I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 narrow. I originally ordered this shoe in an 11 narrow (no 10.5). When it arrived the length was generous but doable. But the width was outrageous - the straps sat a good 1/2 inch above my foot all the way around - top and sides. It looked ridiculous! I ordered a 10 narrow, and the length was perfect. But the width was the same as the size 11! Had to send both back. It's a lovely shoe and seemed like it would be very comfortable, so I'm very disappointed.

I really wanted to love these, but even the narrow was far too wide, even with the strap adjusted all the way to the last whole. Typically this brand works well for me, so I'm very disappointed.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased! I was excited to find such a cute shoe in a wide width, but a no go. Very tight and my foot isn't that wide. I bought them in 3 colors, and returned them all.

What a disappointment. I'm in my 50's and felt it looked like an "old lady" shoe. I have a wide foot with a bunion and this shoe was too narrow, very stiff, and very uncomfortable. I appreciate the fact that Zappos is so good about returns because this went back immediately!

Shoe is extraordinarily long -- I ordered it even two sizes smaller than my usual size and it still stuck out. Too bad, because otherwise it's ideal -- moderate heel, pretty, lacks the ankle strap and high instep gladiator look which is so unflattering to those of us with thick ankles and legs, comes in lots of widths and colors. Would have bought it in several colors if it had fit properly.

These were very uncomfortable for me as soon as I slipped them on. I was really disappointed since I own several pairs of SoftSpots. The leather was rough on my skin at the edges, so it would have caused immediate blisters. I would still recommend SoftSpots brand, just not this style.

This shoe is very uncomfortable. There is a seam underneath yours toes which causes a blister.

I can't believe it! The box was marked N for narrow, the shoe was marked N for narrow, but this shoe is in no way narrow! Apparently today's "Narrow" is yesterday's "Medium." My narrow foot was swimming in this shoe. There's no way I can even keep it on. This is the third time I've ordered a narrow shoe (I can't get them anywhere else) only to have it not be a true narrow. What gives? A huge disappointment. Someone please tell the shoemakers in China about widths. Sorry, Zappos, they're on the way back.

Soft and comfy. However, the 'leather' made my feet smell so bad I couldn't wear them. I had to send them back.
