These shoes are the perfect work shoes -- comfortable and elegant! I love them!

I love this shoe. The heel is low enough that you can wear it all day and be comfortable, but the (comfortably) pointed toe looks feminine and dressy. I just wish more colors were available - it's my go-to work shoe.

Very comfortable. High quality. Classic look. The matte black color matches so much. Grip on base of shoe is helpful for traction. Be careful with the toe tip it can scuff easily. I usually wear a 5.5 size but the 5.0 fit me best.

I can, and have, run across the building, through the airport and after the bus in these shoes. I have worn them on 19 hour business trips, without pantyhose, and been totally comfortable. These are the most comfortable dress shoes I've owned in 25 years. I'm buying another pair right now.

Took this shoe on vacation after a brief trial around the house. Extremely comfortable, classic style, loved it, love Zappos for their customer service and patience. This is the first pair of shoes I've kept after returning at least 5 before it. Zappos rocks.

I am 5'9" and wear a size 9.5. I was looking for a nice shoe to wear with a suit that did not look frumpy (like most flats), wasn't uncomfortable and didn't make me feel super tall (like most heels). The first time I wore these shoes, I was on my feet all day for a conference and ended up walking several city blocks, too. My feet felt as good as could be hoped for at the end of the day, with no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing. I'll spend a lot for comfortable, well-made shoes, but these are one of my favorites. They're affordable, look great and are very comfortable. I wear them with pants or skirts. My sister has these shoes, too, and they are one of her go-to pairs even though she has a pretty extensive collection of attractive, professional shoes.

This is a classic shoe - great for business and out, gives nice length to the leg with just a little heel so you can wear it pretty much all day. I travel for business and can really only take one pair of heels with me; these fit the bill day and night. I have worn through one pair and ordered another. Comfortable, with some nice (hidden) cushioning, Strangely, on this particular pair, the sole of the shoe where there is some rubber (cushioning!) makes a crazy squeaking sound. The other pairs I own - I have the tan snakeskin as well - don't do make the noise so assume this is an anomaly and back these go. True to size, don't buy up, they stretch just enough quickly.

I read the other reviews that indicated it was larger and to order a half size down. Normally I'm a 6 1/2 with the occasional 7 depending on brand, so I went with the 6 1/2. I probably could have used the 7 so I'd actually say they were a bit on the small side.

Nice dress shoe that is very comfortable. After wearing them a few times, I wish I had gotten a size smaller.

Fabulous shoes, comfortable right out of the box and great if you want something professional looking but need to be able to actually walk.

Adorable, simple, low-heeled pumps. As comfortable as pumps can be. But they are definitely a bit on the long and possibly narrow side. I'm usually a 7.5 in heels, and I have a slightly narrow foot, and my heels are lifting out of the 7.5 pair I just received. Ordering a half size smaller should do the trick.

Love these shoes. They are quite comfortable for heels. I have stood in them for a couple hours at a time and been relatively comfortable compared to other heels I own.

I ordered these shoes yesterday and it just took Zappos (and UPS) one day to deliver it to my door. Zappos rocks!! I have narrow feet and used to have my eye on Cole Haan Air Miranda but they tend to slip off. These shoes fit well. The downside is they have pointy toes and tend to show my toe cleavage. It doesn't bother me much though. I haven't walked in these shoes but they feel comfortable when I try them on.

I couldn't be happier with these Calvin Klein pumps. They are the most comfortable pointed-toe shoes I have, and they are excellent quality. I didn't order one half size larger, just to be safe and they are perfect.

Really have not yet worn shoes yet, but I chose these shoes because of the elegant design, the way the heel curves in quickly looking higher than it actually is. I live in Fl. so we're still in sandals, but they will look great with jeans and dressy sexy!

The most comfortable heels I have found. I bought them for medical school interviews and they have been comfy even after a long day of interviews and campus tours. I did notice they make a little squeaking sound as others noted, but it has become hardly noticeable as I have worn them more. I would highly recommend these for a basic work shoe!

Very nice low-heeled shoe. Classic style for slacks or dressy. The navy is very dark, almost a black. I'm amazed how Navy's can be so many different hues. I will be wearing them with a somewhat dressy 3/4 sleeve knit dress for a wedding in November in Boston.

Very nice heel for your office wear. Heel doesn't clack down the hall announce that you are coming.

These cute and comfy shoes have just enough of a heel to keep pants off the ground. I had a pair in black that I was wearing so often I decided to buy them in brown, too. The brown pair feels smaller than the black pair, which I bought a few months ago. I'm not sure if the production is not uniform or they just need to be broken in a bit.

These shoes are perfect for me. I bought them in two colors. Both pairs were comfortable from the moment I put them on because of slightly generous fit. Love the kitten heel. Leather looks classic quality. Soles are soft and absorb the shock. Extremely comfortable dressy pump.

I ordered these shoes in the black lizard. I love them! They're true to size, and were comfortable from the first time I wore them. They are very stylish and dressy, yet the kitten heel makes them so easy to walk in.

Zappos vs Nordstroms. I had a Nordstrom's cheetah print dress shoe and bought this similar Calvin Klein cheetah hours after I bought the Nordstrom brand. I tried them both with black, beige, cream and red outfits. This shoe looked very classy at half the price. I am returning the Nordstrom brand.

Great kitten-heel pump! I have been eyeing the Jimmy Choo Jade pump worn by Michelle Obama for some time but have been unable to find it in my size. This shoe is a much more affordable version of the Jade, and very comfortable. I will likely replace the insole with a leather lining which will make this shoe close to perfect. Buy it, you won't regret it!
