My sister and I bought these shoes for my 83 year old father who walks three miles every day. He love them. He has one ankle that swells and being able to remove the insole made all the difference. He was amazed how good they felt in every way and he is very picky. Also they look like dress shoes because his pants cover the parts of the shoes that look like sneakers. This is a man who has never bought shoes anywhere but K-Mart, so it was nice to see the expression on his face when he felt the comfort of these shoes. This is a great shoe!

Great fitting, good looking and very comfortable shoes. Liked them so much came back 2 weeks later and ordered another pair. Highly recommend this shoe, especially if you are on your feet all day as I am.

For me, the New Balance MW927 fits true to width size. They fit much better re:width than Aetrex M width (the narrowest width I could locate in this brand). A thicker sock helped a little. New Balance makes an excellent running shoe in AA(USA) that is soft. My custom orthotic insert is necessary, regardless of Brand. NB 925 apparently was replaced by MW927?

I had been wearing the New Balance MW926 for many years and moved to the 927 when the 926 was discontinued. Compared to the 926, the 927 looks a little less clunky but no one will consider me a fashion maven while wearing these shoes. I need a wide toe box, and these definitely fit the bill! The 927 is a very comfortable, natural feeling walking shoe, and because it's black, I can wear them places where an athletic shoe would be fully appropriate. I typically wear a 12, but in these I wear a 12.5, so it feels a half size smaller than marked to me. I love the fact that these come in half sizes above 12 (getting to be a rarity) and comes in widths as well.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever had! There is no cramping of my feet and toes in the 6E width and soles are not too hard and not too soft, perfectly balanced. The first pair lasted two years of every-day wear. My second pair have just arrived from Zappos. Just a pity these brilliant shoes are not available in Brown in the 6E width.

Got these for my husband. He loves them. He began using them as strictly gardening shoes because they provided comfort and the right amount of traction. Because he devoted them to his landscaping project, I got him another pair for regular wear. The comfort is superb. He has a very wide foot. He got the 10.5 6E Extra, extra wide and they are ideal. And Zappos was superb as always!

The shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Purchased two pairs of the same shoe that is how good looking and great feeling they are. Thanks Zappos for the 4E widths.

I ordered a pair that was a duplicate of an older pair that I had. The telephone service person at Zappos was very helpful in confirming the correct pair to order. There was a slight difference in the way the width was noted.

This is a great shoe for my husband. He has very wide feet. He loves the shoes and I love Zappos for making this process work so well!

Worth the price. I\'m a letter carrier who walks 8 miles a day. Since I purchased these shoes my knee and hip pain has subsided. Breaks in quickly. Will continue to purchase throughout the years.

New Balance has made shoes that consistently fit my feet (13 D) and wear very well. This is my sixth pair of various styles in the past 10 years. I would recommend the 927's to any one that wants a well fitting, comfortable, long wearing shoe. I think they look nice, too. Zappos had them delivered to my door less than 24 hours after I ordered them. (I did get a free upgrade on shipping - but still...wow!)

These sneakers are a staple in my daughter's wardrobe. She runs and plays tennis and has plantar fasciiitis. These shoes offer great support and comfort. They arrived 24 hours after I ordered them! Zappos rock!

I have terrible feet and this shoe fit like a glove right out of the box. I was able to stand for several hours without any rubbing or discomfort.

This pair is the second I received. The first had a very small blemish on the left upper. The customer care person I spoke with cheerfully ordered me another one, even before I shipped the first pair back (at no cost, of course) and had it shipped overnight air, again at no cost. The shoes are handsome and comfortable, and Zappos is the best.

Have ordered this shoe previously. Fits true to size and has the width that I need. Wears extremely well and very comfortable. Can't beat Zappos customer service and free shipping!

I walk about 1,000 miles per year and have had these shoes for one year. They are perfect for most types of walking, especially hard surfaces as they totally cushion your feet, fit like a glow, very comfortable and stable. I do not use them for rocky, undeveloped trails as street tread. The workmanship and quality the absolute best, and made in the USA! Hands down, the best pair of shoes ever for hard surface walking and I am now, based on owning several different models, an exclusive buyer of New Balance!

Excellent fit for a guy that has very narrow feet. This is the third pair of the very same brand and style. If you have narrow feet, this style is offered in that width and fits perfectly. Love Zappos for these hard to find sizes!

These are the best! Completely comfortable right out of the box, no break in needed. I have a wide foot with a high instep and I use an orthotic and they fit great. I had a pair of 926\'s that lasted a couple of years and I chose to replace them with this one. Same great shoe.

Perfect customer service from Zappos, as always. I ordered the shoes at lunch on Monday and they were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Tuesday. The shoes are working well for me. I have planter fasciitus in my left foot and the shoes make for comfortable walking. I walk 4-10 miles a week. I use orthotics in the shoes rather than rely on their own arch.

I have had this shoe for two weeks. I wear it every day including to work. It is the best shoe I have ever had. I did pull out the removable insole and inserted a NB Orthotic (walking). This combination has helped my 10 years plus of plantar fasciitis. Not a cure but helped as much as the many things I have tried including 3 pairs of expensive orthotics, surgery, shots, ESWT, etc. I wear the shoe with a Thorlo (thin) sock. I am about to order a second pair so I can switch daily. I purchased the gray which goes with about anything except a suit.

Nice shoe. Thought they were a little grandpa at first, but now I really dig the brown color. Very comfortable to walk in all day. I wear them to work and love them.
