I am finding that 9.5 US shoes are 39.5 EU sizing which are too short for me. Although I wear 9.5 generally, I always need a 40 EU. The same shoe in nude patent actually fit fine in the 9.5.

I love these shoes and now have them in 2 colors. They are super comfortable, no breaking in required, and the kitten heel is perfect. These go with dresses, skirts, ankle pants. Love them. Hope CK never stops making this style. Now I want the leopard ones!

Perfect basic pump with a low heel that is comfortable to wear all day. Buy it a half size smaller than your usual size.

Based on many of the reviews I read, I was very excited to get these shoes but they didn't work for me. They were by far the most uncomfortable pumps I have ever tried on. The leather was hard and unforgiving, the toe-box cramped, and overall they were just excruciating. Going back!

I am happy with these shoes, which run a tiny bit big on me, but I fixed that by sticking an adhesive transparent heel insert in the top of the heel "cuff." They are easy to walk in, but look dressy. I think that a half size smaller would have been too small. The ball and heel cushioning make the walking comfortable. If you have a slightly plumper foot, I think you would find that these run true to size and could do without the insert. If you are looking for a kitten heel classic, this would be a good bet.

I absolutely adore the style, but for a comparatively low-heeled shoe, these are surprisingly uncomfortable. At first, they seem just fine - but any amount over half an hour requires comfy shoes in close proximity. Note: I wear a size 11 and I've only worn these barefoot and without insoles so far - since I love the style, I'm going to try to see if an insole might make them more comfortable because they just have zero arch support. They may be less painful on someone with smaller feet.

I loved these shoes. I didn't really expect them to fit, but I was ordering a bunch of options, so I included them. I have a c-width foot, so in general, if shoes cannot be laced-up or easily stretched out, they don't work for me. And so, sadly, these didn't and I returned them. CK, would you PLEASE make some wider shoes for those of us who don't enjoy wearing clod-hoppers? They were possibly also a little on the short side, though not even a half-size small.

Not good folks... I wear a 9 and ordered patent beige and navy leather. They ran quite big so I exchanged for 8.5 which were too small. I kept the Beige in spite of that hoping it will 'give' a bit but I do not think the patent is actually leather and it is super uncomfortable.

This is my business go to shoe. Comfortable particularly if I have a long day of meeting to meeting. Heel height is perfect for a professional.

I purchased these shoes because they meet the very specific requirements of the airline for which I work. They are comfortable, classic and pretty. I received them within days. Could not be happier.

I have this shoe in beige patent leather and absolutely love it, but in black it is huge! It's too long and too wide.

Wow. What a great kitten heel! My only concern was it was slightly larger than expected _I'm 11 but since its a pointed toe, which usually hurt after awhile I'm keeping them. The heel is also different than pictured its a stacked heel, a cute one. Nice comfy foot bed with padding, quality workmanship in the Taupe patent and toe cleavage with I love. This is a sexy little shoe.

These are great classic kitten heels (VERY hard to find lately!) A bit narrow on the toes at first but stretched out enough since it's leather. If you're between sizes, go up one size.

I almost always wear 7.5 and it was half a size too small, pinching in the toebox. Also, quite a bit of toe cleavage. Unfortunately these will have to go back.

These shoes solve a problem: the dressy look of heels and comfortable fit! I know that sounds impossible, but believe it. This is my second pair - my first pair lasted 2 years. I was browsing Zappos and so surprised they were still available. Notes to help figure out if this style is for you: I have shorter-wider toes and narrow heel. I often have to order a half larger to have comfortable toe space (then totter about in my otherwise too large shoes). I ordered my true size in this style.

The low vamp exposed too much of my toes, and the shoes cut painfully across the bunions on both of my feet. Returned.

Purchased these pumps as I really wanted a beige patent shoe. While everyone said they were so comfortable, I found they were very uncomfortable just standing in them so I returned them. I have a hard time with shoes as I have very flat feet and can't even think about wearing high heels so I thought these would be good, but I opted for a Cole Haan pair instead. Also not supremely comfortable but moreso than these.

First pair of pointy shoes ever, so I was surprised how comfortable these are. CK provides a lot of cushioning which is awesome. I'll keep them for work walking the floor. Only concern is at a size 11 my feet look comical with how far out that point goes but I have smaller feet envy.

These are very pretty high-gloss patent shoes, with comfortable low heels. I wore them to a wedding and danced for four hours without discomfort! They have padding in forefoot and at the heel, and a bit of arch support, too. The pointed toe begins forward of the toebox, so toes are not pinched. Great price for good quality!

These are great shoes! Very little break-in time and they are comfortable. I cannot wear much of a heel and these are perfect for suits at work.

Love these shoes! Went to a department store and they did carry this color. I tried them on in black. They were perfect for my Son's wedding - comfortable and classic!

As I get older I find that I cannot wear the 3"+ heels that are in fashion but won't completely abandon the sexy look of a good pump. While these have a slightly pointed toe (Neither my husband or I like rounded or almond shaped toes) they are not cramped and my husband really likes the slight toe cleavage. Great looks, comfort and style, reasonable price.

I am amazed to see so many comments on the "roomy toe box" as I noticed the exact opposite. Otherwise these are pretty comfortable for dress shoes, and super stylish, I so wanted to make them work, but they compressed my big toe ferociously.

I thought this would be a good alternative to Stuart Weitzman Poco, but the toe is much more long and pointy that it appears in the picture, and it shows too much toe cleavage for work.

Diema is a beautiful shoe. The style is very feminine, the toe box is generous, the kitten heel is comfortable. It will be a great shoe to wear with a skirt or with dressier walking shorts (like out to dinner during the summer). I bought the navy version and it is just a tinge lighter than navy - saving it from being staid/boring. I think this shoe will become one of my "go to" shoes.
