I just got these in the mail, 15 HOURS after I placed the order. They're comfortable and exactly what I wanted.

I bought these in black so I could wear something comfortable when I work weddings but not have it look like a regular sneaker. These are very comfortable and my feet felt good after being on them all day. The only issue is that the shoe fabric is suede and so the black looks blue in sunlight which can look dumb if you're wearing black pants. I ordered my usual size and they fit well, can be snug with socks though because the shoe seems meant to be tight on the foot.

I got these in wide width and they fit perfectly. They're suede and keep my feet dry on rainy days (even though the shoes themselves get soaked).

Like most New Balance, these shoes ran a little small for me. Initially I ordered my normal size but I had to send them back for the next size up. I wore them on vacation right out of the box and they were instantly comfortable, no break-in period. I mainly wear them without socks and love the fit, feel and look!

LOVE these shoes! I ordered them in wide width, and they fit just like my really old pair that I've had for years. PLUS: they were cheaper on Zappos and had free shipping versus the actual New Balance web site! I've never used Zappos before, and I was really pleased.

They are great walking shoes. Very comfortable. I initially treated these as gym shoes and was disappointed but I think that was my fault. Maybe some find them a good fit for the gym but I much prefer them as everyday comfortable shoes.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable and beautiful all suede finish too!! I order as others recommended a size 10 (rather than a 9.5) and it is perfect! I am wearing these shoes to New York next month, and my feet should be happy in the adorable retro sneakers walking all over NYC.

A great, stylish sneaker that's lightwight but still comfortable. I wore these while walking around Mexico City and never had a problem. If you need lots of arch support or more padding, may not be the shoe for you.

Like the other Dansko shoes I have purchased, these are extremely comfortable and provide great support. I will be purchasing another pair in the future.

This shoe has toe room and is flexible. No need to break in. Comfort from day one! NB runs small. I bought 1/2 size larger.

Very comfortable shoe. This is my second pair. I wore the first ones for over 2 years, wearing them about 3 times a week. They got dirty over time. So now I have a clean pair and a work in the garden pair. Great for walking too!

Absolute most comfortable shoe I have every owned, and I have had other New Balance styles before. This one is even better than all the rest. Admit to buying the wide width for the first time ever and that made a real difference in this particular style. Have received numerous compliments on how cute these are as well, and did I mention the comfort factor? I am a teacher, and I now know how good it can feel to be on my feet all day!

I absolutely love these shoes! I ordered a 9 and they were a little tight so I sent them back and ordered a 9 1/2. They fit snugly but are very comfortable with thin socks. I bought them while on vacation and literally wore them for 3 1/2 days straight - through 3 cities, 2 continents and 2 overnight flights. They were so comfortable the whole time! They don't look like a heavy-duty supportive shoe (they're light-weight) but I definitely feel that they're supportive.

I buy this show new every Spring because I love the gray and the fit is comfortable. I'd love to find a different gray pair but I always end up with these again! Cute and comfy!

I love these! They were a little stiff at first, but I broke them in pretty quickly. I got them because my roommate loves them so much she's bought them three times in a row when the last pair wear out. They're comfy and snug, and the gray color makes dirt not really stand out (if you're lazy and careless about getting shoes dirty, like me). Also, the laces are a good length, and their design is simple enough to look good with whatever I'm wearing.

These are cute and comfy shoes. I work in a doctor's office and am on my feet all day. These are great! I have such a hard time finding shoes in a small size. Thank goodness for Zappos!

I am very hard to fit, high instep, wide on the front of the foot, normal at the heel... I needed a good pair of wear around the farm shoes and did not want to pay high prices for specialized running or cross training shoes. I ordered these shoes and they fit! Not only that, they don't weigh 10 pounds each. They are light, well-fitted, and very, very comfortable. Shoe sizes vary so much from brand to brand that it can be frustrating to buy shoes. I have wide to double-wide feet and these shoes in the wide fit very well. I love them. And they were so pretty, that I've actually worn them to work and am hesitant to wear them out in the mud. Maybe this summer I'll break them in out in the barn, but for now, I'm loving them for around town. Hm. Maybe I need a second pair.

These sneakers are very stylish, with the classic NB fit I love (narrow enough in the heel, fitting nicely around my bunion). They look great and are very lightweight. They don't have much support, and I need a thicker sole for long walks, but they are fine for running errands and walking a mile or two. And a great price, and fabulous Zappos service!

Unfortunately, they were a smidge too small and I had to return them for a bigger size. However, I love the style!

This purchase confirms my belief in New Balance and in Zappos - which is great shoe, great service! In this day and age, this is otherwise unheard of.

I love these shoes! Bought the white first, wore right out of the box with no socks. So comfortable! Week later bought the gray! Highly recommended. True to size, make your feet look so small!

Overall very satisfied with this shoe. I purchased these because I needed all black shoes for work (standing 7+ hours on hard brick floors, I work in a restaurant). I felt it took a couple times wearing these to get them really broken in and comfortable, but now they are great and I love the way they look small and dainty on my feet.

These shoes are perfect for me. They're comfortable but they look great. My feet are a little on the wide side, but a normal size in these fits fine.

These are very comfortable sneakers. I have Achilies tendinosis, and needed black sneakers to wear as a dress shoes. They feature a very streamlined design. People have asked me if I am in my socks! I work 14 hour days on my feet, and these shoes were comfortable right away.
