Havaianas will be the hardest to fit shoe that you will ever run across, as I was warned some time back by a Zappos rep, not quite understanding what she meant. Sizing is VERY inconsistent. They are just a basic flip-flop with some style. They are not 'cushy' like Reefs, but the footbed is a wider profile for those of us who need it. The 1st pair I bought were a 7/8 (I typically wear a 8-8 1/2), and they were quite roomy, if not large. When I ordered these, I ordered a 7/8, but the box is clearly marked 6/7, and they are clearly smaller. Width is ok because they run so wide, but length is borderline. I kept them anyway. So, be prepared to either order several sizes and choose, or return/exchange several times to get a fit...then start all over when it is a different style. I marked that they 'felt smaller', but actually the sizing designation IS smaller. A 7/8 arrives as a 6/7. Good luck!

I have been wearing these sandals for about twenty years. I buy two new pairs a year usually. This last pair that came is smaller than they usually are. My toes hang off the sides. I included a picture so you can see the new sandal on my left foot and the old sandal on my right. I've been wearing the same size this whole time. Now I wonder if I will have to size up or try a different sandal. As far as comfort goes, I have wide, flat feet. Anything with arch support or anything fancy make my feet instantly ache. I've worn this sandal for so many years because it is the most neutral bare minimum sandal that is all that I need or want. I get this particular model because it usually perfectly fits the outline of my feet.

These sandals are comfortable especially in the heel area! The thong part doesn’t rub my skin uncomfortably. I have worn them almost daily for two months and they look brand new still! I would buy these again and again!

These are very comfortable sandals. I was surprised to feel cushioning in the heel area! I’ve had them for a month now, wearing them daily and they are holding up well. They also run true to size.

After looking extensively for good quality flip flops, I decided on these and am extremely happy. The sole is thick and sturdy, and the color/style is excellent, especially the Brazilian flag detail. The strap material is a bit stiff towards the toe as it joins the part that connects to the shoe, but by the third time wearing them this was a non-issue, as my feet had gotten used to it with minimal blistering. Love them!

Love this brand and style. The only thing is when you first get them the straps sting a little until they get worked in. I pop them in the pool and then they aren't so stiff. Always a good flop.

Just received my Havaianas today...they are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I love them! They do run a little small, so I would suggest buying one size larger than you would normally buy. They are gorgeous and the ones with the stripe on the side of the sandal are really cute.

I love these flip flops. They are my first pair of Havaianas. They are more supportive than Reefs, although the Reef footbed is very comfy. I found this to be true to size. The first pair I ordered up a size as suggested and the were huge. Of course, Zappos being the awesome company they are, it was easy to remedy! I adore Zappos and buy all of my shoes from them. I hate to shop in stores because there is literally not much variety out there! I hate going from one store to another or from one mall to another. With Zappos, I can purchase almost anything I want, have it the next day, or ship it back at no cost! Love Zappos!

Sizing is way off...expect to return or buy multiple pairs to get your size correct. A ten in Reef size fits me very roomy - but my toes hung off this sandal when I ordered the 9/10 of this style. A 9 in men's size fits well though. Overall comfort of the footbed is good, I'll be testing these out at Disneyland - with a backup pair of my trusty Reefs - just in case!

I recently started wearing Havi’s after owning a black pair. This white pair was super nice and perfect for summer. Recommend this brand! Even though they are just flip flops they are very comfortable

A quality flipflop. I've owned these before & love the Havaianas. I am a true size 10...bought the 9/10 (too small)...got the 41/42...they are perfect!

Have not worn yet, deciding if I should size up. I wear a womens 9, these are sized 9-10, although 39-40. Next size up is a 10-11, 41-42. Size 9 is usually a 40-41. They do seem very comfortable, width is slender and great for me. Gefinitely a keeper once I decide which size!

Great black flip flops! Have them in 3 other colors. They last and they are comfy. A must have for a flip flop enthusiast like myself.

These are great but unfortunately the way Zappo's packed them, mine will probably not be wearable. Please stop folding these into one another and bagging! This ruins the lay of the straps and they become warped. Very disappointed.

I'm so happy, they are perfect and made well. I wear flip flops every day and know these will last me a long time due to the quality.

This is a great flip flop. It does run small however so order a size up. I wear a size 10W and ordered the size 41/42 (women 11/12) in blue and it was a perfect fit. Super comfy. I'm going to use them for beach jaunts.
