Bought these for a summer at the beach -- seems to be great so far! Seem pretty true to size. For their purpose (cheap throw away beach shoe) they have a nice sleek look, definitely better than something at the drug store at least!

I only order havianas from Zappos. Other sites tend to be a bit confusing in terms of size. I have returned flip flops numerous times to other sites because of the size. Zappos is always right on with size!

These flip-flops are so cute and really comfortable! I was worried that the plastic straps would rub between my toes, but they do not at all. I love wearing them out and about. Definitely small shoes - in terms of width and length, but I like that. I typical wear a 7 1/2 shoe. I ordered a 7/8 in these flip-flops and my foot is basically the same exact size of the flip-flop. If you are debating between two sizes, I would recommend ordering the larger size.

Overall, excellent flip flops. Solid rubber lasts longer than the more commen foam and is less likely to blow away in strong wind if left lying around outside. They do run small though. I normally wear size 12 but I had to exchange the 11/12 for size 13.

My second pair of the same sandal because the rubber that hold the toe strap to the shoe started to wear. Lasted for many many wears. Love these sandals, easy, cheap and sexy. I have a narrow foot and they are perfect for me-no sliding around.

Simple and comfortable flip-flop. I was worried that these would chafe and cause blisters - especially between first and second toes, but they are incredibly comfortable. I wore them all week on an island vacation and there was no sign of wear and tear. They do not absorb water, so feel free to walk into the water with them.

Love these sandals once I got the sizing figured out! I read in previous reviews to order a size up as Zappos has the sizes incorrectly to choose from. Being a US size 8/8.5, I went with the Women's 9/10 sandal following advice in the reviews. Way too big! With Zappos' excellent customer service, we were able to exchange it for the Women's 7/8 and it fits perfectly. Got it in the sand gold too and I'm thinking it will go with a lot of cute swim suits!

I've been wearing Havaianas for many years and have had many styles. I really like the slim and wore my last pair for a couple of years until they broke. I just ordered these and really like the silver color. I had a couple of gold pairs and am so tired of gold. These are a nice break. I like the slim as opposed to the regular because I feel my toes don't have to work as hard-- not sure if that will make sense to anyone but there it is. Order these and enjoy a good quality, good looking flip flop that's worth the price.

I bought these as a surprise for my wife. The moment she tried them on she said "I love Havaianas! These are my favorite type of flip flops and they're so comfortable."

So I am an 8.5 (US) and wanted to make sure I ordered the correct size. I read through a lot of the reviews and with my research seem to have mostly read majority of the customers found the sandal ran small, so I ordered a size larger 39/40 (9/10). When I received my sandals and tried them on they were too big. I had to exchange them for the correct 37/38 (7/8) and they fit great. So this sandal runs true to size. The exchange process was easy. I filled out the easy exchange online, printed out the return label and shipped out my return on Wednesday and got my exchanged pair on Friday.

I had an opportunity to speak with customer service today concerning the shoe sizing. The gentleman was very helpful. A pleasure to do business with.

I don't know if it's possible to write this review under the 1,000 word maximum, but I'll do my best. I have yet to have experienced such amazing customer service than I did with Zappos! I ordered two pair of flip flops and one pair was not the correct size. I called, and Manard was so unbelievably pleasant, helpful and accommodating. He sent me a new pair and said to keep the pair I had already received. Not only do I love these flip flops, they really are the best, but I also will only purchase them from Zappos...they are an amazing company that goes above and beyond what I have experienced with other companies. I highly recommend Zappos to anyone and everyone...great product...great service!

Havaianas are by far the best flip-flops out there. They are made from rubber, which makes all the difference. 90 percent of flip-flops you come across are made of foam. The rubber is extremely cushion-like and flexible. Foam flip-flops are hard, stiff and rigid. I have wide feet and a high arch, and almost always have to break in my shoes. Flip-flops frequently irritate me, where they slide between my toes, or on the top of my foot, where the band rubs. With Havaianas, I am able to wear them from the moment they arrive, no foot sores whatsoever. I can wear them all day, so blisters and no sore feet. I always have black Havaianas, and have to replace them every other summer (they last through two entire summers, with almost daily wear). I have several other colors that I purchased when I first discovered Havaianas. I cannot remember how many years I have had them. Maybe six? They are worn probably 15-20 days each summer, and look as new as they day I bought them. A reviewer mentioned that they front of the flip-flop will catch on things and roll under. I admit this has happened to me, but only twice in the six years that I have been wearing Havaianas. As mentioned above, they are extremely pliable. This will certainly not enough to turn me away. I will wear Havaianas as long as I am able to find them. I dread a day they are no longer available, and I have to go back to foam flip-flops, or seek out another company that makes something as good. Do not hesitate. Buy these flip-flops!

Love these flip flops! Extremely comfortable for walking and are great everyday flip flops. These are made with high quality material.

I bought these as a replacement for a pair that finally wore out. The first pair lasted over 4 years! They are comfortable and I've never gotten blisters or had issues with the straps. I also wanted to specify for sizing they run true to size. I wear a 7.5 and got the 37/38 and they are perfect! I'll order these again and again!

This is my second pair, I wore my first pair to shreds because I love them. They match just about everything, and once you wear them a while they get even more squishy and comfortable. No arch support but even though I have plantar fasciitis, it wasn't an issue with this shoe for me.
