These broke the second day I had them. The strap came out that’s in between your toes. You can put it back in but it keeps coming out.

Bummed the left shoe / thong has an uncomfortable poking piece in between my big and middle toe. Would return, but I've worn them outside.

Its TOO bad Havaianas changed there sizing!!!! (I confirmed this with Havaianas directly). Have worn these for years, now that they've changed I'm no longer able to purchase my favorite flip flps! What a shame.

I just received my third pair of havaianas and am totally disappointed. The soles are much more flimsy then the old version. Other reviewers have had the same issue. If something is good, why change it? Now I have to search for a new perfect pair of flip-flops :-(

Wide width instead of medium. The quality is not like original Havaianas.

I've been wearing Havianas for a few years and have always loved them, but the 2015 flip flops are very different. I've tried both the Top & Slim styles, from 3 different retailers and the straps on all are really long/high, so they don't fit. They don't stay on. But the shoe is the same size as I've always worn, I'm a size 7 and get the 5/6. Also, the quality is not what it used to be. So disappointing.

I have owned about 5 pairs of this exact shoe now. They are my favorite flip flop when it comes to comfort. The only problem is that the strap breaks after several months of wear. Every time. I've called Havaianas to complain and they didn't really seem too concerned. So I love the shoes themselves, just know that the strap will wear down and you will be stranded with a broken flip flop.

I loved these flip flops so much but after only 4 months of wearing them, the little button that holds the toe separator to the shoe broke off. Not sure if I'll repurchase.

This shoe is very uncomfortable. I bought a pair for my daughter, too. After about an hour, I was sorry I wore them. My daughter wore hers the following day and she too felt discomfort.

These flip flops were recommended by a friend of mine who loves them and they are terrible. Gave me blisters all over my toes and sides where the strap is. Disappointing!

The ones i got the straps are so loose the foot falls off

No wonder these were on sale. They are shorter than my other havainas! I compared sole to sole and this pair is slightly shorter. I was wondering why the back of my foot was almost barely on the flip flop. Ugh so disappointed. Hopefully I can send these for a return.

These were a real surprise...I received 2 left shoes in 2 different sizes! So I have to say no way for $30 flip flops!

These shoes were used. Dirty. Unacceptable. I have never had this happen with a Zappos order before. And, why did they come in an Amazon box?!?!!!??

I have had havainas for years and do not like this new version. Material is dfferent and the quality is not as good.

I use these are indoors only flip flops. I have had them less than 6 months are one already broke. Don't buy, the quality is unacceptable

Havianas used to be my favorite flip flop, then somewhere along the way they changed to unisex sizing, which is actually men's sizing. They have the chart showing you how to downsize, but they're still sized wider, longer and with higher straps, so they no longer fit me, no matter how much I size down. The straps are so high, they don't touch my feet, so walking in them is impossible. I know it saves the company money to make one men's size and then mark it with a smaller size to sell it to women, also. It's the same with Oofos. Sadly, Havana's don't work for me any longer. I need true women's sizing.

Sadly I have to return these, they are soo baggy not like all my other Havaianas at all. Not sure what the heck happened to this pair...

Totally a full size smaller have to return pain in the neck I have never been an 8 in anything and my last pair was a 7-& so they seem to have shrunk I hope Zappos takes them back

It stunk

I've been ordering and wearing Havaianas Slims for years. This last time around I tried two different pairs and both times there is more distance between the footbed and the plastic thong part that goes between the toes than there usually is. The Slims are fitting sloppy and not so slim. What's changed? Quality control seems different and I'm frustrated. Really wanting a new color of Slims.

The tab kept pulling out of the shoe.

I really do not understand the size disparity from one order to the other still happening after all this time. I know it is not zappos fault but it is frustrating. I ordered this same shoe 2 months ago in a different color and all was good. This time it is a size smaller. Thanks for making returns so easy.

Not good for narrow feet and not good for longer toes. Toe bed is short.

Unfortunately, this item is not all white as described and pictured in the product description. Rather, the sole is white and the straps are more of a creamy ivory. Zappos was helpful in addressing this problematic issue and sent me another pair. However, the replacement was also a two tone white / creamy ivory flip flop rather than all white. Sadly, I have been victim to several prior orders that arrived in substandard condition and/or were not as described and pictured. Shame on Zappos for their lack of inventory quality control! Hats off to Zappos for their quality customer service!
