These fit great !

I received the shoes after ordering them based off of online data. The shoes is very low quality, poorly made, and arrived with defects & holes. The sole of the shoe is almost nonexistent. I spent Saturday morning attempting to reach customer service via both your portal and published email address (which is misspelled) on the website and have received zero response. I need a full refund and to return the shoes but no one has contacted me to provide assistance. The only thing I have received is this tell me how great our product is email. How do I return this product? How do I successfully contact your customer service team?

Good product fits well

Despite saying that the shoes would turn up in a few days my order never turned up and the company ignored all emails concerning this.

These are great and fit well, they're comfortable! Only wish the sole wasn't as wide, but that's ok!

Wearing these side-by-side with my older/classic Chibas I bought several years ago, here's key comparisons: Great: The canvas upper appears to be the exact same material as on my old Chiba's, which has lasted for years. Awesome durability and washability! Great: Fit seems to be the same between the old vs. new shoe, considering they are tight when worn the first few times, but Sanuk's always loosen up a bit. I appreciate this sizing consistency on all the Sanuks I've purchased over the years. NOT good: The new Chiba's sole is noticeably wider and thicker, which shocked me since it makes it visibly appear more blocky/chunky, much less countoured. Specifically, the middle portion of the shoe (under your arch) is about a half inch wider (side-to-side) than the old shoe (big difference!) on my size 12, and the overall Soft Top footbed makes the entire sole about quarter inch thicker all around, too. While I appreciate the added softness of the new Soft Top footbed, I don't like this much chunkier appearance. NOT good: Sanuk is still using the same type of rubber outsole design which wears down really quickly with basic outdoor use and doesn't provide a lot of traction. I really wish Sanuk would implement simple improvements to make the outsole traction last longer before its completely worn down. Overall I'm still a fan of Sanuk and this new Chiba, but there is room for design improvements.

I bought camouflage 4 months ago perfect. Ordered tan and I'm on my third time of receiving correct shoes. Received a 14 wrong color, received pair of flip flops Teva 2nd go around now waiting on my tan CHiba which are 12's. No luck yet!!!

My Chibas have worn really well after the initial break-in, love how the heel is more sturdy than other models. Overall good durability. One big request is to add the Soft Top Foam footbeds that I've grown to love in other Sanuks I own which would make it softer under foot, more comfortable to wear for longer time periods.

I wear a size 9.5 in every style shoe from tennis shoes to dress shoes. I have had 9.5 and now I bought 5 pair of size 9. About to send them all back for 8.5. Guess wherever they are made they dont have rulers.

Need more colors

I love the fact that it's so comfortable to wear and also very easy to put on. They're also kind of warm too, and I liked the fact that I could wear them with or without socks which made taking out the trash and going out to get the mail a bit easier. One thing that I would say is that if you're in the range between sizes (8.5,10.5, 7.5, etc.), just go down one size instead of rounding up. I'm a 10.5 and I also have wide feet, so I chose a size 11, to see if those would fit, but when I got them, they were too loose length wise, so I returned them and got a size 10 instead and these fit so MUCH better. The soles of the shoes don't grip very well to wet surfaces (i.e. wood) so be careful when it's wet/raining outside. Overall great product, I wear these to class all the time, and the colors make them look good with almost everything I wear!

THIS IS MY 2ND PAIR OF Chibas. Love them. 5th pair of Sanuks I've owned.

Just comfy while working as artist that focus better.

Boyfriend wears these shoes all the time

I really like the look and feel of these. I was surprised at how long the fabric actually lasts. I would have thought that would have gone first. But, it's the treads that could really use some improvement. They wear out too fast. I just got a new pair and it looks like the traction is going fast.
