These shoes are HOT HOT HOT! My Husband wanted to know if they had them in any other colors!

Fever rocks - My wife loves this shoe. She has Sensual and Fever and she seems to like both. She says that Fever has a higher heel and recommends only to ones who are used to high heels.

You Give Me Fever! This is the sexiest shoe ever! It ran true to size for me but was slightly narrow on the first wear. They loosened up after a few hours. This shoe will surely stop traffic but is not meant for dancing due to the high heel. FANTASTIC SHOE! I'm buying another pair. :-)

Wow - One of the most comfortable 4" high heels I've ever owned!

Shoe Width is not typical - This shoe is smokin' hot, but the width and length don't quite match typical U.S. or European sizes. After trying three times, I finally bought the brass supple kid in a 9W and it fits perfectly. I normally wear a 9M in U.S. shoes and a 39.5B in Italian shoes, but the 9M was too narrow and the 9.5M too long. Zappos has somehow gotten a supply of the red quasar patent, which is generally out of production, but I wish they would get some in the wide width in addition to the medium width.

This "Fever" is Hot! I've absolutely love this shoe, but I've had to re-order because it does not run true to size; it feels smaller and narrower than normal. Your customer service was excellent and got the shoe out to me so fast! This is a very Sexy looking shoe and I received many compliments on it; I would love to have a pair in every color!!

This shoe is a classic - I have had this shoe for about a year. It is the most versatile and sexy shoe that I own. It is also very comfortable, especially for a 4 in. heel

Powerful- I must say when I first laid eyes on this shoe my mouth dropped to the floor. I've been searching for a Red pair of shoes that will turn heads! Well I finally purchased a pair of the Fire RED Stuart Weitzman Fever Stilettos and let me tell you it's true they truly fit to size! I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was uncomfortable so I called customer service and WOW the guy was so helpful and he even expressed another pair of shoes to me!! That’s service. I currently own a pair of size 8 Fever shoes and I'm stopping traffic wherever I go! They feel great & I look amazing in them, they are sexy with any outfit! Thank you Zappos!!!

High Fever Disappointment - To begin with, this is a drop dead, head-turning, traffic-stopping, gorgeous pair of shoes! Unfortunately, these Weitzman were cut just a little different than a pair of Weitzman pumps I've bought in the past. I'm not a big fan of toe cleavage and despite the attempts to order different sizes and widths, I just couldn't make it work for me. I think I noticed a tear in my husband's eye as I boxed my last pair up to send back to Zappos. AS ALWAYS ZAPPOS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKED! THE RETURN PROCESS IS ALMOST AS EASY AS SHOPPING IN A DEPARTMENT STORE! The fever pump is definitely a sexy shoe and has a true 4" heel. If your guy is attracted by such things, then all his attention will be on you. I would highly recommend this shoe and would buy one in every color if I could make it work for me!

HOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, these have got to be the hottest pumps at this price!! I purchased the red patent and the black leather and both ran a little narrow. I'm returning for wide, but for the short time that I was modeling these, they were super comfy. I love the way these pumps are cut, the side is slightly scalloped to make the legs look shapelier. I just wish the red patent had a red heel vs a gold one b/c it limits the accessories you can wear with it. Other than that, I have no complaints. This is one seriously sexy shoe.

Great shoe, VERY SEXY!!!

OK ladies...I own 156 pairs of heels & have been in these pumps for over 7 hrs straight. NOT a problem. I adore these and have 2 other pairs one being the “Lady” which is a very comfortable pump also a Stuart Weitzman. I am going to buy 2 more pairs & they are very good, fit great pumps for walking.

I have the Fever..! I purchased the "Fever" a half size bigger than my size..but the shoe fits true to size. So, for all those chic ladies out there order your size. They are gorgous and the hottest and sexiest..this is the pair of :stilettos: that every women has to have in her closet..love them..

Great Shoe - Just ordered my 3rd pair..The fit is true to size and like all SW's are comfortable. I am on my feet all day and these shoes can go from a construction site to the office. Well worth the price.

Great shoe! This shoe is sexy, Italian looking and almost comfortable for a high shoe, it does have a great balanced 4" heel and your foot doesn’t slide into the toe bed which is great. It was tight when I put it on and then gave a little. So order your true size, love this shoe, want more!! Same shoe other colors beiges gold etc great sexy pump wore with jeans and dresses already got compliments.

Very elegant and sexy- I used to never write any reviews, but since they helped me so much with my purchase I decided to start doing it. At first this shoe felt a little narrow but if you wear it just for a little it gets more and more comfortable. I always wear a very high heel and I must say this shoe is great (when you walk you almost can't tell the heel is so high). Beautiful and wearable (and that is hard to find). Love it!

OBSESSED- I am now obsessed with Stuart Weitzman Fever & Sensual. I think Fever is the sexiest because the heel is higher than Sensual. Even though everyone rated these true to size, I did find that 1/2 a size bigger was just a little bit more comfortable. But if you don't mind them really hugging your feet, then go with your true size. I hope more colors come in soon! These really are hot!

Gorgeous pair of shoes: simple, but yet very stylish and elegant! It's a must-have in any woman's wardrobe! I only have one complaint about the fact that they were a little bit too narrow for my feet. I think a half size larger would have fit me better, but unfortunately they had run out of this style, so I didn't want to exchange them for the suede version. Great service from Zappos too, as usual!

Absolutely Perfect! Absolutely Perfect! Is how I describe the innovative unique design of Stuart Weitzman's Fever. It definitely lives up to its name by raising the heat in any room. I own the turquoise patent & I would buy more in a heart beat, when my size and color comes available. I'd like to see Hot Pink/Silver and Deep Purple/Gold. WoW! Bring it on Stuart! I Love your shoes! I feel wonderful when I wear them and you will too, when you own your own. They fit like a glove. The fever enhances the natural beauty of the shape of your foot. It is gorgeous! It is as if your hands are holding your feet. I feel sexy and warm, oh my... I am the one who has the fever.

THE SHARPEST SHOES I OWN!!! These shoes are absolutely fabulous! As a shoe lover cursed with big beet, it was wonderful to find a pair of shoes that are not only sexy, but comfortable. I wish Zappos had more in red quasar, I'd buy another pair!

Very Perfect Pump- I own several SW pumps; one from last season "lady" was & still is a wonderful pump. This one on the other hand is even more wonderful to wear about town shopping in, or in a business suit for work wonderfully comfortable I will buy even more than the two new styles in brass & in red I can not get enough of this pump & all my heels at 4 1/2" tall.

The sexiest must have pump of the season. Beautiful workmanship, truly a pump for any and all occasions! The best toe cleavage of any in my collection. Living in high heels 24/7 (almost!) I can say these are the most comfortable by far. The heel is actually closer to a 5" if that is a concern. They look absolutely fantastic with black back seam hose. I already own two pairs (one black, one red) and I am looking into purchasing several more in different colors. Wear these out and you will get noticed!!!

Ammmazzing shoes- I always get compliment of my shoes... but these shoes are very sexy, I have all 4 colors red, green, blue and black. They can be fabulous evening shoes or plain jeans and tank top you are ready to go anywhere day and night you can pull it off. Well first of all you never go wrong with Stuart Weitzman’s collection...

HOT! Bought my normal size (7), but my heel kept slipping out, Zappos was nice enough to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller and they were perfect! Wish I could get them in more colors. Thanks Zappos!

Absolutely Fabulously Scrumptous! Stuart Weitzman is a genius! His shoes feel as if there are tiny little hands inside the shoe massaging your feet. This shoe is classy, sexy and chic. You will be the bell of the ball in these shoes. No one will be able to take their eyes off you.
