My first pair of OluKai's were Nohea twill in the ray/ray color. Didn't like the fact that OluKai was going for the most part from twill to cotton (too many other brands are like that) so I got a pair of OliKai Mola's (leather) in Ray/Toffee. Thanks to the Zappos customer service rep who helped me sort through the colors, as a few appear to be very similar. For sizing, which I wish more people would write about in their reviews. THAT's what I want to know; how they fit you. I wear a 12D for most all dress shoes and a size 13W for running shoes. These were spot on size 12D. Perfect fit. I do have a wider foot, but these fit great. All I need are these OluKai's, my Asics Nimbus's and my Ferragamo loafers and I'm set. And they are ALL available from Zappos. Is this a great company, or what?

These shoes are great. I had mine for about a year or so before the sole started to wear thin at the rubber portion. I wore them everyday for work. I love the fold down rear heal. They can get a bit warm if your out in the heat but otherwise, I would not change a thing about them. They are very well made with very plush and sturdy materials. They fit me fantastic - I am a bigger guy needing wider shoes. There was plenty of room in them after breaking in but not so much that the average person would have too much room. The stitching details are also very nice. If your not into the thin small slip ons like clarks, this is the shoe to go with.

This is the second pair of these that I bought. They are very comfortable out of the box. They can be used for casual or business casual.

Bought these for my friend. He loves them. The color is very cool. He thought they ran a half size too big so we exchanged. He says how comfortable they are and good looking. Great for any casual activities, but the dark java color is dressy enough for a dinner out at a hip place. Thanks Zappos - you truly have the best customer service and return policy hands down. I had previously purchased a pair of these slippers and loved them, so when I began looking for a comfortable casual loafers I thought I'd give them a try. The fit felt a bit large initially, but after a couple of wearings they were like old comfortable friends and sized just right.

I've been wearing a pair of Moloas for the past 7 or 8 months. They have proven to be comfortable and exceptionally durable. I snow sealed them shortly after they came home. Today it snowed here in Charlottesville (March 25th about 5 inches; no kidding). I was out walking all afternoon: didn't slip and stayed completely dry. What an exceptional shoe you have come up with. Thanks, you guys did good!

Now have 3 pair, different colors. Most comfortable yet stylish shoe ever made. I have 7 pairs of Olukai, actually threw away all of my other shoes.

I got them in the Storm Grey. I'm going to say this, and I really mean it, they are the best looking and most comfortable shoes I've bought in a long time. They do feel a little bit wide, but that's my only complaint.

My husband and son both have these shoes and love them! They are very comfortable and stylish! They wear them as slip-ons mostly - since the heel of the shoe folds down so you can just slip your foot into it! Great design feature! Zappos' return/exchange policy is the best!

These are really comfortable casual shoes. They're also surprisingly stylish and are fine with or without socks. I have a narrow foot (B), and they are a little wide for me, but the overall fit makes up for that issue.

These shoes are awesome. Husband loves them comfortable, stylish, and understated. They do run about a half size up, so be sure to order a half size smaller than your typical size.

Comfortable, flexible easy to put on and take of with the flap down yet stays on well with the flap up if you need to walk fast and far. Wearing these is like returning to our natural pre-civilization state!

I bought a pair of OluKai flip-flops this past summer and really like them. I was looking for a pair of shoes that I could wear with socks/pants and sockless/with shorts. After a month, the Moloa seems like it was the perfect choice. I had to size down compared to my Olukai flip-flops. I'm an 11 in the sandals (I'd probably be a 10.5 if they came in half sizes) but a 10.5 in the Moloa was too big. A 10 is just right. For comparison, I'm a 43 in Birkenstocks, 11 in Puma, and a 10 in Clarks. The toe box of the Moloa is nice and wide, and there's a lot of arch support. Comfort is excellent, both with and without socks. My feet do sweat a bit when going sockless, but that's to be expected given the construction of the shoe. Speaking of which, I like how the heel can fold down to allow the shoe to be worn as a slip-on. I don't often use this feature because I can generally slip these shoes on hands-free anyway, but it's nice to have.

I have ordered 2 pairs of these shoes for my boyfriend. first was a birthday present and the second as a bribe. He doesn't give credit where credit is due but I'm pretty sure he's given these shoes more compliments than me. They are a bit too big, so he ordered a whole size smaller, but he states "they are like magic." They are classy yet hip looking. I plan on buying more when I need another project done - worked like a charm!

Bought these for my super picky husband and he loves them. I think this is the first pair of shoes that he hasn't returned! He is very particular about comfort and he wears them all day while on his feet at work with no issues! Love these!

I've had the OluKai Moloa a bit over a month now and have broken them in during the Northeast heatwave this summer. I have severe flat feet making shoe purchases quite difficult. The Moloa's only took a few days of wearing around the house to break in. They are a bit wide but otherwise I found true to size. Once broken in the footbed is super comfy and I look forward to wearing these. I'll confirm what others have said with regards to lack of breathability - they can get a bit hot.

My husband loves these shoes! He's a size 9.5 so I got a size 9 and they fit him perfectly. He says they're comfy and they're casual and sexy at the same time!

As usual Zappos service and delivery was the best in the business. These casual shoes fit well, are super comfortable, and I love the fact that they can be adjusted to be slip-ons. No cheap but a good value for the quality, style, and I hope durability.

Olu Kai is one of those hidden gems, at least here in the Midwest. These shoes are especially wonderful. The shoe is beautifully constructed, with lovely leather and an interested tread that gives the shoes a lot of unique character. The dark wood color goes with anything, and are appropriate for almost any casual outfit or situation. Olu Kai puts wonderful, soft soles in their shoes. You can wear them with socks, but I suggest going without. You won't notice. I love the slip-on ease of these modern casual loafers. They fit fairly snug around the ankle without actually gripping your leg - to me, that's the perfect fit. Overall, there is no reason not to buy these shoes. They'll become your favorites very quickly, and they last forever. I highly recommend this brand and this particular style.

I was looking for a shoe that I could wear out in the evenings and wear to the office. The Moloa is perfect for this. The fold down heel turned out to be more useful than I had expected. So far I have no complaints. The Moloa's build quality is high and I would definitely buy another shoe from OluKai.
