I love my New Balance. I am very impressed with the super fast delivery, great service!

I walk daily for exercise and this is a very comfortable, lightweight shoe that provides good support. This is my first New Balance - I chose it because it is made with no leather. In athletic shoes I buy 1/2 size larger and these are a great fit. Would buy this brand again. Delivery was fast, buying from Zappos is always a pleasure!

These shoes are light weight and very comfortable. Break in wear is not necessary. The only thing I would do to improve them is to have a tab or loop at the top of the heel to help us older, less flexible folks get them on! And of course shopping at Zappos is always easy and convenient. Love the fact that I can have my new shoes usually by the next day! And no shipping charges even if you have to return the shoes!

This shoe was my life saver. I underpronate, and have constant pain in my arch as a result. Whenever I'm wearing these sneakers, I have no pain at all, and can tell that it is correcting my walking pattern. As an overall result, I have less back pain as well. Love them!

Very comfortable. These sneakers replaced an older version. I had never tried them on before but they fit me perfectly! Very stylish, as well.

Size - true to New Balance sizing (1/2 size larger than normal shoe size). Shoes could have been more narrow.

Comfortable and lightweight. I ordered these a half and inch larger after reading other reviews and it was a wise choice. There was very little break in time, and I was grateful for this. I use these shoes more as cross trainers, elliptical, weights, and walking and they do well in all areas. I am most pleased and will purchase them again. Zappos delivery was, as always, amazing!

Because I am an in between size and always needing an ortho insert for extra arch support, I appreciated others' reviews and ordered a 1/2 size larger than what I would have and am delighted my insert fits perfectly! There is enough room in the toe box (very important to me), and I get all the support I need! I love how light they are (9 oz) and that I did not have to pay more - what most high-performance shoes usually cost. And thank you Zappos for your 24 hour delivery! It got me started instantly on my new walking program without any need to 'break them in!'

I\'ve been wearing these for a few weeks now and love them! Very light and fit just right on my size 13B feet. I wear orthotics for flat feet and they fit in with no trouble after taking out the regular insole.

These are comfortable and priced right. I have narrow feet and it is almost impossible to buy shoes of any type at the mall. Zappos ships fast!

Comfortable right out of the box. No break-in period needed. They could stand a bit more cushioning in the soles.

Honestly, I wasn't sure I was going to like the style. I even considered returning them. However, when I put them on they were so comfortable I was convinced to keep them immediately. I have worn them many times since and am reassured by many positive compliments that they are also good looking shoes. Thanks Zappos.

I love these shoes. I wear a AA width and have a terrible time finding a comfortable athletic shoe. These shoes fit like they were made for me. I like them so much that I immediately ordered a second pair.

I wear size 12M and have had a difficult time finding shoes that fit well and an even harder time justifying all the shipping "to and from" charges! I ordered the New Balance 559 shoes 2 days before I left on a trip to Disneyworld with our high school band. The shoes were perfect in their fit!! Wide in the toe box, lightweight, great heel support, and really good-looking. I walked MILES in these shoes over four days and my feet felt great!! I would recommend them to anybody! Great Job, Zappos!!

Light, attractive, comfortable, and true to size. A good value for the price.

So far, so good. I ordered a half-size larger than my usual size for heels and they fit perfectly. They were super-comfortable as soon as I put them on. No break-in needed. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to wear them outdoors as much as I would have liked due to the snow and ice that we’ve had since the shoes arrived, but I don’t foresee any problems. I like them!

I have not had an opportunity to wear my new walking shoes as yet; however, I have tried them on in the house. They are lightweight and very attractive. I really like the look and feel of the WW559, and I look forward to wearing them on a regular basis, after the snow clears up and I can stop wearing boots. Normally, I have difficulty with the sizing of shoes because I have a very narrow foot. This shoe feels and looks great on my feet.

These are great shoes, fit true to size, lightweight and good support. They also do not rub around the ankle and have plenty of room in the toe area. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Great shoe, one that I plan to order again. The size and width are true. This is a comfortable shoe that I find myself reaching for every day. My feet feel cool as the material breathes. The color (I got the gray/yellow) is neutral and goes well with anything. The black sole is attractive and the shoes hide dirt well.
