The soles don't last at all. Any tread that was there is flatten quickly by normal wear. Once this happens, the slightest amount of water on the ground becomes a dangerous slipping condition.

The right shoe had a stain on it. I tried to clean it with water and a towel but it left a larger white stain.

So, just got these.as a present. I normally wear 11 or 12 these were 11. Exchanged for 12. Been wearing sandals all summer. Just trying them around the house. Tight across top of foot and I don't have a high instep. They feel hot and it's cool in the house low 70's. Two of my sons love theirs. One said it took quite a while to break in. I'll give them a while but, based on initial impression, I wouldn't buy a pair for myself.

I ordered the exact same pair of shoes that I had previously. The new shoes are different and not as comfortable and previous. Same color, size, and (I think) material. I am wearing the new set now to attempt to stretch and maybe soften. Something changed and not for the better. The previous pair was one of the best I have ever worn. Disappointing for the price. I paid more for previous pair purchased at a mall.

Look, I want to love this product. I've been ordering for a few years and generally, I love the shoes. But . . . Last order resulted in a credit, which didn't happen without significant effort on my behalf. This time around, ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they were both significantly smaller than the size I ordered last year. Had to send them back. Was told I'd get "next day air, overnight". Didn't happen, even though I spoke with a customer service rep about it when I was alerted that my return was received. I don't care about "bro chest bumps" or "High fives" I want to receive , wear and enjoy the shoes that I ordered. You guys have dropped the ball on my last 2 orders. Maybe it's time to look elsewhere for my shoes. Sorry to say it. The size 13 that I ordered to replace the size 12 that I've always ordered are actually tight. I haven't gained any weight. My feet didn't grow as I'm pretty sure that at age 52, I'm done growing. I think it's great that the company is growing. Youn will seek outsourcing that helps drive your bottom line. But, the product is suffering and I'm not happy. I can't believe I would need to order a size 14 to be comfortable. Any way, you asked, so I responded. I doubt that I'll hear a response. Thank you.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look great. The constructed opening just doesn't work for me. It is too tight, and VERY uncomfortable on my heel.

My feet feel hot all the time with no socks. I can't think if any use for these shoes. Comfortable until my feet get hot, maybe 10 minutes

Ive used Sanuk's every day for 12 or 13 years...mostly Chibas, and have been super happy with them. I ordered 2 more pairs a couple of weeks ago and noticed a big difference in the fit. The new Sanuk's are way too small for me, maybe 1-2 sizes off. There also too narrow for my foot. It may be that I'm just too old and my feet have spread out but I got blisters on my right foot! I cant recommend.

I bought camouflage 4 months ago perfect. Ordered tan and I'm on my third time of receiving correct shoes. Received a 14 wrong color, received pair of flip flops Teva 2nd go around now waiting on my tan CHiba which are 12's. No luck yet!!!

This is my 3rd pair and this time i am disappointed. Pair delivered in a brown paper bag with no paper wrappings or even bubble wrap. Felt like looking on a used shoes. Pair has holes on it where the cloth and the sole meets or between the 2 materials. Pictures and videos won't even upload

I wore them around the house for about a week after I got them and the sole is separating from the upper portion of the shoe on one of them.

I bought these before a weekend trip. I wore them on a plane and lounging around the house. The sole started tearing off on day 2, but not before the nonexistent grip landed me flat on my butt on a dry sidewalk. Not tripped, slipped. No grip whatsoever. These got returned immediately upon returning home.

This is the first pair of Sanuks that don't fit me just right, it really hurt the back of my foot it feels like the band is too tight.

This is my 3rd pair, over the past 5 years luved the first two this pair equals to what one can purchase at a discount store at one third the price, sole is thin quality poor, yet the first two I purchased were excellent. I complained and was told send them back. I am a business owner in the import export business, always on my feet and do not have the time to send back or believe in sending an item back, I will just not purchase in the future. I donated to the local church the shoes they sold for 15.00 which is what to me they are worth. I received terrible customer service regarding my complaint, very disappointed with Sanuk. Obviously what I though was a great company and product has changed, my two prior pairs here great had thick soles, comfortable and wore well.

these shoes I purchased are my third pair over the past 6 yesrs these are the worst they compare with a pair from walmart, I emailed my complained to someone else in corporate I will not waste my time in sending back, and stated that I donated to the church and sold for 15.00 the soles are thin construction is not the same as your other shoes and very disappointed

We sent them back to exchange for a different pair and have had no communication about it at all.

Best looking but most uncomfortable shoes ever! I loved these shoes...until they started giving me intense shin and knee pain. Unfortunately they had to go back!
