I have bought several of the yoga mat flip flops and always get the same size. A 6. The ones I bought this time are a little shorter. The first time I wore them it was raining and I have foam that looked like soap that was.coming out the soles. The more I wiped my feet the more it came out.

My spouse liked how light and comfortable these were. Unfortunately he returned them due to the footbed feeling sticky and overall the pair being a bit squeaky when he walked.

I took a chance on the Yoga Mat style earlier in the season and I am glad I did. They are so comfortable that I have come back for a second pair. Highly recommend!

This flip flop stays true to its name - it feels just like walking on a cushioned mat. I find it fits true to size and feels more secure than the average active flip flip.

This is my third pair of Yoga Mat flip flops. The comfort and broad color selection keep me coming back. I consider these my go-to summer shoe as they work across all activities are easy to keep clean.

These are a step above a run-of-the-mill flip flop. The style is flattering on the foot and versatile enough to wear actively or with a casual outfit. I found them true to size and comfortable enough to wear for an extended period - no rubbing between the toes! Highly recommend!

I am a size 6.5 in all boots and sneakers but wear a 7 in slip on shoes and flip flops. I bought these in a size 7 and the left shoe is a perfect fit while the right shoe is about a size too small and my heel hangs off of the back. The section above my toes on the right flip flop is also larger than the left flip flop. They'd be five stars if they both fit like the left shoe which is very comfortable.

I bought these and wore them ALL summer. Loved them to death-literally. The top cracked and the sole has worn almost through. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is that they didn't hold up as well as other Sanuk footwear I've bought. I'll be buying another pair next summer, but I'll get a smaller size and won't get them wet (think the soaking they got in the pool may have contributed to the material coming apart.)

I love that I can quickly slip on this flip flop and take my dog for a walk or walk to my mailbox. These flip flops are cushy and comfortable.
I would probably try a size smaller next time, because I have a very narrow foot, even though I'm a size 11.

These sandals are very comfortable! My only disappointment is that the last pair of these I had (purchased years ago) was shaped in a way that the sole was broader at the ball of the foot, which I liked. These are the same width the entire sandal, which is fine, but I had hoped and expected they would be the same as my previous pair.

Style-wise this flip-flop is super cute and the upper is very comfortable as well. The sole does feel soft like a yoga mat as described, but it is flat with no support. I regret choosing this flip-flop over another that had more support. If you don't need the support, they are nice-looking and comfortable.
