I bought these for my 2 year old son. They are great, did not hurt his feet and they can get wet or full of sand and they don't get stinky! I had the same experience with Salt Water Sandals for my daughter. They are cute and hold up well!

Love plain, classic style. My son has a thicker foot/ ankle so adjustable buckle works well for him. FYI:I found the size 6 to be longer in foot length than size 5 but ankle strap seems to be the same size for both. I do not think the 6 will work for him once he outgrows the 5.

I bought these sandals for my 2½ year old daughter and we both liked them! The leather is soft and the size is just perfect (I bought 6 and my girl wears 5½). The lace near the ankle was a little tight at first, but now it is perfect because the leather stretched a bit. So we are happy with this purchase!

These are classic and cute. Love the way they are adjustable not only at the ankle but around the toes. They are made for wide feet but easily adjustable for narrow feet. Bought these in red and my daughter loves them.

The best sandals around. These shoes are timeless, indestructible, and comfortable. I have bought these for my oldest daughter every year, and pack away the ones she\'s outgrown for her little sister. They always look as good as the first day she wore them. The adjustable straps accommodate wide or narrow feet. Zappos is a fantastic site with superb customer service!

Love this sandal! My baby who has only been walking about 1 month is already a pro at walking in these sandals. He actually gets excited when I am about to put them on him and can\'t wait to get them on his feet. He\'s had so many compliments wearing them. They are really a cute sandal and are perfect for a baby with a wide chubby foot like my baby. I am going to buy a pair in light blue now!

These sandals are very cute! I was disappointed to find out though, that I could have gotten them cheaper at meandmylittlefeet.com. Could have saved a little money. I let Zappos know and they will not price match. To me it would have been better to order through meandmylittlefeet.com, since they had a better collection. Most companies I order from have great customer service and would do anything to keep your business, but Zappos did not try to assist me in anyway. I guess you really need to do your homework. I have been having better success with other online shoe stores like endless.com.

I was searching out a well made, leather sandal for my 2.5 year old. I decided on the classic looking "Salt Water Sandal" by Hoy. Our delivery was upgraded for free, and arrived in record time. Unfortunately, I ordered the shoe and it was a half size too small. I called Zappos Customer Service (you guys rock) to get sorted out. A gentleman walked me through the exchange, which was super easy. We received our correct size in record time again, and we couldn't be happier. The sandal is so well made, and my daughter always loves wearing them because they feel "so soft" on her feet; just a toddlers testament to the high quality leather. These are a classic, comfortable, go with anything sandal. My daughter loves them--the leather is soft and they don't cause blisters like less expensive sandals I have bought her. They look great with dresses as well as shorts and t-shirts. They have worn well and clean up easily. Most importantly, they keep her feet cool in the hot Texas weather.

Our twins loved these shoes. They have very wide feet so we were worried about the fit. Both straps are adjustable and the sandal fit perfectly. The soles are a soft rubber (not hard wood) which makes them very comfortable and flexible while walking, running and jumping. These shoes can be used with dresses or shorts. They are a great buy for comfort, style and fit.

The BEST sandal on the market!
These are a MUST. I was given a "used" pair last year. I put used in " " because I couldn't believe how perfect they looked after my niece worn them in Texas--and summer is 11 months of the year! These are WHITE sandals that still look perfect after my niece and then my daughter! My sister also bought a navy blue pair for her son last year, and they're still in perfect condition. My sister and I are hooked!

Awesome shoes and adjustable and comfortable. Second pair for my daughter. The only drawback for convenience is that the buckle takes time to get open and closed. Makes for a challenge getting a squirmy toddler to sit still for it.

My kiddo is a chubby baby, so these didn’t work for her in the ankle, even at the highest notch, the top strap cut into her leg. Her ankle is 6.5” and the top strap is 6” in a size 5.

Very cute shoe, but not for little guys who have wide feet! My little man wears a 5.5W in Keds, and the 6 in these sandals was tight on him. The length was fine, but the strap around his ankle was tight and the strap across his toes caused a blister to form, so he doesn't wear them anymore.

These sandals were a must when I was growing up, I bought these for my kiddos and now my grandchildren are carrying on the tradition.. These stand up to sun, salt, pool chems and various other kiddie torture and still look nice! I am so happy that these are still around!!
