These are great looking and comfortable. They definitely run at least a half a size big. I went down a half size and could maybe even go down another half size. you might want to get a couple of sizes to try them. The top edge of the shoe comes up kind of high so there was a small gap between the edge and the top of the foot, so it may not work for everyone. Other than that they were great shoes and have a nice padded edge.

Broken hearted. I really wanted these shoes, but alas, it was not to be. Excellent make and awesome leather, but if you have high arches and regular size feet, they probably won't work for you. They kept sliding off my feet and I even tried going down one half size, and then a whole size (too tight). Recommend Seibels instead. Easier to walk in. But I do love the look of this shoe. Very heavy, nice leather sole, but too clunky to wear if you're a small person.

These are the most comfortable shoes! I wear them constantly. Normally, I wear a size 7 and they were too big. I exchanged them for a 6½ which arrived the very next day and fit beautifully!

I got them at the sale price on 6PM. I think they are totally worth it. They are very fun. I live in Florida and am not used to wearing anything but squishy shoes like Athena Alexander platform sandals. But they are comfortable. They feel a bit wide for me but I'm okay with it. I have a bit of a narrow foot. Maybe between an narrow and a medium. I wouldn't walk a mile in them but they are comfortable for doing errands. I love the western style and the fact that they do look like boots under my bootleg jeans. They are really growing on me. We don't get much boot weather here so these totally make sense. I got the fawn color which at first I hated, but now I like a lot. I am usually a 7.5 and I got the 7 and that works.

Love the look of this shoe. Wasn't the most comfortable shoe at first but they are getting better. Probably won't be able to wear them for real long periods at a time. They are a very heavy also. Look great with jeans!

Based on the reviews I read all but two of the 57 reviews said to order a half size to a full size smaller so I ordered an 8 instead of an 8½ which is what I normally wear. Needless to say they were too short. I had to return them for the 8½ which fit perfectly. I love these shoes. They are great with jeans and casual denim skirt. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

These are great looking clogs and nice Frye quality. I wanted a boot look but I didn't necessarily want to wear a taller boot, and the low boots that my daughters wear with leggings aren't really my speed. These are a comfortable, cute alternative.

I bought these clogs in an 8 and 8 1/2 based on other reviews. I wear orthopedic inserts and like the fact that the shoes have a back lip to keep the inserts in place. I could fit the size 8 with the inserts, but just barely so I settled for my usual size 8 1/2. I'm used to wearing a softer shoe on my foot so had to get used to the heavier, more substantial feel of these Fryes but I love the way they look in the toe. I anticipate many years of wear. I have narrow feet and found that my foot does not slosh around like many boots I've tried. Expensive but very well built.

I've been trying to find a pair of FRYE boots/shoes that were comfortable and cute at the same time. I've tried many styles recently and thank goodness ZAPPOS has FREE shipping both ways because I returned my share. I just received these CARSON clogs yesterday and just LOVE them. SO cute and comfortable at the same time. I have to admit I was expecting them to be very uncomfortable from my experience. Can't wait to wear them when the snow is gone from the ground!

I first ordered these a half size smaller than my usual size because the reviews said the shoe ran large. That was not true for me. I returned the shoe and ordered my regular size (8 1/2). The fit was perfect. I LOVE these shoes. They are beautiful, and look great. No need to break these in either. I wear them with thin socks ( it's winter), and they are very comfortable. Frye makes wonderful boots, these will last a long time.

I usually keep a pair of black loafers in rotation to wear with pants to the office and running errands, but decided I wanted a pair of clogs to serve that purpose. These caught my eye because they had more character and style than Dansko-like clogs. Perfect. I like a glossy black leather, and this is a beautiful quality. The entire shoe is leather, including the lining, which makes for a very comfortable, breathable shoe which has quickly molded to my feet. I ordered a half-size down, as recommended, and they were initially a bit snug in the width, but not in an uncomfortable way. I wore them without socks the first day, and the warmth of my feet helped the leather relax. Going down a full size would have compromised the length. Moderate, gentle arch support without applying undue pressure to the sole of the foot. They have the feel of shoes that will last for 10 years or more with good care. In summary: Half or full size small. Moderate arch support. Gentle taper to toe, but not pointy. Breathable liner. Solid heel.

Comfortable right out of the box - and a bit badass - just what you want in a pair of clogs. Hard to beat the comfort of these clogs. No break-in needed. I' m sold on the Frye brand based on these clogs.

Took advice of others and ordered half size smaller. Fit is perfect. I will wear these a lot!

Beautifully made and constructed and really wanted the cognac and thought id try the antique color didn't care for the color. I will wait for the cognac to become available.

These bootish clogs are great for those occasions when boots feel cumbersome. They fit my wide feet comfortably and stay on well for walking - better than traditional clogs because of the slight lip at the heel. And they have that great Frye style. Love 'em.

I love the look of this Frye clog. Damn hot! I wear mostly a 9 B sometimes 8.5 B. I tried these in 8.5 and they were a tiny bit snug. Maybe because they were new and not molded to my feet? They are gorgeous and I want them, but they are just not comfortable for me. First of all, I am now older than I ever thought I could get and I only wear flats...I am so old I have only been wearing clogs and shoes with traction soles and comfort. This 1.5 inch heel did not feel right on me, and I am no longer used to real leather soles without traction patterns. I live in my Merrell ice clog and Encore clogs and they are so comfortable. Since I like quality shoes I have also been buying a few Finn Comfort shoes from Germany (on Zappos). I am giving these Fryes one more shot -- I ordered the 9s. Just in case. Dang! These are gorgeous clogs.

I love my clog. I usually wear 8.5, but these were too big. I love them though. I am hoping I can get some kind of pad to put in them so they won't flop up and down. I absolutely love them and would love to have the Fawn, but didn't have in my size. A very nice boot and very classy.

I so wanted to love this shoe. I ordered down one half size, but it felt narrow and with a high instep it was hard to get my foot in. I don't want to order up a size because once I was in the shoe, it seemed very long in appearance. The leather is soft and the detailing is quite beautiful, but with my erratic feet, it is unfortunately a no-go. I'm rating it high because another person would be fortunate to buy these and would certainly love them.

These are my sixth pair of Fryes and, like all the others, are wonderful. Well-made, sturdy, and comfortable. I ordered my normal size 6 and these fit perfectly. I have a wide foot and these don't pinch one bit (though I almost never wear socks). The fawn color is great and matches basically anything, so I know that I will be wearing these for many years.

Wonderfully crafted shoes! I normally wear a 9.5 W, but can sometimes wear a 10 M, so ordered the 10 in these shoes, hoping for the best. The 10's were way too big on my foot. The width was surprisingly fine. No more 9.5's in that sale color, unfortunately. :( So disappointed. They really are very beautifully made. I am debating biting the bullet and paying full price for another color in size 9.5, which I think will fit. They look like they could be worn for 10 years, they are so solidly constructed.

Frye boots are just too heavy for me. But this Carson Clog is perfect. Runs large - may need a half size down. Gorgeous leather and very comfortable.

Itâ??s the third year in a row to look for this particular shoe by Frye, and finally it was available in my size this year! It was not available for two years in a row. Seems I would be interested too late in the season, but I finally got them. Third time is a charm. I normally wear an 8N, and ordered the size 8; I added the 7.5 to my Wish List and was promised I would be notified when it was available. As soon as the email came in the size 7.5 was available (that same night or early the next morning of the first order), I promptly ordered. Both pairs arrived on the same day so choosing the correct size was ideal. By the way, I ordered the first pair on Thursday night and the second pair on Friday morning; both arrived on Monday. The clog is a little loose in the heel, but I am hoping this will form to my foot with use. Even so, these clogs are very comfortable. I sure enjoyed smelling the leather while wearing them at work yesterday and sitting at my desk. Now I want another pair of Frye shoesâ?¦ I am looking now.
