Great service as usual from Zappos, however, I was disappointed in the shoe because it slides up and down on my foot. I needed a size smaller.

I love the way these shoes look but I have bought a foot pad that pushes my foot back into the shoe as it slide forward too much and my foot popped out. I didn't order a size down because I was afraid they would be too small and pinch.

I bought these shoes for my son's wedding. I am 57 years old and don't do heels very well anymore. The heel on this shoe is very comfortable to walk in and I feel stable when wearing them. They fit as well as any slip on does for me (one heel skinnier than the other). I will put a heel pad on the bigger one to help it fit. They're very cute in the patent leather.

Great shoe and in looking at someone elses review, I found was correct, I ordered 1/2 size smaller than what I usually wear.

I know there are already many many reviews of this shoe! There's a good reason why: it is the perfect, chic, comfortable low shoe that goes as well with work clothes as well as with more casual clothes. It is very very similar to the Jimmy Choo 'Aza' pump which costs a lot (link: http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/jimmy-choo-aza-pump/3368557?origin=category&contextualcategoryid=0&fashionColor=&resultback=0) which is worn by Michelle Obama yet, for a fraction of the price, you can get this fabulous Calvin Klein Diema. The main reason I felt compelled to write this review is because I was surprised to see hardly any mention of how large these shoes run. I always wear an 8.5 and occasionally a size 9, but I found the 8.5 to be a full half size too big for me. My feet are slightly wide and these fit fine, but were definitely too long in the length. I like them so much, I'm returning them for a size 8.

Perfect! Needed small kitten heel & pointy toe. Nice subtle slight sparkle black finish-dress up or down. Super comfy...has cushioned insole & rubber sole so can wear all day...need to be on feet 12 hours & run up & down hills & rough terrain - feel like I'm almost wearing sneakers! Love 'em.

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed with these shoes. They seemed to fit as I walked around on my carpet for about 20 minutes before venturing outside in them. Once on the pavement, they were so loose that I started to walk out of them, which was unexpected. I ended up stuffing about six tissues in each toe so that I could get on with my evening, but my heels and my little toes blistered badly. I'd say these are at least a size too big on me, but since I wore them on sidewalks, they can't be returned. I don't know if my experience is typical with this brand or this style, but I'm a pretty consistent size 9 in most brands.

This is not suede; it is some sparkly suede-like stuff and the back seam, where it is joined above the heel, is all worn and faded. Too bad, because they are comfortable. I'm returning. :(

It was between these and another pair and I chose these. But now I am sending them back. The toe is very long in these shoes and you can't really see that from the pictures. Plus, I had lots of toe cleavage and I hate that. On the plus side, I loved the quality of the shoe and the heel height. My foot tends to run wide and these almost accommodated my need for a wider width. In time, I'm sure they would have stretched. I did find them to pinch in the little toe.

These shoes are adorable and very comfy. I wear them with jeans or to dress up and always get compliments on them. Fun statement without being over the top.

These shoes stretched out so fast that I could not wear them after two hours. They fell off my feet.

It's very hard to find a "classic" pump with low heels these days! This shoe is comfortable, and so much more flattering that some of the contrived styles of today. And it's easy to walk in! Some of us over 60 gals just can't walk in 5" heels, but we don't dress like senior citizens, either! I love this shoe! And Zappos has the best customer service around!

I have these in both brown suede and black leather. They are absolutely perfect for professional work attire. They're comfortable to a point, but do start to hurt if you walk in them for awhile. Overall I love the heel height, and they're comfortable enough to justify the price and quality of the shoe.

These shoes are awesome. The heel is just high enough to look great with both skirts and slacks or jeans. They are very comfortable and run true to size. I would love to have these in several colors.

These are beautiful shoes, but too narrow for my foot. Unfortunately, they do not come in a wide width.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I love pointy toes but they often pinch. These shoes did not pinch, but despite being my normal size, they would not stay on my feet --- I don't think going down a half size will help because of the very open design --- they just don't hug the foot. But they look gorgeous on.

I love this shoe, very stylish easy to walk in. I had to order a full size smaller than what I normally wear but once I got the sizing right it was very comfortable all afternoon and evening. The heel height is really good for someone not used to wearing high heels but wanting to look stylish; because of the pointy toe this shoe looks elegant. The patent taupe color is really cool looking and works with everything, I originally got it for a wedding but I could wear it every day for work or going out too. I'll get it in other colors once they come in my size.

Nice shoe. I have narrow feet and the shoe did not come in narrow. I purchased half size smaller. I have had to put in inserts to close the gap between the back of the shoe and my foot.

I've had these shoes for about a year, and I have to say that overall I'm disappointed in the quality. They looked fine for a few months, but now they look pretty beat up. The quality of the patent leather is not very good. It appears to be a thin layer of plastic patent coating, not true patent leather. It rips and tears leaving an exposed fabric layer underneath. I expected better quality for a shoe at this price. The fit is true initially, but stretches over time, and now the shoes fall off my feet when I walk up the stairs.

This shoe is unbelievably comfortable and gorgeous! I ordered the olive suede which is a lovely subtle color just perfect with anything and for fall. This is my 2nd pair of Calvin Klein's shoes, and both have been surprisingly comfortable and stylish. Love. A little toe cleavage can be seen but the comfort overrides that.

I'm in that delightful no-woman's-land at the top end of a size 10, which puts me in an 11 by some makers, a 10.5 by the two makers who carry that, and a plain old 10 by still others. So even though the 10s were sold out, I thought I'd take a chance on the 11s. Nope -- these seem to be true to size, and I was swimming in the 11s. They have to go back. As far as I could tell without really being able to walk, heel height was seriously comfortable. I think you could walk a long way in these. The shape of the upper was also lovely -- no toe cleavage, no weird gapping around the arch. And these seem to be made well for the price. Be aware that anything with a toe this pointy will make your feet look long. (Admittedly, I was wearing the wrong size, but the effect was...alarming.) So if you're self-conscious about the size of your feet, these may not be the shoe for you. If not, I can imagine these giving the treasured combination of comfort and elegance to a lot of outfits. Wished they'd worked for me.

I love this shoe. I have it in 3 colors. It's the perfect heel for work every day if you wanted. I wish that it came in navy again, because it is hard to find a true navy heel. But I love all the new colors this year.

I've ordered this show three times. I wore this shoe so much, I had to throw them out after a few years and get another pair. Then realized I lost them a week after I got them (left them at a hotel). Reordered immediately and all is good again. These are a MUST have. They are so comfortable. I can honestly run in them and zip up and down the stairs at the office. And I get compliments on them all the time because they still look stylish. Low heel but looks great with a business skirt (professional) and can wear them with pants that aren't too long. As I'm writing this, I'm realizing I should probably order another pair... just in case.

I am sadly returning these shoes. Loved the fabric. In the photo the toe box doesn't look that long, but it is very long like a witch shoe. I wear a size 5, but this shoe made my foot look like a 7. Obviously this is a man designer...a woman would not design a shoe that makes her feet look larger than they are. This shoe needs some redesign. Also a 2" heel would make it much more stylish, while still being a great walking height.
