The shoe straps are somewhat misleading because they're a velco strap, not buckles. However, they fit my shoe great and it was easy to walk in.

Unbelievable Comfort - With hard to fit feet (short and wide) this shoe is perfect. The two straps are velcro and can be adjusted to get just right fit. The heel strap is an adjustable buckle which gives the foot stability.The foot bed is contoured and extremely comfortable. There is no break-in period at all. I can wear these for hours with my Morton's neuromas and my feet hold up. It's a bit clunky looking but for casual outfits it's great. Thank you again Zappos.

This is a very comfortable sandal. My prescription orthotics fit right in. I also like the color!

These were exactly what I was looking for. My orthotics fit in them perfectly and they are extremely comfortable. I ordered the wide to accommodate the orthotics and it was a perfect fit.

These shoes were very exciting to me because I thought I never could wear sandals again because I need orthotics and I live in a very hot climate. But I can wear the orthotics with these sandals, and they look a lot like my old Birkenstocks. Only problem was the orthotic sticks out above the front edge of the shoe a little, but for me that didn\'t matter much and I didn\'t want a bigger size.

I was told I could only wear orthotics from this point on. No more sandals unless I found one that held orthotics. Went to Zappos, was helped by a young man who knew exactly what I needed. Summer not ruined after all.

I really am pleased with these sandals. They are extremely comfortable. I can put my orthotics under the removable insole. I like the fact that the buckles are really velcro, it makes them very easy to take on and off. I like the style, I think they look a little like Birkenstocks on. I now own 4 pairs of Drew sandals. I have these, Gloria, Sandy, and Holly. Zappos doesn't carry the Holly so I had to get that pair somewhere else.

These are great orthotic-friendly sandals; the "velcro" under the buckles makes for easy fit and the back strap is great for support. I needed extra wide to accommodate the orthotic.

Comfortable shoes with no breaking in. I have difficulty finding sandals that stay on - the wide strap around the heel works well. I wish they came in white or denim.

Love these sandals. The width is true to size which was very important to me. The foot bed of the shoe is like memory foam. There was no break in period with these sandals and they are adjustable in case your feet tend to swell. Zappos service is fantastic! The people who work there are so pleasant and always helpful. Wish other companies would learn from them. Very happy customer!

Purchased these for our aunt who just moved to a nursing facility. The doctors restricted her use of conventional shoes to promote circulation when sitting in a wheel chair, but she still needed something she could do some walking in. The facility had her wearing surgical supply nylon/velcro slippers. These sandals provide even more breathability, are far easier to adjust, and look like a high quality sport sandal and look great. The footbed has an elasticity to it so it should be very comfortable.

I have been looking for a comfortable, fairly stylish sandal for awhile. It's hard for be because of wide feet and having surgery on my big toe makes the left foot even wider! These look good and with the velcro closure, I can tightened up one more than the other. They are also light weight but with a firm feel to the sole. Good arch support also. Thanks Zappo. It takes me awhile to find the 'right' shoe and your patience is greatly appreciated!

I really like these sandals. I have a hard time finding any shoes that are wide enough and these actually are. They could be a little more cushioned but I have been able to wear them all day and that's saying something! They are very pricey but I am happy with them.

Not functional buckles - velcro. So, when I adjust for my extra wide injured foot, the velcro shows and gets linty.

I was disappointed in this sandal. It seemed to run a little short. My right foot tends to curve to the right due to a bunion and crooked big toe and I would step on the "roll" that is around the top of the shoe. For that reason alone, I cannot recommend this sandal. It has a very hard sole.

I thought these would be just what I was looking for. I am recovering from plantar fasciitis and have had a devil of a time finding shoes that I can wear without pain. These have a nice cup for the heel, so I thought that would be great to stabilize my foot. The sole feels so nice when you press on it, not hard, but a little dense and springy. I love the way the buckles around the top are really velcro, easy on--easy off! \r\n\r\nSo, why am I not happy with my purchase? After wearing these for a half hour or so, my foot hurts! I tried them on around the house and all, and they seemed fine, but once I went outside and did normal walking, the pain started up. There is some area on the sole that presses hard against my foot bottom when I walk. They are maybe too orthopedic for me. I am sorry I spent so much money on them. Now I can\'t wear them.

This sandal is narrow! Order at least one width wider than your usual width. But it does have good depth for a high instep. Also, the buckles on the front of the shoe are misleading. They are actually decoration. Velcro holds the straps together. It was hard to choose a star rating on this sandal because it was too narrow to walk around in.

I have wide forefeet with crooked toes, and need good overall support on to counter a tendency to pronate. Liked the classic design of these but was disappointed in the quality, workmanship, foot support, and comfort level. Leather is stiff and cheap-looking, manmade sole does not have good traction, and workmanship of these made-in-China sandals has only a single row of big stitches on the uppers...definitely not worth the price. They give almost no support on inner edge, so ankles slump inward. And the stiff rim around the edge of the insole rubs against the big toe. The insole itself is hard, with very little cushioning. Not at all what I expected after seeing video and reading all the rave reviews. (I unwisely ignored the one review that pretty much described what I experienced.) Had to return them.
