Love these boots. I bought them for the style and casual wearing. They are definitely stiff when you first get them, so what I did was follow some online suggestions and wear them around the house several times to break them in a bit before spending a day in them. Overall, they are pretty comfortable. I wear them with thick thermal/boot socks and have no issues. I wear a size 14 sneaker (Nike, New Balance) and got these in a 13 and they are perfect.

These are a very cool; a rugged, stylish and substantial pair of classic work books. I normally wear a 10, and my feet run wider (e.g., I don't always need wide width, but some brands are almost always too narrow for me - like Puma and Adidas). Based on feedback, and past experience with Red Wing Heritage, I ordered a full size smaller (size 9), and a wide width...and they fit perfectly. The leather is pretty rigid, so may take a while to break in but my other Red Wings have broken in pretty quickly.

Ordered my regular size-glad I did. Because they felt a little narrow to me, if I had gone down 1/2 size they would have been too small. I use them mostly for casual wear. This style of boot-moc-toe with a Vibram lug sole, is my all-time favorite type of boot. (Also have them in black.)

The fit on the Red Wing Heritage 6" Moc Toe Lug to be one full size smaller than my typical shoe size. I'm typically an 11 in most shoes and sneakers, and needed a size 10. I ordered multiple pairs to try various sizes. The initial fit is snug and not really comfortable. I'm a week into breaking the boot in and am just getting to point where I can where them for more than a few hours.

I ordered my usual size,luckily. I thought they were a little narrower than a "D" width usually feels. LOVE this style of boot. "Moc-toe" with a Vibram lug sole is my all-time favorite type of boot!

Great boots, I’m a 10.5 in sneakers so I sized down a full size to a 9.5 and these boots fit perfectly snug knowing that the leather will stretch as they break in. I 100% recommend these if you’re lucky enough to find them in your size.

I've been drooling over a pair of Red Wing boots for well over a year now. Well, my patience was rewarded when these puppies arrived in the mail today (thanks for super awesome overnight shipping Zappos!). After reading a couple other reviews I ordered a 1/2 size below what I normally would and they fit perfect. I'm normally a size 12 (ordered the 11.5's) with a very wide toebox and midsole. I was concerned that the mid-sole would not be wide enough for my boats but these are perfect! Although I will say that any narrower and they would be snug - it just happens that they fit perfect though. The actual style and construction of the boots are top notch. I'm wearing them with dark jeans for work / casual wear. They were comfy out of the box and I can imagine that they'll only get better over time. Highly recommended! Definitely worth the money!

Great, fast shipping from Zappos. Ordered one pair of these that came defective from manufacturer, and they swapped them out right away.

I have several pairs of boots and hands down these are my new favorites. They are comfortable and very sturdy. The only thing is they are kind of heavy and the sizes run big. If you are looking for some good overall boots these are the ones.

Red Wings quality! Great boots, expensive yes, but Red Wing boots last and they look better each time you wear 'em! I have now 10 pairs and I love each of them. As all Red Wing boots they run large (half a size in my case). The leather is a little stiff, but the more you wear 'em, the better it gets!

I ordered size 9 EE, I'm usually that size in different brand, was way to big for me, and to narrow, sadly I have to return the boots. Amazing Craftsmanship well made, great details
