Instant Hit and Success! OMG, this shoe lives up to its reputation and more. A close male friend and admirer of killer shoes took one look at these and instantly offered to buy them for me so that they would be "his shoes". This is as close to having someone drop on the spot and propose as possible! Hot, sexy pump. Shoe was slightly tight, but definitely not enough to get a wider or larger size, as Stuart Weitzman pumps DO stretch. Am getting in ALL colors available in my size. And I am usually a Jimmy Choo or Manolo girl!

Shoe is absolutely gorgeous and sexy, but sizing is incorrect more like a Europe sized shoe. We had to return them and repurchase a 1/2 size larger hopefully that will work. Hopefully the next size up will be great.

Worth every dime... Great shoe and comfortable. Had to get a full size bigger.

Just the sexiest pump ever. I have this pump in three colors now. It is a beautiful shoe. Great lines. A classic that will never be out of style. As has been reported, it's cut narrowly so either go wide or a half size up - if you can handle the heel height.

These shoes are Stu's hottest pump ever! The thin, high, metal heel... so sexy! Though this shoe runs narrow- but not enough to warrant getting another width, just will require additional stretching. And the length is a little long toward the heel also- but not enough to get a smaller size.

Wow, unbelievable shoe. I am a size 12 and was thrilled to find such a sexy shoe for my typically hard-to-fit long foot. Thank you Stuart, for not neglecting us size 12's!!! We love you!

So sexy! I followed the advice to buy a half size up and now have extra room so I won't be able to wear them with nylons. The shoes stretch a ton. Make sure to break them in and you're golden. I wore them to an event I hosted and after 7 hours my feet didn't even hurt. Amazing!

Stuart Weitzman Fever - Black Kid - Amazingly beautiful shoe! I ordered an 8 narrow, and it was too tight. Should have ordered a 7 1/2 regular.

Fabulous - I just bought this shoe on Saturday and it is FABULOUS!!! I wore it that night and got so many compliments. My foot is narrow, so narrow, pointed high heels shoes fit perfectly! ATTENTION GETTERS! These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I get complimented on them every time I wear them. Love them so much I bought them in black patent, black leather, red and tortious shell!!! It's a narrow shoe so I just buy a half size larger. Works like a charm.

SEXY AND GORGEOUS - I bought this shoe in black crepe and couldn't wait to get them based on other customer feedback. They are GORGEOUS AND I LOOK SO GOOD IN THEM. I ordered a half size larger because the reviews said they were narrow. The half size worked perfectly and the shoes are everything I hoped they would be and some. I love a 4" heel so the height is perfect and the heel is sturdy. So far, I've only worn them through the house and I love the fit and feel. Can't wait to get out with this shoe and my after five dress that I bought for a reunion dance. I would highly recommend this shoe.

C'est moi!!! BODACIOUS!!! Trophy worthy! This shoe is absolutely gorgeous beautiful. Once I laid eyes on them I was rendered speechless. The look is tooo hot. Tried them on, but have not worn them. They run narrow, I wear 11 so I had to order a size up just to be sure they would be as comfortable as a 4'' heel could be.

Best Pump Ever! I have this shoe and its fits pretty much true to size. It also stretches a little after a couple of wears. I'm a 7N and have a pair in brown but it made my foot look too big so I bought the black in 6 1/2M, dealt with discomfort for 2-3 wears, now its perfect!For the height its surprising how comfortable they are. I'm buying another pair!

Hot shoes - Simple, yet sexy. Love them. Naturally, heels this high will be somewhat uncomfortable after a long day, but not unreasonably so. The front is VERY pointy. I don't have a wide foot and needed 1/2 size larger to compensate for the point toe.

Well pleased - As the title indicates, I’m well pleased with my selection, and while I haven't yet actually worn this shoe, I have this exact style in both black and gold, the heels aren't gold, but the heel height and style are identical. I own many shoes by this designer; and with rare exception, have always been pleased with them, it is fascinating to me that a stiletto can be classy, chic, and comfortable, and this one certainly is. I absolutely adore this shoe, for the reasons cited above.

It’s getting hot in here! The Stuart Weitzman Fever pumps that I just bought are the bomb. Every woman in the world should purchase a pair. I decided upon reading the other reviews that I would get a half size larger, I am glad I did. They are sexy and fit perfect.

Girlfriend shoes - Gave Fever to girlfriend. They are a tight fit but she really likes them and they are hot looking. Will become more comfortable as she wears them more.

The Perfect Pump! I am fortunate that I can order Stuart Weitzman shoes in my size and they are a perfect fit every time (without trying on first). The Fever is without a doubt the best 4" pump I have ever owned. It is comfortable, very classy and made very well. I plan on buying another pair soon.

SHOE PLEASER - I love the shoe. Just received them. The size 4 fits a little snug on my toes, but since they are leather I know they will stretch a bit to fit more comfortable as I wear them. I was sooo excited. I want to buy them in every color. Please keep making size 4s. I have so much trouble finding stilettos that don't cost over 3 o r4 hundred dollars.

Way to make the Ex sorry! Gorgeous Ferrari-red color, surprisingly easy to walk in, they do take some breaking in for toe's comfort. Unlike most of the other reviewers, I went *down* in size from a 10 N to a 9.5 N and I'm so glad--the heel fits perfectly! I do have a really narrow foot and very high arch, and even on me the N is tight, but I like it for the security when I walk. So if you can ever wear Mediums without significant gapping, I'd go for the medium in this shoe. (The ex got a glimpse of me in the shoes--they say don't get mad, get even....)

My favorite shoes! These shoes were a quite snug when I first put them on, but they stretched quickly and are most comfortable - especially for such a high heel. They have become my favorite pair of shoes, and I wear them often. In fact, I wear them almost every day! I'm planning on purchasing another pair for back-up! I can't recommend this shoe enough - it's very sexy and very feminine.

Does the government know about these?? I purchased these in Red Quasar and now own a lethal weapon. The amount of compliments from drooling men were insane! I'm a size 9 but ordered a 9 1/2 and they fit perfectly since this shoes is extremely narrow. Yet, for a 4 inch heel quite comfortable. Without a doubt worth every cent!
