These boots are great for walking through ice and lots of snow. I got them for my first midwest winter and they were fantastic! They might not be the greatest boot appearance-wise, but they held up great through blizzards and ice storms.

I ordered these in black back in December when they were in stock. I love, love, love them but unfortunately the treading on the bottom of the left shoe is lifting up and I am going to have to return them. I called Zappos and they offered to send me a replacement pair, (unfortunately they no longer have black in stock), credit me for a new pair of boots or refund my money. I may have to buy these from another site because I love them so much. They are lightweight and easy to slip on which is very important when you are 7 months pregnant. Since wearing them I have not slipped or fallen on the ice and snow and if you live in the NYC area you know how much it has snowed and accumulated since December. I haven't had a issue with my feet being cold or getting wet, in fact they have been dry and warm even without bulky socks.

These boots are the best! They are really warm and so light they feel like slippers. I bought them last year and just bought some for my mom who has difficulty walking. These boots are sturdy but light and she really loves them. Even on the coldest days you can wear these without socks and your feet stay toasty warm.

Love these shoes, warm enough with regular socks. My feet usually overheat wearing boots but not the case with this one. Wore it in the snowstorm and still dry.

Comfortable and warm. I didn't like wearing snow boots because they always felt stiff and restricting, these are quite the opposite! Love these boots!

These are great winter boots! I walk about 40 minutes a day commuting in downtown Chicago, and these boots are perfect. They are lightweight, very warm, slip on/off easily and quite sturdy. They definitely run a half-size large. I normally wear a 8.5, and an 8 in these boots is very roomy. I'm not tromping through many feet of snow everyday, but these boots keep my feet warm, dry and slip free while I'm walking briskly on a daily basis. And they don't look completely heinous.

I absolutely love this boot. We got hit by the northeast blizzard which gave us a good reason to try them. The boot is light, warm and works great in keeping feet dry in snow, even deep snow.

Got these for my wife and she loves them. She had them for the big snow storm we just had and said they were great. Kept her feet dry and warm.

I did read other reviews so I did order these boots a size bigger than I normally wear (usually wear 8 so I ordered a 9) and they are awesome with some extra thick socks which are needed for Chicago winters they feel great.

I bought these boots for several trips I have this winter to New England and Colorado and just love them. They are warm and toasty and very comfortable. I like the elastic around the ankle because it's not to tight and keeps the boot interior from shifting around. Very pleased with the purchase.

I absolutley love these shoes. This is my second pair, my first were in black and just wanted a brown pair! My feet are always cold here in the Iowa winters and these are the only pair that keep them warm plus arrived in a short time!

Very lightweight, warm boot. The traction on the bottom is all what it says. Comfortable enough to wear all day.

You didn't have a size 10 which is what I wear so I ordered the 11 thinking with heavier socks the 11's might work. They seem like they would be warm and comfortable. I am giving them 5 stars for that reason, but I am returning them because they slip up and down on my heel. I really need the 10's.

Love these boots! I wore them last night sledding with my 5 year old and my feet were the only warm part on my body! I didn't even have socks on - I just slipped them on and they were warm and comfortable. The fur doesn't go through the entire boot so your foot doesn't get too hot either. They are very lightweight, too.

Expensive, but worth the price. My daughter loves these boots. Wore them for 3 winters almost every day, and finally needed a new pair. True to size, warm and good traction. Some times you do pay a little bit more but this time, definitely worth the extra money.

I was looking for a boot I could wear in the rain and snow because I am pregnant. I ordered these in a size 8 because I normally wear a 7.5 or 8. I had a little trouble pulling them on and they felt like they could be too tight with my expanding foot. I ordered a size 9 and they can be pulled on much easier and my foot has more room. I would recommend ordering two sizes; your normal size and one size up and then see which one fits better. I can't say enough about Zappos fast shipping and easy returns. I received both orders in a day and they make it very easy to return. I have ordered 5 pairs of shoes from this this holiday season (for gifts) and have not been disappointed once.

Love these boots! They keep my feet toasty warm and are super comfortable. I use a shoe insert for extra arch support. Usually wear a 9½ and ordered a 9. They are perfect!

Wow, 1st of all, I am very impressed that I ordered these boots on a Saturday & I received them on Monday. These boots are exactly what I was looking for - very lightweight, not too bulky & stylish. I wore them in the cold New York snow for a couple of hours & my feet stayed toasty warm even with thinner socks on. I am a size 5.5 - 6 & I ordered a size 6 which fit perfectly. I love them!

Great winter boot! I bought these for walking the dog and they work great. Very warm, so comfortable! Love that they are soft and flexible for walking in. I've been walking in up to 3 inches of snow/ice and they've kept me warm and dry; we haven't had anything deeper or slushier yet. I wear a 9 and got a 9 and they fit great with just regular socks, maybe wouldn't with thicker socks but you don't need thicker socks. The traction could be a little bit better for packed ice but overall great. I've even worn them in the house sitting on the couch to keep my feet warm because they are better than slippers.

Very pleased with this purchase! The boots are very comfortable, cute, light and warm. They don't seem to be super heavy duty snow boots, but they are perfect for walking around on cold or snowy days. Recommended!
