Very cute, but tough to break in! I love the way these flip-flops look and feel--they're very well made and nice enough to go with casual dresses. Unfortunately, the straps give me really terrible blisters. I've only worn them a few times, and they feel like they're getting softer, so I'm hoping it's just a matter of breaking them in. I don't want to stop wearing them because they're so cute and otherwise comfortable, but the blisters are miserable!

Look great - not as comfortable - They are not quite as comfortable as I had hoped. The soles of my feet were sore at first but that has improved with wear. I thought these would be softer and was a bit disappointed to find that they are not. I'm very pleased with the color (snake) and the height of the shoe.

Good looking shoe! I recently purchased the Reef Butter from Zappos. The shoe looks fantastic on and gives us short girls a little extra height as opposed to a regular flip flop. It is a little heavier than expected but easy to get used to. I wore it for a day and had already adjusted to it. I got the snake skin looking butter and it really looks great. And of course you can't go wrong with ordering from Zappos, their customer service is second to none!

I like them - The shoe is good. However, the strap is a little stiff and tends to rub on my food. Hopefully, it will break in and be more comfortable.

Fun Shoes - I really like these shoes. They are a little "chunkier" than I thought they would be. I am always happy with this brand.

Great shoe - Love this shoe. It is so comfortable! Since I live in CA, I can wear this almost year round. The only compliant I have is that the it feels a bit heavy and the straps are a little loose which means that when I walk I have to grab on to the sandal.

Better than your average flip flop - The shoe is a little large - a bit long and loose in the strap. I'm a true 8 and a 7.5 would probably have fit better. Overall, though, a great shoe with plenty of cushioning; your feet don't pound the pavement in these.

Throw the other Flip-Flops Out! I bought my first pair of Reefs in Las Vegas, after wearing them I ordered two more pairs from Zappos. Super comfy, hiked in Kauai with them and then out to dinner! Toe is wide and flat so toes do not hang off! The wide band gives some support as well. The sole is like a tempurpedic bed!

Just what I needed - The look is perfect with my western flair. I was needing a dark brown flip-flop. I already had this style in a plain black and I really loved them. I was surprised to find the blanket stitch detail is actually a satin ribbon instead of leather.

REALLY great shoe, but... Like others, I found this shoe to be VERY comfortable and stylish. The strap doesn't rub between my toes (which is usually what happens) and I like the slight wedge heel. BUT... I'm interested to know if this has happened to others: the "lining" of the shoe under my feet has worn off, leaving an extremely slick surface. My feet are sliding all over the place and I've literally tripped a few times because my feet aren't really adhered to the shoe. I've owned these for a year now and it's really become a problem. I don't want to throw them out! Not sure what to do.

Reef Butter in Pewter - Comfortable, casual sandal, though for long walks they're not as supportive as actual comfort shoes (Ecco, Mephisto, Dansko, etc.). They are much cheaper though. The thicker sole provides a good cushion, and the pewter color goes with everything. The style is good with casual clothes, but for nicer outfits I wear a dressier sandal. Order down if you are a half size--they seem to run a little big.

I love these shoes. They need a day or two of breaking in, but they quickly loosen up and become some and the most comfortable sandals I've had.

Okay - These sandals are okay. I think the price is a little spendy for what you actually get. It took a few weeks to break them in. The first time I wore them the straps were very tight and caused a large sore (I now have a scar) on the top of my foot.

Reef Sandal - True to size, but needs to be broke in for a couple of weeks. I have enjoyed them and love the color.

Flip FLOP - Flip flop runs a little long; however, afraid that the smaller size would be too small- I'm a 10.5-11, especially in flip flops with no support or working straps. I didn't want to have to keep sending it back and forth if the 10 was too small. If you are a true half size, order down to whole size. If you are uncertain and it depends on the shoe itself, order up.

Reefs are Wonderful! Great quality, this is my 3rd pair of Reefs, but my first Reef Butters. Great summer casual flip flop!

Comfy - The most comfortable flip flop I ever had; although, they are definitely not delicate looking.

These are beautiful right out of the box but I'm sorry the name doesn't match the shoe. I didn't have blisters but I had painful rubbing and marks on my feet from these. If you have tender feet these are not for you.

My 4th Reef sandal so far! I so love this sandal. It last long because of the material it's made from. I discovered this sandal while residing in Santa Cruz, CA. Great for the beach or with your casual attire. The sole is thick which gives you height and is good for arch support and very very and I mean very strong straps...you could run with this puppy on! "And the Zappos staff is very helpful too" :-^)

Great Basic Flip Flop - These flip flops are very cute and extremely comfortable. I bought them in black and love the fact that they are so basic, no extra colors, labels, tags, rhinestones, or whatever. I love the little bit of height that they give you. However, I agree with previous reviews in that the sole is a bit hard and does not give at all, so they can be a little bit awkward to walk in at first. The leather is very nice. I did not get any blisters breaking them in. I needed them shipped overnight for an outdoor concert and Zappos made sure they were here on time. Their service is incredible! I recommend the shoes - and Zappos.

Reef Butter W review - Only problem is they look a bit masculine for my taste. The strap is too wide/thick which make it look more like a man's sandal than a woman's.

Nice but hard to break in - These are great shoes but I got the ones with the bronze ribbon trim and they were very hard to break in, causing blisters and scabs on a few different areas. Other than that I have no complaints just beware that you cannot buy them, put them on and wear them all day.

Too wide - I love the look and the comfort, but I think they are too wide. This causes my right arch to hurt by the end of the day when wearing them. Is there anything I can do to get a better fitting sandal?

Great flip flop - I was looking for a brown flip flop with a thicker sole and happened on these on a search on the Zappos web site. I love the color, and the comfort, and the height. Sometimes they do feel a bit heavy when I am walking, but these are my new favorite shoes. I wear them almost daily.
