I loved the first pair of these I bought from a store a couple of years ago. It seems like they've changed the straps, because they are tilted in toward my foot now and dig into it, and they are sharp. So, it's an uncomfortable fit now. I wore it for an hour around the house to see if it changed, and I tried on multiple pair. I have narrow and flat feet.

I love the look of these, they feel good on, BUT the QC is horrendous. I usually wear 8 and I ordered the 7/8 in one color (fit good) and got another color and they were WAY too small (by an inch!). Then I reordered the 9/10 and they were exactly the same size as the 7/8 I ordered. The one drawback is they are really "flippy". I have almost fallen a couple times with these. I almost like the knock offs better.

Disappointed with these flip flops. I have purchased the same size Slim havaianas over the past few years and their sizing keeps getting bigger. The straps on my recent purchase have gotten too loose making them uncomfortable to wear. It’s very frustrating to repurchase these.

Ok, this is a second review after I exchanged the size that was originally too small for the size listed. The second pair was good in length but the straps were so darn lose I have to return these as well, I mean for heavens sake, who pays 28 dollars for a freaking pair of flip flops anyway? I should have had my head examined from the get go. I'll stick to Old Navys cheap ones that when I compared, looked exactly like these but for the skinny straps and bad fit on the Havaianas.

These are... kind of crappy. I got them because I'm nine months pregnant and my feet are swollen. Basically, I couldn't find anything else that fits. However, if I was not pregnant, I wouldn't keep these shoes. Generally, I love flip flops. The soles of these are so thin; however, the front bends under if you catch it on the ground. It makes it very easy to trip. The thinness also makes them impractical for any amount of walking. I've paid $5 for a pair of department store flip flops that were more comfortable than these. Instead of these, I would recommend a pair of Rainbows or Crocs flip flops. They are just much better quality.

hen the UPS truck pulled up today, less than 24 hours after I ordered my Havaianas, I was so excited to receive them! The minute I opened the box, and saw the flip-flops in the plastic bag, my mood went from happy to deflated. I could tell immediately that they were teeny-tiny small. I ordered the size 37/38 (US Women's 7/8. There is no way these are 7/8. I wear a 7½ and, by all accounts, these were 6½ at best. The footbed and tag say US 6, but according to Zappos that's the men is size? Which is strange since this is a women's shoe. I am returning these and not exchanging them because I have read too many reviews about inconsistent sizing within the same size shoes. They really were cute - and I was looking forward to wearing them tomorrow - but no go. They will be heading back to Zappos tomorrow morning. On a brighter note, Zappos' fast shipping continues to impress me. I ordered these less than 24 hours before they showed up on my doorstep. You guys rock. Thank you.

I bought these in the gold metallic color. They're a lovely color, and I like the slim band. However, this is my second pair of metallic slims, and each pop apart easily. After a few weeks of wear, they're not wearable any longer. Well, unless I want to stop every few steps to pop my band back into the sole of the shoe. Since this is my second pair that have been rendered unwearable within the first week or two, I will not be buying the slims again. I'll go back to the classics for sure though- they last forever!

I ordered the shoes because my daughter was standing up in a wedding and she did not want to wear heels all day and night and we were disappointed when we got them. They ran small she still wore them but they were small.

The quality of these flipflops has deteriorated so much. So disappointed as these were my go-to flipflops in the past. They broke after a couple weeks. The sizing is also completely wrong - size 9/10 is closer to an 8

Used to love these, but no longer worth it. I’ve just had my 4th pair break. They always break at same spot - snap off at toe. And always the right foot so I can’t even pair up with the other ones. They’ve definitely changed the way they manufacture their shoes as I’ve been wearing them for decades and it’s only been in the last year or two that they break after a couple of months wear.

Zappos customer service made this right so no complaints about that. But these flip flops arrived broken. The bottom was torn where the strap attached and it was about one step away from completely falling apart. They almost looked worn too. The straps were also awkwardly placed and unflattering, and didn’t feel secure on my foot. I had Havaianas years ago and they were great but this is a mess, I think I’m done with the brand at this point.

One of them broke within a couple months of purchase and after only a few wears.

I’ve bought this flip flop every year since 2013. Something is different this year. Definitely not as comfortable. Manufacturing must have change something.

I was sent 2 different flip flops. And one is bigger by about an inch than the other although they say they’re the same size....

I don't know what has happened to Havaianas but they have changed. I have always worn a 37/38 and the pair I just received looks to be a full size larger than my old pairs. The sole also seems a bit thicker and the overall flip flop not as nice, not to mention looking a bit sticky.

The strap broke. I bought them five months ago. They were worn, but certainly not enough to justify a broken strap. This was so disappointing!

I bought these in navy and was initially very happy. Unfortunately, after one month of wear, the right flip flop broke and is no longer wearable. I have purchased the "top" Havaianas in years past and have never had this problem, so I will probably stick to that line in the future.

I'm a 7.5 and i got the 7/8 and they were too small. It's weird cause I have the 7/8 in green and they fit fine. Going to exchange for the 9/10 and see what happens.

I like the color, but I am a clear 7.5 and I ordered the 38/39 US 7-8 and they were very short, certainly no longer than a size 6 at the most. I see from previous posts that the sizing is very inconsistent. I am returning these and going to look for another brand. I have flip flops that are about $5 and look exactly the same and are more comfortable. These are just plastic and rubber, the same as my others, nothing special about these so I think they are way overpriced, paying for the name only.

They’re pretty much true to size, but they are a bit narrow so watch out for that if you have wider feet.

Love these flip flops - fits well on the foot and holds up well!
