Just received in the most beautiful red/brown. I'm a 7 sometimes 7.5, and the 7 feels a little big. Gorgeous and so soft/comfortable, going to try them again in the morning and see how they fit.

I love these but I should have listened to the reviews and ordered a half size down. I always wear a 9, but in these, I am guessing an 8 1/2.

Instantly comfortable - despite my recovering broken ankle! They are really cute and the fit is great. I have narrow heels and these don't slip. This is my third pair of Ariat sandals and they are as well made and hard-wearing as they are good looking. Love them!

I ordered this in my normal size 8 and ended up returning it for 7.5. It does seem to run a half-size large. I bought it for an upcoming trip to Europe where I'll need a comfortable shoe for walking that also looks good. Since I've bought it, several of my friends have decided to order a pair as well. It also is the featured shoe on the back of the latest J Peterman catalog. The dark brown (chocolate chip) color is very pretty. The heel area can rub a bit, but I just put on a bandaid and it was fine. Other than that, there has been no real "breaking in" period for these shoes.

Fabulous shoes. Comfortable, gorgeous color, very striking. I did find the first pair I ordered in my usual size were big so I sized down from a 40 to a 39.

I loved this shoe so much I ordered another size hoping that it would fit. No luck, I'm having to return it as well. I normally wear an 8.5 but followed reviewers advice and first ordered an 8. The 8 was too big in the heel. I then ordered a 7.5 and it was too small because the buckle strap was too short and hard to buckle. Wish I could wear it!

Cute, but just a little too tight. I wear between and 8 and 8.5. I got this in size 8. And my forefoot is wide, so might be fine on a more narrow foot. Next size would be too long in toe area.

This is the best overall, multi-functional sandals I've owned in a long time. I take them everywhere because they don't let you down in all important areas, style, comfort, color...did I say comfort...wear them with shorts or put on your little black dress...and the sandals still work! Seriously, I have worn Ariat for style.

These shoes are light and comfortable and stylin'. So good I ordered them in brick red a few days later. Ariat makes a sturdy shoe with attention to detail.

This is one great shoe and is the second pair I bought because when I bought the first pair in black I received so many compliments. It is comfortable from the get-go and can be dressed up or down with ease. Zappos makes it almost effortless to buy shoes with their incredibly fast delivery and great service.

I love these shoes. Super comfortable. The quilted footbed feels amazing. My feet are happy at the end of a long day.

Lovely soft leather and comfy footbed. Feels like wearing flats, but with enough heel to look great with a skirt. I usually wear 7 or even 7 1/2, and these fit in a 6. Even then, my narrow heel slips, and with the strap on the last hole. Also, sadly, the front strap hits my bunion in just the wrong spot. So I'm afraid they have to go back. I'll try another from this maker some day.

I initially tried them on and they were a bit loose around the heel, but I started walking around in them and tightened the buckle (too simple) and all felt right. I'm really impressed with how comfortable they are. The t-strap always makes your foot look elegant and the style is both chic and casual, depending on if you wear them with pants, bermudas, etc. I got them on sale, though I probably wouldn't have bought them at the full price cute or not.

Great sandal! This is a beautiful, well-made sandal -- not surprising coming from Ariat. The sandal is true to size in length for me. My foot is not narrow, but it is bony and I have a skinny heel. So, the the top of my foot is not secure in the front of the sandal, and my heel slips in the back when I walk. Even so, the footbed was so cushy and comfy. I am very disappointed that I will have to return these because I bet they fit most feet just fine.

Love this shoe! May run a little wide for those with semi-narrow feet, but really comfortable right out of the box. Planning to take the to Italy this fall, they should be great for cobblestone streets. Versatile enough for everyday and probably with dresses or skirts in the evening.

A well crafted shoe. A certainly beautiful as well as sexy shoe in every way. My shoe size, 10 wide and the 10 medium accommodates my foot comfortably.

Love these shoes! I receive many compliments on them. They are cute and comfy. The straps on top stretched out a little with wear so I've had to tighten them up. I love the red color and have been tempted to purchase the other colors, too.

Best sandals ever!! I am on my 2nd pair, and I only hope Ariat will continue this model. They are great in particular when walking the old cobble stone sidewalks and streets in Europe. My priority regarding shoes is comfort. Ariat delivers!!!

The Ariat Shalimar Sandal is the most comfortable and stylish shoe I own. I have it in four colors. What I love most is the semi-closed heel which makes it perfect for wearing with pants. I also looks fantastic with skirts and shorts. The Shalimar is my "go-to shoe" for when I need to do lots of walking. I have found they run a bit big, so I order a half size smaller than usual. I get compliments every time I wear them...a that's a lot!

These are the cutest comfortable shoes that I have ever worn! I have terrible knee pain, so I have to be very careful about the shoes that I wear, especially the height of the heel. These are so comfortable on my feet, and the heel is just high enough to look dressy without causing knee pain! They look great with skirts, jeans, or capris! Ariat has always been a favorite brand; I own four pairs of their sandals, but these are the most comfortable of all of them!

What can I say. Ariat quality and Ariat fit. I need old lady orthopedic shoes (I have morton's neuromas) and this shoe works for me because of the rocking clog like motion. But oh so very, very cute! I love it when I can get comfort and style all together.

These are so comfy -- exactly what I was hoping for. I can wear them all day walking in the city, and I have yet to get a blister. The styling may not be to everyone's taste, but for a shoe this comfortable, who cares?
