it by purchasing $4 worth of heel pads. I will be wearing these with my black pants, and they look totally cute peeking out from under the hem. Oh, and also, my order was magically shipped overnight, which was a nice surprise when I came home from work the very next day and there were my super cute shoes! Thanks, Zappos! Loving the customer service.

I love these shoes so much I have two pairs and would love to have a couple more. They are actually very comfortable to wear, too. I just had them on all day for a wedding and had no complaints.

OK, so I found a gray pair at a local store and went back for a black pair a week later, and of course they didn't have my size! Then, I went on Zappos and there they were! These shoes are so comfortable, I could practically jog in them, and the ruffle is so cute sticking out from under jeans. And you can't beat Zappos, free shipping both ways! I highly recommend these shoes.

I receive so many comments when I wear these shoes. I purchased the mauve - they are very feminine, comfortable and different. The heel looks deceptively high and many co-workers wondered how I could wear them all day. The platform portion makes it easy! If you want a shoe others will talk about, buy these!

What a great pair of shoes! Totally cute with skirts and dresses. And oh so comfortable. My size was sold out when I first tried to purchase them, but Zappos sent me an email notice the minute they were available again and then shipped them to me within 24 hours. I\'m wearing them as I write this! Zappos has the customer service around!

I have terrible feet: bunions, high arches, finding shoes is impossible! I return a lot. These are the most comfortable heels I own and they're cute. They are balanced perfectly.

Funky (in the good way!) and unusual platform! Although in the photos of the shoe alone it looks kind of weird, the ruffled t-strap is a really nice touch and looks very attractive when the shoe is worn. As heels go, these are very comfortable. The platform shields the ball of the foot from "pavement pain" and the heel is very stable despite the height. The peep toe is cut just right to prevent your toes from either sliding down and out over the sole or getting pinched in the cutout. I think they are best worn with skirts and do not look as good with pants (the pantlegs hide the cute t-strap). I bought them in black and am considering purchasing them in red also. And as always, love Zappos!

I bought the red ones to go with my LBD. Super cute shoes and very comfortable. I was on my feet at a wedding all night in them and my feet never hurt.

This shoe is very beautiful and incredibly nice. It is also not that hard to walk in considering that I do not wear heels that much. This order arrived in only a few days and I am impressed with the service that I received. It was also easy to search through the site and find what I needed. I will certainly consider ordering from Zappos again.
