Arrived with scratch in the leather.

Zappos sent me the wrong size. Hopefully they will exchange them without any hassle.

Ive been buying & wearing this shoe (10N) for years! I Love the style and its very comfy. However, 10N’s ordered this time (in white and navy), were extremely wide! .. and had to be returned. Dont know why the size/width is now so Drastically different. Such a surprise & disappointment. Fortunately, in my closet, i have 1 remaining pair of New Neima shoes in 10N …. and they fit nice & snug!

This is in no way a narrow!! My foot, which is just a AA, swam in this shoe!! it felt huge!

Too big

I was sent the wrong color and the fit was off. Should have listened to the reviews.

They were unbearably uncomfortable soon after putting on :(

Love the style and fit, but very disappointed that I have to return the Navy Velvet Sheep Napa 6.5 WW due to poor quality. Apparently, the leather is too thin. Upon arrival, several areas of color loss were visible on both shoes. At the front top edges and where the strap had been previously buckled. I'd have to touch up with magic marker to make the brand new shoes look new! Cannot imagine the leather would hold up to actual wear, and I don't want to buy "disposable" shoes!

The fit was WAY TOO TIGHT AND SMALL

This shoe was uncomfortable with my bunions. Its like it was way too small in the too box, but too big overall so my heel wouldn't stay in the shoe. I like the patent leather look, just not a good fit for my foot at all.

There isn’t any arch support, and the shoes pinched my pinky toes.

Shoe is too big and strap too loose

I bought extra wide but these fit like a wide. Maybe if your foot is not very thick across the top it might fit but my foot is wide and also thick so no way with these. I tried a larger size which fit better in the front but was too big in the heel and the back slipped off with every step, especially because there is a little piece of elastic there which lets it stretch. Disappointing.

These shoes are so cute. As the other reviews stated the strap would not stay on my feet. It was really really loose, the left one more than my right, but both were so loose.

These sandals did not stay on my feet! The strps kept falling down and it was hard t walk in them.

I love the shoes! But I’m very disappointed with them. When I wear them my feet slide forward because of the black patent leather. And because that happened I have several blisters and abrasions because of the rubbing. I’m not happy with the black patent leather.

I ordered WIDE….. could NOT get my foot in the shoe! Terrible fit! I threw them away because there was no return slip included in the box!

I own these shoes from several years ago in blue. They are totally different now. And in my opinion, in this narrow width they are wide and weird. And feel like plastic. They were returned.

Honestly felt like I was going to break them they were extremely loud too as in creeky

Because they offer so much cushion, the toe box ends up too tight to be able to wear. I wanted to love these and was super disappointed.

One look at these shoes (two different colors of the same shoe style) and I knew they were at LEAST mediums instead of double A. I held them up sole to sole with a pair of my ACTUAL AA shoes. Yours were over half an inch wider at the wide part of the ball of the foot. I checked the size written on the strap of the shoe, and it indeed said 8.5 N. But they are definitely NOT narrow. My foot slips forward and halfway out of the toe of the shoe! I have no choice but to return these shoes.

I was so hopeful that these shoes would work for me, however, there was a slight gap across the top of the shoe and the material was so stiff that they were not comfortable especially if I were to have them on for hours. Not only that but when the shoes arrived one was a 6W and the other was 7N. They are in the box ready to be returned. :(.

This shoe should have worked, but the heel strap is set so low on the shoe, the shoe won't stay on. Strap sits too low on my heal. Even if I punched another hole in the strap, the angle would have prevented the strap from working as designed. Too bad, cute shoe, shoe was a good match for my dress.
