My 11 yr old daughter loved this shoe. She's was comfortable with the heel height and the strap kept the shoe secure on her foot - she's usually more of a sneakers or flip flops kid so this was her first venture into girl shoes and she was very happy.

Zappos offers unbeatable customer service, the best I've ever experienced - anywhere! Products ship very quickly, and returns/exchanges are a breeze (not that you'll need to make one). These shoes are adorable, perfect for the "older" little girl. The fit is true to size and the shoe wears comfortably. It's the perfect little heel for semi-fancy occasions, while still being cute enough to outfit a not-so-girly girl (like mine). Excellent buy. Reasonable pricing too!

Great Easter shoe! My daughter felt so grown up in this shoe. If you're looking for comfort, don't look here, but they were fine for just going to church. They do scuff easily, but a magic eraser worked well getting any marks off.

These shoes looked adorable on my daughter, but each time she wears them, tan scuff marks appear on them, presumably from the edges of the soles. I am able to the scuff marks off, but a pale yellow stain left after the scuff just won't come off. It's not very noticeable, but nothing I've tried will get the shoe back to pure white.

Fits a little narrow which is what we need. Pefect heel size for the little girl who thinks she needs heels.

My daughter loved these shoes for Christmas. They are simple yet pretty, with an appropriate heel for an 8 year old who wants to be more mature. She doesn't like over the top sparkle. She has a long, narrow foot, so dress shoes are difficult to fit, but the strap helped in addition to the style of the shoe overall.

These are beautiful shoes. They are just what my 8 year old wanted for her First Communion dress. They're more "grown up" than most patent leather shoes in this size, but the heel is not too high to cause problems walking.

I bought these for my 10 year old and she loved the little heels. They are not too grown up but just enough for her to feel grown up. She has narrow feet, and these seemed to fit nicely, not too wide or sloppy. The strap is a good feature.

Darling shoe, great quality and no fault to the shoe but my granddaughter has very wide feet so it's hard to find shoes for her. Unfortunately these did not work for her feet.

I cannot comment on the comfort of these shoes over an extended period of time because it has not been warm enough for my daughter to wear these yet. However they are a very good quality shoe, nice leather and sole. My daughter's foot is on the cusp of being wide and I was afraid they would be too narrow but they appear to be OK (a true wide foot may have trouble with this shoe). She loves them and I like that they are perfect for her age of 8 and not too grown-up but not babyish either.

Perfect fit. Very comfortable and looked very sweet on my 8 yr old without looking too grown up. She wore this in a wedding and the other flower girl wore a more "chunky" heel. Everyone wanted to know where I found this shoe. It looked more classy than I expected. Also, Zappos has the best customer service. They have fast deliveries and returns are free! I bought 2 pairs of this shoe with 2 different sizes to ensure a good fit. No hassle with the return. It was so easy. Thank you Zappos!

My daughter loves these shoes. She wore them for her First Communion and they were perfect! She's not one who likes to get dressed up, but these shoes made her feel very special. They have just enough heel to be ladylike, without being "too grown up". The price was also reasonable. They have leather uppers, and are sewn very well. They tend to run large, so I would suggest buying a size smaller than the child would wear in an athletic shoe. Altogether, a terrific buy!

These shoes were beautiful and elegant when they arrived. They were intended for my 9 year old daughter to wear at my upcoming wedding. She loved them! Then our new puppy found them in the box in the closet and chewed one up. So in addition to beautiful and elagent, they were mighty tasty. Seriously.
