The boots are beautiful, but be warned the experience with Zappos was not. The boots did not come with the original box, but instead arrived in a brown box that was too small to fit them without folding the boots. The shipment did not even come with the shoe bag. I asked Zappos to please send the original box or at least a box big enough for me to store the boots, but they refused to oblige this request. I definitely will not be ordering another luxury item from Zappos in the future.

Per other's review, these are great pair of boots. Although we still have several months until boots season, I had to get a new pair to be prepared. I chose the suede over leather because it gives a deeper tone when coordinating with outfits. My feet are narrow with smaller calf than average; these boots fit just right with regular shoe size. I wear 38.5/39 with other designers and 8.5 with Stuart Weitzman fit perfectly on me.

I am in love with this boots, they are my dream boots! I was hesitant in the beginning whether to buy them because of my big calf (17 inch) but decide to give it a try, and couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Stuart Weitzman is my favorite shoe designer and he did not disappoint this time! Thank you for making boots for women who have curvier legs, you are awesome! And thank you Zappos for your impeccable and fast customer service, I will be your customer forever!

Love these boots! Can't believe I held off for so long before purchasing. I debated between this style and the SW 5050 boots. Ultimately I preferred the more almond toe on these compared to the rounder toe on the 5050's. The first day I owned these boots I walked several miles around the city without any issues. I also recommend these boots for ladies with wider calves. Mine are 15.75" and I wear a 9.5, and these boots fit great.

Let me preface this post by saying that I don't normally spend quite this much money on boots, but I do feel that these are worth the price!! I have been buying tall or over the knee Frye boots for the past 10 years, but I have noticed that they wear out very quickly. I hope that Stuart Weitzman boots will last a little longer. I have gone online and purchased a suede cleaning and protectant kit to keep the boots in tiptop shape. I also do not plan to wear these and the snow or heavy rain. With all that said let me get onto the review. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 135 pounds. My legs aren't super skinny, but they aren't chunky either. I don't have really wide calves, but they're not narrow either. I hope that makes sense! These boots cover up my knee caps in the front and come up to the bend of my knee in the back. I love the stretchiness. They're suede in the front and a stretch material in the back. They hug your legs in a good way. At first I thought I could only wear these barelegged, but they conform to any type of pants that I wear, like tights or skinny jeans. I have worn these to work where I stand the majority of my eight hour workday. They aren't as comfortable as UGG boots, but my feet did not like at the end of the day like they sometimes do and other types of shoes. My feet are normally more sensitive than other peoples, so most people probably would say that these are very comfortable. I am at least a D width, perhaps and E so was hoping the W Width offered with these boots would be okay for my wide, high instep Italian foot. All I had to do was open the box and I knew it wasn't even worth trying on. Their W appears to be no more than a B width. So if you have normal feet and wear regular size widths, I might say for you to order the wide if you prefer a little more room. Also as a general comment I wish shoe manufactures would not automatically assume a wide foot means thick calves. These boots are very pretty and appear to be well made but keep in mind the width runs on the narrow side.

Really lovely boots, but I just can't think of enough times I can reach for them to justify. My real lifestyle isn't as cool as my dream lifestyle.

These are must have boots! This is only my second pair of Stuart Weitzman boots, but they will most definitely not be my last! I have a pair of the slate grey in the 50/50 style. I would agree with a previous review that the Reserve style is even better, if you can imagine that! The heel does give the boot a more chic, feminine style that will turn heads. Even at 6'3", I enjoy wearing a little bit of a heel. The height of this boot shaft is mid-knee to over the knee, even on my very long legs. Not only are they fabulous looking, but they feel great on too! No breaking in time required. Slip on and you are ready! If you are looking to make an investment in your style and your feet, then these boots are for you! They are worth it. They will not disappoint! And of course, neither will Zappos! Their service is outstanding. It is the only place I shop for shoes.

Beyond amazing. So, as many have mentioned, these are smaller than marked. I am normally a 38/8 and I took a 7½M, which are perfect. They will work nicely with thick socks as well. Easy to pull on and stylish. I now the 50/50 is actually the more popular model, but I prefer these. The heel is a little higher (but still feels as comfortable as a flat. But, that little ½" more heel makes these more versatile in my opinion. Trust me, you will not feel the heel height because these have great support. I would recommend the RESERVE over the 50/50. I tried both.

Beautiful riding boot, the fit is great. The leather soft and heel is nice height. From the first day I worn them they are very comfortable. I have 12.5" calves and these boots are perfect!

Very comfortable, stylish boots. The suede works well in an office setting (not too "sexy" like many OTK). Heel height is perfect for being on my feet all day. 8.5 wide fits true to size (thank you SW for wide.)

I'm comparing this to the Stuart Weitzman 5050 boot. This boot is very similar, but has received a lot less reviews, and I like it a lot better than the 5050. I ordered both because I was undecided by simply viewing pictures and reading reviews (I love Zappos for this reason - incredibly easy to quickly and freely return the pair I decide not to keep). I chose to keep this one over the 5050. This boot has a slightly higher heel -- not really noticeable but I think provides a bit more support for my high arch/high instep as well as a slight fashion edge with a little more lift. Along with that, the toe area is slightly narrower which I like better. It's a beautiful boot.

These boots are gorgeous and flattering, elongating and slimming the legs. I tried a couple sale styles first as the price was tough to swallow but ended up coming back to these as the elasticized fit was so flattering, with no buckling at the ankles. They were super comfy without any break-in period. I like the feminine heel on these over the flatter version. They run a bit big, I dropped down 1/2 size.

I had been eyeing the 5050 boots for months. My husband was in a bind and needed help with my Christmas gift so I decided to give him a little help. It was last minute and Zappos had them available in my size and was the only site that I could find that would be able to get them to me by Christmas Eve. That's when I discovered the "Reserve". I'm only 5'1" so I thought a little higher heel - great! Per other reviews I purchased a size 5 (1/2 size down from my usual size 5 1/2). I have a narrow calf measurement 11 inches, so I have a hard time with boots not fitting, but put these on and they are perfect! The leather is beautiful and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. LOVE THEM and Zappos speedy service!

Shoe was bigger than my normal size but looks fab. Came in with out original SW box, no show bag, and no suede brush that usually come with Stuart Weitzman boots!
