I\'m somewhat satisfied with this shoe. I was looking for something for the summer, to wear with work pants or skirts without pantyhose, that was comfortable enough for walking since I use the subway. The shoe is mostly comfortable with a cushiony footbed except it started to dig a little into my toe on my right foot after 20 minutes of walking. It didn\'t happen though on my left foot which is slightly smaller. My heel tended to slip out of the shoe a bit, but this is a problem I\'ve seen before, where shoes tend to either fit well in the toe but loose in the heel or if they fit well in the heel they\'re too tight in the toe. This shoe would be sexier if the heel was a little higher. The picture made it look sexier than it actually is.

Just too long. I thought they were pretty nice looking for a comfortable shoe. However, my husband didn\'t like the look.

Top band is tight as other customers have mentioned. Must be made for folks without a high instep. Must return them. Too bad because they look cute and would be otherwise comfortable.

Heels aren't too high, and the soles are quite comfortable. Toes pinched and the straps dug into my feet after a while. Also, I had to buy them for a wedding and I hate white shoes. Would probably not buy again.

Just a little too long... I normally wear a 6WW. For some reason, Softspots tend to run a little too long. If they had a 5.5WW, I think it would be a perfect fit. I wasn't too crazy about the Neima style -- the patent leather is a little too 'crinkly' for me. Also, the Red is more of a Burgundy color. These are being returned.

Pretty but painful! These are pretty and they seemed to fit reasonably well, but the leather straps are so stiff that they were already starting to cut into my skin after wearing them around my house for two minutes. I can't believe I have more sensitive skin than anyone else -- yet nobody else has mentioned this, so who knows? Anyway, I had to return these because I know I wouldn't end up wearing them.

Ive purchased, many times over the past years, and have Loved this 10N Neima heel. But, the last 2 orders have shown that their SIZING has CHANGED, with the shoe running Very Wide. Sadly, theyve had to be returned.

Heel strap only has 3 holes I was not able to get it tight enough to even make contact with my heel. Shoes are really unstable, they even wobble a lot just set on the ground. Footbed is nice and cushy.

These felt like the 80's jelly shoes. Synthetic, and the straps over the top of the foot dug into my skin just standing in them. I can imagine the pain I'd be in if I kept them and pushed through the day. I don't recommend these, nothing "soft" about them.

The width was perfect. The length was fine as long as I didn't walk. The strap around the heel would not hold my heel in the shoe. It felt like I was wearing a flip flop--and I had the buckle on the tightest setting! The engineering doesn't work.

I ordered a wide for comfort, although I normally don't wear a wide shoe. I could barely squeeze my foot into this shoe and the plastic upper was so stiff and hard. I would have had a blister before I made it out of the house. These are going back.

Cute style but I ordered a narrow and it definitely was not narrow at all. I thought they were even wider but than a medium width.

Leather super stiff. Size at least 1/2 size larger than should be. Cute style though

My left foot is a 10 regular and my right is 11 or 11.5 wide due to 3 surgeries. I really liked the look of the shoes but could not get the right shoe on over the scar tissue and the left shoe too big and falling off. They are attractive shoes and wish they had worked.

I wanted to like these so bad! I ordered the 8W because my feet are wide through the ball of my foot. The toe and the ball of my foot felt great...nothing pinched! However, the slingback strap was loose, even on the tightest setting. I do not have wide heels or ankles, so the straps slipped right off when I walked. If you have wide heels and ankles, these would probably be great!

These are pretty and they felt good with regard to the heel height and the cushion. They, however, were too wide, especially around the ankle, despite being narrow shoes. I am sending them back.

I loved the fit on this shoe except the back strap was too lose and was always slipping

Most narrows fit me well; these are more like mediums.

Should have listened to the other reviews. The strap does not get tight enough. Strap was still loose even when pulled to the shortest lengh.

The "leather" was a bit stiff and I felt they would cut into the tops of my feet. Mostly though, the strap in the back didn't go up high enough on my heel and they slipped off even at the tightest setting.

Waaay too wide. Not AA width.
