Wear a 7 almost always. Had to exchange for an 8 since no half sizes. Love the feel and support is average. Overall I would recommend.

I wanted these to work so bad! I loved the color, style, and the way they felt on my foot and walking in them, and thought they were good quality for the price point. They were basically TTS for my size 10 feet which are broadish in the toebed and narrowish in the heel, however my feet seemed to hang ever so slightly off the inner edge of the footbed in the length between the bottom and top of the straps to the point where I felt the strap wasn't snug enough to hold my foot in and keep it centered on the footbed. I really wanted these to work and was disappointed I couldn't participate in the yoga mat love!
