One of the best sunglasses I own. Love them.

Outstanding design, and though I'm reluctant to use the word, they are "timeless" in design. Add to that, they disappear when wearing them - there's just no sense of knowing you're wearing them, because of the lightness and design. Pretty amazing, to be honest...and I'm a pretty critical man. Expensive - no avoiding that fact - but worth every penny if you can.

One of the lightest pair of Mauis I own. I wear them mountain biking; perfect lens for changing light conditions. Can never go wrong with this brand.

Why do I love Zappos? Why did I pay a little more to get a product from them? Very simple; excellent customer service in two ways: 1. The website contains more info on a product than I have found on any other website. I was left with no questions after reading about the product. 2. Instant delivery. I ordered Saturday night, Monday was a holiday and I received the order on Tuesday morning.

I bought these in Maui Rose for golfing from Zappos. I own several other pairs of high-quality sunglasses - Oakley, Bolle, and Ray-Ban. I didn’t know what to think of Maui Jims, being significantly more expensive than even the brands that I had just mentioned. I wore them for the first time today in my car with the top down in the sun. They are worth every penny - I have never seen a view so clear and glare-free. They are so light that you can really forget that you are wearing them. I see myself buying more styles of Maui Jims in the near future.

I bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses years ago which I had turned into prescription sunglasses. They were my favourite glasses and I had the lenses changed several times over the years as my prescription changed. I recently lost my favourite sunglasses in the ocean in Oahu, Hawaii. When I arrived home back to Canada I was on a mission to find the same glasses. These were unavailable in Canada but my wife found them on the American website, so she ordered two pair of them only to find out that they don't ship to Canada. I then asked my aunt in the states if I ordered them and had them sent to her if she would then send them to me. So excited that I received them two weeks later after paying for two pairs in American funds+shipping+ duty making these very expensive sunglasses, but I didn't care because these have been the only sunglasses that I have ever liked. I took these glasses to my optometrist to have my prescription put into them only to find out that it can't be done because the screws are not long enough to accommodate thicker lenses and that these are a discontinued item. They are still great sunglasses but would be so much better if they could be prescription.

Lightweight, great glasses! This is my second pair of this model and I'm not sure I can ever have a pair with regular hinged stems.

As a Golf Pro, Im always looking for protection fir my eyes, Love MJ. I feel like the depth of color is better than Oakley. Lighter weight.

Absolutely love them. I had the exact same pair years ago and searched high and low to replace them. Durable, super light weight, great looking. A shame they don't make them anymore.

Nice shades but lenses seem smaller than they looked in the video on the Zappos website. I will definitely reorder a different style. I've worn this brand for about 18 years. Best lenses around!

I am a huge fan of Maui Jim - they take care of you until the end of time. I wanted a darker pair of the perfect (for me) Waileas which have been discontinued. These are the closest existing stylem but a bit large for my very small face. I was told that it does not work to bend them due to the Maui Jim design but even so, I am happy. They are lightweight, durable and amazingly comfortable. I can wear them on the top of my head and not worry about stretching them out which also means that I drop them less!

Great sunglasses for a small face-lightweight and very all day comfortable. The eyes are actually 57 mm in width x 36mm. Bridge is closer to 18mm. Softened edges are very flattering for a female.

These are great. They hang easily around your neck when they're not in use, and they are super durable. I've dropped these about 5 or 6 times and I've sat on them twice and they're still going strong for two years now. They are incredibly clear and great for driving and golf. I'd highly recommend them and buy them again.

I purchased these for my husband for Christmas. It's his second pair. They have a cool look, yet fragile. He is very happy to be wearing them again.

I was looking at getting a second pair of the Kapalua Maui Jim's. A second pair? Of the same glasses you say? I love these glasses, and I have owned a pair of Maui Jim Kapalua's for over 17 years. I bought my first pair on the beach in Waikiki. I want the second pair as a back up, because at least once a year, either the bridge breaks or the lenses crack at the place where the "nut?" holds the lens at the bridge. But even though they break at least once a year, Maui Jim usually takes care of the repairs or every once in a while, they say that I am out of warranty, and I have to pay for one thing or another. I just hate being without them while they get fixed. After all of the frustration of the glasses breaking, they are still the greatest glasses I have ever owned. Lightweight, stylish, comfortable and they change the way you see the world. Buy these and you won't be sorry.

I love these sunglasses, but have returned them three times, because they have a flaw in the design. No matter how you protect them (always in the case), the carbon will eventually break on the weakest point. Next to the temple appears the weak spot. They had a lifetime warranty from the original buyer, and now they are warranted for two years. It appears that Maui Jim recognized the flaw, because they changed the designs as they learned. Mine broke again yesterday, with a planned dive to Belize this weekend. Bad luck for me.
