I ordered these in my true size - I have a slightly narrow foot and couldn\'t even get my feet in these shoes. Thought they looked great but once my foot got it, they were highly uncomfortable. I returned them immediately!

These are the ugliest shoes. I couldn't believe it. Just very plain. It's hard to explain, just super unattractive. A bit too high also. If I saw them at the shoe store, I would not buy. They are comfortable though. But just ugly.

I wore the sandals for 3-4 times and noticed the bottom soles (black rubber under the cork wedge) started peeling off for both shoes. Good thing Zappos has an excellent return policy. I was not sure whether the pair I had was a lemon or it's like this for others, but I was not about to take another chance.

It is very unfortunate that these don't come in half sizes. I have bought three pair. I am a 6. The 6 in purple that I bought at another retailer was great, then I bought the 6 in black here an it is too small. Then I bought the 7 in camel and it was too big all around, and I gave them to my sister. Why don't the come in half sizes?

These sandals are amazing in terms of looks of comfort! Nothing comes close except a "me too" sandal. The size was tricky: I'm a true/wide 8 1/2 so what I ended up doing is getting a size 9 then going to the shoe repair store and shortening the heel strap...it was done perfectly (toward the inside so it's unseen) and now I have the perfect sandals. I get compliments all the time when I wear them. If you have narrow feet, a 1/2 size smaller might just work.

These shoes look wonderful on! They are the perfect nude color and go with pants or skirts. Overall they are comfortable, but after a few hours of walking, the front strap started to dig into my toe. Keep in mind that the front is pretty narrow. But do I still love them? Yes! The look is what sold me. Maybe I need to break them in some more.

The UGG Hazel is a beautiful sandal. I love the height and the comfort is very good for a shoe of its stature. I would opt for a bit more arch support. Other that that the shoe is great. Looks terrific with skirts and jeans and the first day I wore them I walked for an hour and felt good.
