I needed shoes for various snow and hike trips that were comfy, warm and waterproof but also looked cute enough to wear normally as well and these were perfect. I didn\'t know what to expect, but the size was just right for me. The bit above the heel is somewhat wide and for my feet that worked fine but if you have a narrower foot it might be good to adjust the size to that. I\'ve worn them several times in different weather conditions and am really happy with them.

wasn't sure how warm/waterproof these would be since it did not give a temp. indication in the description but when I got them there was a label inside and they are warm to something like -25F. Didn't have a single problem with cold, wet feet or slipping on snow/ice. They were the best accessory I could've asked for, for 2 weeks of vacation in powder and cold weather. Some people don't like the elastic 'shoe laces' but I actually think they allow you to get the boots nice and tight around the ankle. They are quite roomy, so take that into account (and I have wide feet). Great boot, and lots of complements on their fashion as well as functionality!

These shoes are great and very comfortable. I received lots of compliments. The size is fairly accurate to my normal shoe size. \r\n\r\n

These boots are so cute! I got them in size 7.5 which is my normal size, but I sent them back and got 8 instead. I have a long skinny foot my big toe is longer than the rest, and sometimes shoes can be a bit short. These ones are short I think, and quite wide, but it doesn't matter because I will wear thick socks with them. I wore them for the first time in the snow Dallas just had, and they were absolutely excellent. We are going to Aspen in Spring break, which is why i bought them. Zappos service was unbelievable, when I sent the boots back I got the next pair shipped overnight unexpectedly! How fantastic! I'm happy!

The delivery of my boots was right on time so that was great because I don't live in the USA & I was traveling in 5 days time from the day I bought my boots online. I arrived in Norway on January 20th 2010 to one of the coldest & snowiest winters recorded in over 50 years! I normally walk everywhere as I don't have a car, these boots are great & do not hurt my feet. I have nothing but good things to say about these boots. They are super warm, comfy and most important they are 100% water proof. I'm very satisfied with the boots, I have been wearing them every day for almost a month now in the hard core Norwegian winter, and the boots still look like new. Oh, and I'm not talking walking in nice clean sidewalks, more like out & about - country side living, in the snow through the woods, up the mountain trails, to & back from school, etc. So yeah, awesome boots!

Best boots I have bought so far; awesome in the snow - keeps your feet dry and warm in snow, water. I would buy another pair of Keens.

I just love these boots! They have the look of a converse sneaker and the warmth of an ugg boot. They are really cute, I have got many compliments on them. The price is great too. I have seen these on other websites, the price is definitely better at zappos. The best thing about it is that Zappos has great customer service and I have received my boots within one business day. The people are always very helpful and nice. These boots are comfortable, warm and nice looking.

I LOVE these boots. They are incredibly cute (I get lots of comments on them from friends and strangers), but more importantly they are fabulously comfortable. They have adequate tread, but not necessarily built for serious ice walking.

I did a great deal of research before I purchased these boots. They are warm and keep my feet dry, plus they are too cute. I live in Upstate New York and it gets really cold.

These boots are great! They run a little big, but with thicker socks during the winter anyway, it\'s not a problem. \r\n\r\nI tried them out in a foot of snow commuting from NYC to New Jersey, and not only did the water stay out, it also didn\'t leave traces or stains on the leather. They are also really warm.

I love these boots. I ordered 4-5 pairs of different snow boots and these are the pair I kept. My feet are big (11) and cold. I didn't want something heavy and ugly. These boots are really warm; we went tubing yesterday it was 24 and windy and for the first time ever my feet were dry and warm the whole time! I was very pleased. These boots are have plenty of toe room and cushion, the elastic laces are great. My husband even liked them. I love Zappos, it is so easy to shoe shop now!

I couldn't be happier with this boot! I received them on 12/30 and didn't take them off until New Year's Day. They kept my feet cozy warm while shoveling show and walking around cold New York City. My feet were always kept dry and warm. The cold weather rating inside the boot says they're warm down to -25 degrees. I was even impressed how comfortable they were wearing with jeans to work; I was worried they would be too warm. They did get a little toasty after 8 hours of wearing in an office, but I never felt over-heated. I am happy at how well I am able to walk in them. This is the first boot I've found that allowed my ankle a decent range of motion.

Wow, I wish these fit me! I have a cheap pair of boots that are just so-so and need something really comfortable and durable and warm for hiking in the snow. The looks were a distant 3rd concern in my mind, but I did like the kind of sneaker looking design. Like every Keen shoe I've had the quality seems to be quite good, but I didn't wear them outside. Looking online I wasn't sure about the stretch laces but I didn't find them tricky top put on at all, they gave a nice even fit up the leg. The foot bed is just how I like too, supportive but flexible, and I also like the roomy toe-box. Another thing I've found with Keens that is nicer than cheaper shoes is that the materials wear well, and for whatever reason seem slightly lighter and less cold to the touch in a cold house. Both design and construction got high marks from me. Well, design wise I am partial to a pull-out wool type liner, but that's not a deal breaker. They seem worth the price except for some minor issue I had with the fit. One of them flexed oddly in the back and started rubbing my Achilles. It could just be my weird feet. I have crazy high insteps and that makes it really hard for me to get a good fit.

I got these boots because I was going to Norway! They fit great, very comfortable, and kept my feet nice and warm!

I love these boots! They are perfect for walking my dog in the cold and snowy weather we have in Chicago. They slip on and off easy and are super comfy. The bonus is they are even cuter in person than online.

These boots are fantastic! I love them because they are first and foremost very functional as a snow boot. And yet they don\'t feel bulky. They are almost like wearing a gym shoe. I can slip them on and off pretty easily without worrying about the laces and play with my kids in the snow while my feet stay warm and dry. I have gotten many compliments on them and I would definetly recommend them!

I love these boots! I needed something I could walk/hike with my dog in the cold and snow. I saw these and loved the look. They look just like sneakers when I wear jeans. This is my first pair of Keen's, so I wasn't sure what to expect with regards to comfort and size. I'm a 6 in most brands, so that's what I ordered. They fit great. The width feels great, too. I have a flat foot, so my foot is a bit wider than most. The toe is roomy, but I prefer that. I've used these for several walks in the snow in single-digit and subzero temps and love them! They are very comfortable and have kept my feet warm.

These shoes are great. They were slightly stiff at the ankle on the first two or three walks but now they have loosened up and feel like sneakers. The shoe has not slipped on muddy slopes or wet metal grates. Also, you slip them on and off very easily with the pull cord tie. The insides are warm and fuzzy. These are great shoes for hiking in the woods or walking the dog in the rain and sleet. I'm a size 8 and they feel true to size with room for heavier winter socks.

I love them! Feel true to size, width is great. I have wide feet and went with the B width and they fit fine. Keep my feet super toasty.

Totally psyched! They were comfortable straight out of the box. I think they are really cute, sort of like a snow sneaker. I can't wait for a snow storm to try them out, but they certainly passed the indoor test. I am a fan of Keen and these did not disappoint.

I ordered this product on Tuesday evening and I did not expect it to be delivered till Thursday morning. In my surprise, I found the box from Zappos by my garage door on Wednesday Morning. I loved the speedy delievery. The shoes are fashionable, adorable, and comfortable.

Love them. I got the brown because I like the pink that comes on them and think they'll look cleaner longer. They're a little roomy, which is kind of nice if you want really thick socks. Slightly on the wide side, but I like them roomy like this. I love the look of them. I think these will become a quick and practical favorite. Love them.

These boots were definitely cute, but not exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something mid-calf that I could tuck my pants into and these were a little too tight. They’re comfy as sneakers, but going back because of the calf fit. Boo hoo - I hope the Hi-Tec replacements I’m ordering will be better.
