My main problem with shoes is the Taylor's (pinkie side) bunion. Even when the shoes stretch out enough on the side, the last (the bottom) doesn't come out far enough on the side to support that part of my foot, so my weight comes down uncomfortably on the edge. This is my first Saucony, which I chose because of its reputation for being good for people with "duck shaped" feet. Tried the ProGrid Glide, which I liked a lot; but, alas, the width was a problem, and it doesn't come in wide. This shoe does come in wide, and *fits*!!! The shoe goes on easily. The arch support is very good and hits me in the right place without being overly bumpy on my flat foot. The shoe is light enough and flexible enough that I don't notice it. Cushioning and motion control are good. Love that it's made of synthetic material. I couldn't be happier.

Love this shoe! I have moderately high arches and tend to overpronate and this particular model works best for me. A few months prior to this I purchased the ProGrid Omni Moderate and it does not support my feet as well as this model. I’ve tried other brand name shoes to fit the particular needs of my feet i.e. Nike, Asics, New Balance but none could compare to this Saucony shoe. Slipping on my new shoes felt like returning home.

These are great shoes. I wear them every day. My arches need extra support, so I pull out the thin liners that come with the shoe and put in Soles regular arch supports, which you can also purchase from Zappos. They were recommended to me by a local orthopedic surgeon.

Very comfortable, with good support. Have tried other brands and always go back to Saucony.

Great shoes! Great brand! Fast shipping. Couldn't ask for more. Normally wear a 10 in regular shoes, but have found I need the 10 1/2 for running.

I usually get my running shoes at a local store but i pay a premium price.\r\nThis is the first time I\'ve ordered running shoes online and the price was great, the service was great also. I\'ll probably use Zappo from now on and also recommend it to friends and family who run.

Awesome! I love these sneakers. Have been wearing ProGrid Omnis for the past few years and the Omni 8s are the best yet. Great support and comfort, especially for the newbie runner. (I got a half size larger to have that bit of extra room.)

I love these shoes. I'm a newbie runner, still learning the basics. My employer offered a seminar on running races. During this seminar, I learned a lot of useful things, perhaps nothing more useful than understanding your foot structure and how different brands of shoes are built for different types of feet. I never knew that before. I had been running in some New Balance shoes that just were not doing me any favors (per the seminar, NB are for wide feet). I learned in this seminar that I have a V-shaped foot (narrow heel but 'normal' forefoot). This is what Saucony is made for. I've always had trouble finding shoes to properly fit my feet. Not so with these. Taking into account Zappos' return policy, I opted for size 8.5N. I told a friend about my order and she said a friend of hers said a new pair of Sauconys took 5-8 min off his PR. They've definitely helped me go faster and further and way more comfortably than before. These definitely are my magic shoes! I don't plan on buying any other brand ever. Also, very happy with Zappos, the easy transaction, fast shipping, and awesome return policy (that I'm excited to say I did not have to use).

Love this shoe. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit. These don't blister, no break in period, no rubbing, great support and super cushiony. So glad I found them (tried many different name brands before with no success).

I bought these for my 8 year old daughter who has a 5.5 size foot. Her feet were growing so fast she was starting to have a lot of pain. These have taken all that away. She says she could walk all day in these shoes.

This was the most comfortable shoes I ever bought. I always have broblems due to my very wide feet. And on top of that, I\'ve been having pain on the bottom of my feet recently. So this shoes with very heavy padding really helped with my problem. I don\'t mind walking now.

Great running shoe for long narrow feet. I wear a 10.5 and have narrow heals, best fit I\'ve ever found. Nice and snug in the heals yet still roomy in the toe box.

Classic Saucony! These are great shoes, and up to the mark of past Saucony models. Comfortable, good support, wide toe box, but narrow in the heel so they don't slide around. They work very well with my overpronating narrow feet. My orthotics fit nicely. I usually am a 10, but in Saucony I get an 11 to have plenty of room as these run a little short. A bit flashy with the silver, but the green on them is a nice change and kind of classy. Keep going Saucony.

I found the perfect pair of shoes for my recent trip to Rome: the Saucony Omni 8. We walked between 5 and 8 miles a day for two weeks, and though I was tired by the end of each day, my Sauconys did not cause my feet any pain. The toe box is wider than average, but not too wide, which is what I needed. There's moderate arch support. It's a light shoe great for walking. (I'm not a runner, so don't know if it's a great running shoe.) I've tried on many pairs of shoes before finding the Omni 8. Omni 7 did not work for me; support was too hard. New Balance toebox was too wide. Ecco toebox was too narrow. And on and on.

I'm a runner that overpronates and has low arches. For the past couple of years I've been running in the New Balance 767/768/769. Great shoes, however recently I have found that I need a little more cushioning in the forefoot. I tried the Saucony ProGrid Omni 8, and I am completely satisfied. The forefoot and heel are nice and cushiony, so my knees and back don't take such a pounding, and my overall running experience is infinitely better. I think Saucony typically makes shoes that are a bit wider in the forefoot so; if you have a narrow foot like me, definitely get the 2A width.

Great shoe. Always love Saucony shoes. I had new bulkier orthotics and they even fit in these shoes without my heel popping out.

I just love these shoes! Having wide feet I have a hard time finding shoes to work out in. My last pair were choking my feet to death. This shoe has a very roomy toebox. There is plenty of room. On first trying them on they feel almost too roomy, but there is something in the way they are made that keeps your heel in place. Your toes go on a lovely vacation of room! Excellent shoes. I will buy another pair just to kick around in. And I love never having to worry about whether or not the shoes I order will work. Zappos return policy is amazing. I love Zappos!

These are truly a great pair of athelic shoes. I am a runner and have been a loyal Asics customer for years, however after problems with a heel spur, I decided to try a different shoe. Due to my problems and my desire to continue running, I purchased 5 different brands on-line and by far this shoe was the best. All of the other brands were returned. I am now back to running and will be buying Saucony. I am now also buying Saucony\'s for my five children. Thanks Saucony. I am a very happy custmer.

Best shoes ever! I work at a hospital as a nurse, 12 hour shifts and my back was killing me. Bought Sauconys and they have great support, no more back pain. Will continue to buy this brand of shoe.

Great running shoe. Plenty of room for my wider foot and easily accommodates my heel lift without my foot coming out of the shoe.

Great shoe for accommodating significant bunions and overpronation with high arch support, almost a little to much for me, but I got used to it. I ordered a wide and it fits great and true to size. Had a little slippage in the heel due to a narrow foot on my part, but with some loops at the last two holes of the laces, they were snugger. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS is also a great shoe and fits a 1/2 size larger.

Since I was merely replacing my old Saucony shoes, I am happy with the new ones. Were my worn out shoes really this shiny when new? Seems some shine was added to the fabric with this new model.

I thought I'd try the Omnis but got them in the med width since they didn't have my size in wide. Saucony is one of my favorite brands. I have wide feet with high arch and high instep, and even in med width, I can wear them. However, the Omni 8s aren't as comfortable as my Hurricanes. After wearing them all day (I'm a teacher), my feet are tired. I like their looks, and they're fine when I wear them a few hours. I much prefer the Hurricanes for jogging, though. The footbed on these feels "softer" and not as supportive.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance with the SL2 last works well with wide, high arch, high instep, too
