Hope... Love this shoe! It's so cute, especially in the taupe--which is really more of a deep cream color (not grey enough to be truly taupe). Problem is, it doesn't fit...but I should have known. Someone else said it runs true to size, and its size 6 (the smallest it comes) and I wear size 5 or 5½...but I was hoping. I need that shoe to wear with an outfit I'm making! So I'm planning to tuck a gel pad into each toe box to cushion the ball of my foot, and hope (again!) that it will fill out the space enough so I can wear the shoes. As for arch support, I have such high arches there's no shoe that begins to support them...so I can only guess what kind of arch support this one has. It's a cute style...and that's why I bought it. My foot was sliding in the shoe too much, and my heel would pop out every time I stepped. Heel was a little too high for my preference.

These shoes are okay. One minor thing I don't like is that I can see a little of the pink lining while they are on my feet. These shoes were a decent value. They are fairly comfortable. Per other reviews, I ordered a half size larger than normal and found them to fit well.

Very cute shoe. I don't know if it was because I wore it at the end of the day but they were not as comfortable as I hoped. But it is a very classic elegant shoe and it makes you look tall. It felt just a tiny bit bigger than it should.

These are hott (yes, with two t's). They felt true to size and seem like they won't flop off of my heels too much. I have a narrow foot and these were perfect. They seem a little higher in the heel than I thought they would be, but it's not a deal breaker. I haven't worn them for an extended amount of time at this point, so I can't comment on the long term comfort. Overall, a great shoe and even better price!

Love the shoe! It was a little loose at the heel; I had to add a foot pad to tighten the fit.

Purchased a similar Madden shoe at a free-standing store. They fit great and was very comfortable, but they didn't have it in red. Bought this one online, but had to switch out the first pair for a larger size (I love Zappos return policy!) Fits well and looks oh-so-sexy. The heel is a little higher than I find comfortable,and the shoe slips off of my heels a bit when I walk (different sized feet), but a little mole skin should fix that. Overall, a cute, sexy shoe.

I have gotten a lot of comments on how cute these shoes are. They are a little taller then they look, though.

Most comfortable pair of black heels I've ever owned and there have been many! I like the support these provide my flat arches. Also, the patent look goes well with just about anything from work suits to jeans. Great price for the shoe you get!

I really love these heels! I have them in the Navy Patent and they are really sleek and look great with Jeans. I am normally a 7.5, but I literally had to squeeze my feet into the shoes. I exchanged for the size 8 and I have a little extra room, but they feel great. Since they are so tall, I love that the heels are a little thicker. I don't know if I would wear them all day long if I had to stand on my feet all day. I put foot petal insoles in them and they are pretty comfy.

Perfect "any occasion" shoe - Quite comfortable, doesn't squish or pinch. Felt true to size. Perfect style for casual or dress - goes with everything. I purchased in taupe and may not ever have to get another dress shoe again!

Good for a special day... I purchased these shoes to wear with a specific dress, and for that purpose, they are great. I never fail to get compliments on these shoes when I wear them - for a simple looking shoe, they really do stand out and make a statement. The biggest problem with these is that they are not very flexible so it's not comfortable to walk for too long in these. These shoes are *not* made out of leather so you can't count on them to break in. Also, it's easy to get blisters if you wear them for too long. I recommend wearing them with hose if you decide to get them as the synthetic material doesn't breathe easily. Frankly, I think these are a tad overpriced, but alas, they were the "it" shoe for an outfit... we've probably all been in that situation at least once!

These shoes are very comfy and very stable feeling. However, I was using them as my wear everyday to work shoe and I've only been at my current job 1 year and have gone through 5 pairs. They start to rip apart at the seem after a while and the bottom sole cracks. I have another pair that I've only worn a few times in red and they are still in good condition. It's a great shoe for comfort but they wear too quick for everyday use.

Since they are patent leather, I guess you can expect a little discomfort. Not meant to wear for more than 8 hours, but they do look nice!

I actually ordered half a size larger than my usual, so I was expecting it to be a bit loose and it was. The toes pinched a bit, and the back was very stiff. The material was very synthetic, and the black wasn't really that black. I'm not sure if it's just my feet, but one foot showed a bit of toe cleavage while the other one didn't. It's not that much of a big deal right now, since I'm wearing it with opaque tights. The only redeeming part of it for me is the heel, which is stable enough for me, since I'm not used to stiletto heels. Overall, it's "okay, but not really raving about it." Also, I can't return it anymore, since I already wore it outside.

Cute everyday work shoes, but not comfortable!! The first time I wore them, they cut my heels, and they took a good three weeks or so to break in.

I've always loved Madden Girl shoes but something seems off. This particular pair of shoes are adorable and size wise are fine, but they really pinch my heel. Can't even make it around the house.

I'm no shoe snob, but these look cheaply made in reality. Also, I found the toe box a bit narrow on my wider feet. If I liked the, I'd reorder a half size larger.

I thought these shoes were a good buy, until after wearing them 3 times, they started to come apart at the seams. While they were the right size and fit great, the quality is lacking.

Cute shoe, however....First I got 7s but they were too big, exchanged them for 6.5s. Perfect fit. Wore them around the house on the carpet and they were great. But once I got them outside I discovered there is not enough padding and the soles are super thin so you can feel the pavement in the ball of your foot with every step. Not the highest heels I have worn, but the most uncomfortable. Made my feet sore and tired and I will probably never wear them again.

I bought these shoes on sale, thinking they were cute and I got a great deal. Wrong. These shoes are terrible. Every time I wear them, my big toe and pinkie toe get blisters and sores. These heels are hard and stiff and hurt my feet. Do not torture yourself. Get a different pair of heels!

Very uncomfortable. Pinched my toes. Maybe a 1/2 size larger might have worked. Didn't like it well enough to exchange! Color was not what I expected. Had little flecks rather than just a solid cream.
