Love these things they seem like they would stuff but they are really freaking comfy totally recommend these.

These shorts are great, very heavy material and great length. But they do in fact run small. I would order one size up.

I agree with everyone on the size issue -- definitely order a size up. The black and white chef print was not stiff at all.

Awesome shorts. Stiff and durable. Nice and long. Runs tighter than other shorts in the same size, so if you really want them to hang low (as the kids often do) then order it a couple sizes larger than you normally would.

I like these a lot. As others mentioned, they are a little stiff, but that's the case with these Dickies types of shorts.

I bought these for working on a boat, and they have definitely held up! The material is strong and durable. The sizing was a little tight for me (32), but since I was dieting and exercising, I lost enough weigh in a week to feel comfortable in these shorts.

Shorts run small in the waist. If unsure, move up a size. Also, they are stiff as a board. You may want to wash them a few times before wearing.

Run small! I wear a 32 and always have. The 32 did not fit. I didn't try the 34 but the 32 plain old didn't fit. Weird, 32 should mean 32.

Nice everyday shorts, for the price. Run small in the waist so order up. The length is very nice.

Bought these shorts...returned them. Size ran small. And the button was tiny...hard button to button.

No joke! If you order these definitely order a size up. I am a 34 in every pair of shorts and pants. These felt more like a 32.

Agreed with first poster, stiff as a board. And run very small. Ordered size 36, and I could barely button them (whereas my other pairs of Vans and Volcom shorts in size 36 are actually loose on me).

These have enough style to do it all, from playing golf, to bumming around while wearing a t-shirt all day , or going out to dinner at a casual restaurant. The waist sizing runs small, I wear a 34" waist in every other pant and ordered my usual size and had to return them for a 36" waist which fits perfectly! I recommend sizing up one waist size.

Love these shorts. As other reviews have said, go a size up, especially if you want to hang below the waist and hit below the knee. For those who have said they are stiff, that's kind of the point of these. I'll be ordering in more colors.

Durable material, really nice shorts for the price. Order a size up because they are a bit tight.

Uh, did I gain 15 lbs? I usually where a 33/34 waist. I ordered these in a 34 and couldn't even zip them up. The 36 fits great. Thanks for the easy return Zappos. These are perfect work shorts. The material is super tough and stain resistant. They are stiff at first though. Order one size up.

I've worn Dickies for years and these are better hands down. I don't know what it is but they just fit me better and are more comfortable. Now that said they do run small so I'd recommend going up a size or two. Besides that they rock. Get a pair of these, some Vans and some Stance socks and you're ready to shred!

Waistband is stiff and scratchy at the fly. Must wash a few times before it will soften up. The overall looks of the short is great. They got the inseam length perfect. The overall short feels great (except the waistband issue). Well made materials for work or play.

Great shorts, very comfy, they do run small so order a size or two bigger.

This shorts are great! I would definitely order a size up though from what you normally order. The length is below the knee which is great and can be very hard to find now a days.

I like these shorts. The material is durable and slightly stiff, the length and hang are also good, But the sizes are all wonky. I ideally wear a true 33 and other reviews said they run small so I wen. With a 34 but it was still much tighter than I like so order atleast one full size larger.

Love these. I ended up buying two more pairs in different colors. Get the next size up though!

They are well-made shorts with a long inseam. I took the advice of the previous reviewers and ordered one waist size larger than usual. That's good advice; thanks, guys.

Look great. Tough fabric, but not quite as thick as Carhartts so there's less of a break-in period.
