BEWARE OF NEW SIZING! I've worn various colored Havaiana Slims for years and am really disappointed with my last order to replace the black slims that I had. I am sitting here comparing an old gray pair with the black pair that just arrived. My new ones are a full size too big. I am a women's 9 and here's what I received: On the sole of the old pair: USA 7/8 (they fit perfectly) EUR 41/2 Havaianas Slim 39-40 On the sole of the new pair: USA 9/10 (full size too big) EUR 41/42 Havaianas (does not say Slim even tho that's what I ordered) 39-40 As with most everything that is a real winner, these shoes have changed.

I made an assumption that flip flops would just fit like they did when I was a kid. I was wrong. My feet are longer and wider than they used to be so I had to return these. They were so pretty I felt disappointed...oh well - great shoes if you have the right size feet.

My teen daughter is a size 9, medium width. After reading other reviews, I ordered both 39/40 and 41/42. The smaller size fit her best just barely long enough, but the next size up was way too big. (Of course, something in between would have been perfect!) The material is great, sturdy. I can no longer wear a flat footbed like that, but she's completely happy.

I ordered up after reading reviews that these ran small. Well, I found them to be true to size so the ones I ordered were too big! I'm not in love with them -- I guess I was hoping for more than a basic flip flop since people seem to love them, but really, these are basic flip flops!

These flippies are the best. Cute, classic, and comfortable. It isn't summer without them. Now if only I can get my dog to stop eating them!!

Flip flops were as expected, the other pair I purchased ran small for its size, but this pair runs to size. Customer service was nice to send me a replacement for the pair that ran small at no additional cost. Thanks!

Sturdy but stylish flip flop that goes with almost any color in my wardrobe. Thin straps nearly eliminate tan lines for other shoes. I usually get 2 summers out of these and they are my go-to shoes for most summer days.

Comfy and well made. I had another pair before this but my friend's dog ate them. They will last forever if nobody chews them up.

I wear flip flops out quickly, but these last longer than any others I've found. I've been wearing this for 6 years. I love the silver color.

I really like these flip flops. I had always just bought the inexpensive kind from discount stores, but the Havaianas are of a much better quality, are more stylish and are definitely more comfortable. I have a few pairs and I will continue to buy them in the future. They're great for the pool, wearing around the house and for running errands. Not an ordinary flip flop.

I'm always a fan of Havaianas, they are one of the few flip flops that don't cut up my feet. I had to buy a replacement pair as my previous ones broke (after about 3 years of wear) and so I turned to Zappos who sent me my new pair overnight! Couldn't ask for better service.

Love these! I think their sizing is strange. I went up in size after reading reviews and that was a good decision. I got a 39-40 and I wear an 8 or 8 1/2.

I have been wearing Havaianas long before they where imported to the USA, as I have family in Brazil and for years they gifted me Havaianas. No other flip-flops compare to the quality, durability, and comfort! I especially like the ones that are a little higher in the back like this one that I am reviewing, they give a more comfortable feeling to the legs and to the back.

These is not enough support for a side move. Basically if you are walking straight ahead everything's Archie. Take a Side step in this design and the tong dislodged, the shoe bowed because it is so soft and I was on low hallway carpet. I had to come out of these right away or I would have went down. Otherwise they are comfortable flip-flops. I went with Flash Urban Design, see what they know. If that does not work out, I will likely opt out for another brand with a bit more support.

These shoes are stylish and comfortable. I had to return the first pair because I ordered the wrong size - too big. The sizing on the website is difficult to understand.

These are my go-to flip flop. Absolutely love them. They are not clunky and don't hurt your feet. I wear a size 10 and people think my foot always look small in them!

These are the comfiest flip flops I have EVER owned. PERIOD. The slim versions are much prettier to the eye the the normal ones, and I have had no blisters too.

I really like these flip-flops! I got white and black & now I want more colors. I like the slims because they aren't as chunky looking as a regular flip-flop. I have been wearing mine with everything. They look good with casual dresses. And they are comfortable! I even have worn them waiting tables at the outdoor restaurant I work at.

These are part of my casual summer uniform. I always have at least three different colors at any given time. These are comfortable to walk in - even for a couple of miles. As I wear out one pair, I order the next replacement. They are awesome and classic.

I wondered what all the hype was about this brand of flip flip until I tried them. Now I know. They don't break down like the cheap ones and are heavier and hold up really well. I have had three pair and wear the alllll the time. I will say, my older pairs have lost the sticky feeling in the footbed, which may be a result of their age, or that I use them at the pool and the cholorine is affecting them. My older ones are just a little slick to walk on and my feet have to work harder to keep them on. I prefer them when they are stickier. But for the price, I will just but a pair a season and try to wear the older ones to the pool only.

I honestly could not function without these flip flops. I have two pair in my house at all times in case I can't find one pair. They're my standard, go-to, get things done throughout the day shoes. They might look like any cheap thong from Target, but these are much better quality and way more comfortable.

Loved this shoe. Go by Zappos sizing chart, and you should do fine. I had to reorder because I thought they had been re-sized. However, Zappos is on top of that!
